Horrible

I didn’t like nothing about this hotel. I didn’t do the breakfast. Your staff was rude. Your shower was nasty. The Internet didn’t work. The TV didn’t work and the bed sheets was nasty. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to Nobody big mistake for me.

this place was filthy. toothpaste looking crud all over the room. also advertised breakfast but there was none.

Basic room things, guest never expects missing like iron, microwave. Breakfast if mentioned.

Rooms were missing basic things, for example: - No iron - No Microwave - Rooms were not clean enough - Mentioned breakfast in the website but there was none It will be great if you can have bathroom exhaust fan

Location was close to where I had a confrence so that was nice. The price was decent but you get what you pay for.

The shower had mold around the door and light fixtures. You could hear everything from the rooms next to you. The room next door had issues with their doors not locking and they were up until after midnight slamming the door to try and fix it. There was no breakfast available.

Conveniently located near the University of Illinois. The room was decent sized.

The swimming pool was broken and there was no bathtub in the bathroom of the hotel room.

Everything was good especially for the price we paid.

Overall our stay was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Our room was nice.

Never got to experience one

Would have been nice to be able to even check in . We’re from out of town and called way ahead to make sure if we showed up at midnight or so that we can stil check in and we’re told yes . Get to the property and no one to be found ! Called and stood there for a half an hour !! I’m so happy we were able to find a place such last minute and late ! Truly unhappy and ridiculous.. get it together

I needed a bed nearby the University, I will not stay there again.

The staff was friendly

The room was disgusting. Stains on the floor, headboard. Mattress was old and awful, pillows were old. Sheets smelled. Someone tried to open my door and I called the front desk, she was not helpful. Everyone else was friendly.
