great 4 nights.
it's a beautiful historic house that has been modernized but we could hear walking upstairs from people that were heavy footed.

Beautiful and comfortable
We had a wonderful stay! It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. A lot of thought went into restoring and delightfully furnishing this house, and it was a joy to spend a long weekend there with family and friends.

Beautifully Restored, Convenient Location
The home is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet yet walking distance to dining, attractions and the street car. Spent the days exploring KC and late nights drinking wine relaxing in the swing on the front porch. It was an amazing staycation. Want to go back in the winter when the leaves have fallen, view of the city from atop this hill will be amazing.

Perfect JG Peppard House stay
Three nights stay in this VRBO brought only compliments from my highly traveled companions. I agree. Questions for our host were answered promptly. The place and location are both unique and ideal for character and good taste, while also near great entertainment and food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely Beautiful!
We loved this house! Great location close to downtown Kansas City. Very convenient, with several unique dining establishments just one block away. The details and décor in this house are fabulous. We will stay again next time we are in town. Megan was wonderful to work with.

Lovely home near downtown.
We had a wonderful time with our stay in this historic home. The attention to detail in the renovation was appreciated. The owners should be very proud of the work they have done restoring this beautiful home. We rented the first floor and it met all of our needs. My son was getting married at the Boulevard brewery and it was the perfect place for the wedding party to prepare for the wedding. We got lovely photos there as well. You won't be disappointed!
