very helpful staff, lots of activities!

on a knee scooter and most handicap doors where broken

I loved it. I needed a break bc of long work hrs….well this place is amazing. The service is e exceptional and the staff is amazing. I will definitely go back. it’s a kids paradise ❤️❤️

Needs elevators on both end of the building. No offense but someone that has issues with walking extended ways, will find it difficult to stay in the rooms at the end by the stairs. Thank fully they moved me to a different room closer to the elevator.

A wonderful family vacation with everything at your fingertips.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is really geared towards family time together.

The only thing that could have been better would be the comfort of the beds.

Overall it was great

We didn't do the breakfast.....far as the location as I was driving it felt like it was going to be in the middle of nowhere but when I got there it was nice before I turned on the road that the property was on it was nice that there was a gas station and two drive thru places

Check in being at 4 with me coming from another state i had to try and time it just right so that i would not be waiting on a room when i get there yes we can go into the pool but with kids I'd rather change in my room not a bathroom......and if I can still get in the pool for a few hours after Check out especially with me coming from another state I wish Check out was later than it is

My husband and i went with two daughters 2 son n laws and grandkids, if you watch the videos of the place seeing the characters that walk around interacting with children, workshops, and the theater area that plays a show for the children with the light up wooden characters, and you expect that same environment when you get there after paying such a great amount well you will be very disappointed because none of that happened at our stay the water park was very nice but we will not be back after a 6 months wait and it not exceeding our expectations and the high amount we had to pay just wanted to put this out there for hard-working people that have to save and save for a trip like this

The room was cute. The water park was fun. The food tasted good.

The price. Way too much for a day and a half. I paid $700 and there were too many hidden costs. I expected a refund and ended up being billed over $100 extra!

I TOOK 2.5 HOURS TO GET MY ROOM. I RESERVED THIS VACATION IN FEBRUARY (6 months in advance). Not acceptable.

It’s a great place to stay with kids!

The entire facility was wonderful along with most staff! The kids never ran out of something to do.

We didn’t know you had to have reservations to eat in the restaurant, so we had to go off to find a full sit down dinner. Just maybe more information coming in about how things work.

Was a truly family oriented hotel with ease of access to most everything.

Having to use yelp.com to make reservations for dinner as opposed to just speaking with personnel at the Barnwood restaurant.
