Come for the service, get spa appts and drinks elsewhere

The service is the only reason to even consider staying here - specifically the front desk and housekeeping teams.

The spa appointments were 20+ minutes late and when speaking to the masseuse was told that there was no way they could have accommodated our original appt time. Spa indicated they would give us a discount due to the wait, but none was given. This was a continuation of the lies that we faced. The pool bar staff member indicated we would get a discount on the whole bill if we paid by card versus putting it on the room and instead only got a discount on 1 drink. Don’t promise if you are unable to deliver. Also be wary of the valet, they tell you it’s cheaper to pay them then put it on the room, but expect you to pay for the whole stay upfront, including sending money via Zelle/venmo to the individual valet instead of the company itself. We still got a charge to the room even after paying the valet directly. Always check your bill before checking out. Further, cleanliness is not a high priority. All 3 rooms we had during our 3 night/4 stay were only okay in terms of cleanliness with smoke smells in the first and wet dog in the second. The counters and tables did not appear to be cleaned regularly.

Beautiful facility but concierge and service were not 5 stars.

The rooms were huge and spacious. Nice vibe, clean rooms. I would stay again.

The concierge was slow. I had to call twice for towels and tooth brushes. Everything I requested took 30 minutes to an hour to get. Also, the beds didn’t have a bottom sheet on it.

Steller service and amenities right in the middle of Brickell.

I have lived in Miami my entire life and had never staying on Brickell. I chose the SLS Lux based on it's location close to a project I was working on as well as American Express points. We loved the location, the style of the hotel, the rooms, the comfortable beds.... the mini bar had so many great options, the fact that we had a washer/dryer was a bonus!

Valet was a mess, but I know that's separate from the hotel. They always seemed confused and sometimes I would get a link and another time only a ticket. $50 IS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE

Great location in Brickell, beautiful hotel, but unfortunately service doesn’t match the price.

Location and the size of the room. Very comfortable setup for a family in the 2 bedroom suite.

Not clean enough. Bathrooms were not very clean. Windows and balcony were dirty.

Location is great ! I stayed at The W hotel in Brickell a few months back to try something “new” and let me tell you, the whole staff there was an extreme let down, from their spa staff, to the front desk and so on. When I think of the SLS LUX in Brickell I have only the best memories and great experiences with the whole staff. From the Bell men, to the valet, to the front desk and the high class hospitality of Mario at the front desk. Your staff, clean atmosphere, and gracious hospitality makes choosing the SLS LUX in Brickell a no brainer every visit. Thank you all so much!

I did not like that there wasn’t shower caps and the little extras in the hotel like q-tips, I did call the front desk and some was brought immediately. They even added detergent for me to quickly clean a dress for dinner that evening.

they had a fire alarm test with the guests?? i never heard someone is doing that and to scare me to go out of my room in 9 in the morning and making me use the stairs and go out? and then not even apologize from the receptionist saying to me it is only a practice? worst experience I have ever had.

Delightful !

Missed the breakfast, location was excellent easy access to great food, shopping and entertainment. The spaces were quiet and private.

The room was too noisy, the windows were not sufficiently soundproof allowing too much noise from the road below.

Can't wait to visit again!

Everything exceeded our expectations! It was a great first impression from the moment we walked through the door and into the lobby -A very welcoming and inviting atmosphere. Francisco at the front desk was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole check- in/check-out process. The front desk manager, Mario, was superb and made our stay extra special. Really went above and beyond -something not often seen lately. Thalia at the front desk was very attentive to all guest that passed through the lobby and Friztner handled our small issue at 2am promptly. The room was huge, super clean and comfortable. The balcony was spacious and a nice place to relax in. Overall, a fantastic stay! It's the place to be when visiting/staying in Brickell. Can't wait to stay here again. Thanks, Team and keep up the great work!

The one little recommendation that I would like to pass on, would be the need for more towel hooks in the bathroom. It's important to note the hotel is in a busy area with lots of nightlife. Therefore, expect it to be noisy, but it's not the hotels fault. Just an FYI for others visiting the property.
