Perfect location driving from Atlanta or Kansas City in one day. A best bargain so book online for only about $50 single plus taxes. Scrambled eggs for breakfast were good, fine tasting coffee, waffles and more. Quiet and secure. Best bargain stay to be found anywhere.
Nothing. Everything was fine.

It was the worst breakfast I ever had at a hotel by far. There isn’t even a close second. It was a joke.

Bathroom lightbulb was blown after room was just cleaned. I had to change it myself. The overall place needs an update badly. Storms hit and knocked power out. What no back up generator? No so-fi or television for 4 hrs. Not a good experience.

The price was awesome and day time staff was nice and room was pretty good size. Bed was real comfortable.
The rooms were old looking. The room was missing coffee pot, hair dryer. The hotel is in need of a remodel.

When we arrived the location looked suspicious. The front desk clerk gave me my keys room 225. The key worked for the room but when I walked in there was someone in the room. I was scared. I went back and told her then she said that there wasn’t supposed to be anyone in there and gave us another room. the ac in the room didn’t work and everything looked old. There was no one at the front desk upon leaving. I had to wait a while before someone came

it was the only room I could get during an event in town
I got my key at 2:00pm and ran errands returning at 7 and my room had not been cleaned from the night before. Cleaning took about an hour but the room was still disgusting. Every wall was damaged and the wall near the bed appeared to have food smeared on it. The sink counter was dirty and was held up by scraps of 2x4’s. There was a terrible odor so I had to sleep with the window open without screens. The remote was broken and it took almost 2 hours to get another. The man turned on the TV and tried to leave with the working remote but I demanded that he leave it. I tried to take pictures but the lights were too dim even though the lamp shades were more siding. TV only had one working channel so I fell asleep watching 80’s reruns of a game show. Breakfast was almost nothing and I was told that the waffle machine had been broken “for a long time” so I had to eat out. I was charged $226.77 per night for the most disgusting room in a nasty building. No customer service and no one cared.

The water pressure in first room was horrible and they moved us to another room that was great. Breakfast was really good.
First room had no water pressure. Love everything else.

NOTHING!!
Stay away!! This hotel looks like something g out of a crime scene. The lobby smelled of mold/cigarettes. Paint on the exterior was peeling. Parking lot was gross. The pictures online are not accurate at all!
Once we checked in the elevator was broken, stairs had crumbs, garbage, and stains all over them, exterior doors were open and would not shut/lock allowing anyone (even those not staying at the hotel) to enter. There were hand written signs all over about things not functioning.
Finally got to our room and it had black mold on the walls. The deadbolt had been tampered with and did not work. The screws for the chain lock had been backed out so there was no way to secure the door. Beds were stained, bathroom was dirty. Smell was unbearable especially when traveling with a toddler and pregnant wife! We walked in looked around and RAN!
I went to complain at the front desk, but there was a line of multiple other guests doing the same thing! I put the key on the counter and found a different hotel.
I cannot believe properties like this exist and are not being closed down! We are used to staying at budget hotels/motels but this is on another level. I wish I could give a 0 star rating because that is what this place needs.

The place was spotless! Tonya was always so busy to keep it that way! The entire staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make my extended stay very comfortable. Cheryl

Like the breakfast and comfortable beds. Don't like that my husband was trying to book and he never seen the confirmation so I booked and ended up with 3 bookings for one room would like refunded for 2.
Everything was good

It was fairly clean
It was dated, smelled like cigarette smoke, things were broken, staff was unhelpful. If it had not been a non refundable room we would have moved hotels!

I like that they have improved the rooms since my last stay. It was very much worth the money. Comfortable.
I didn't like that when I went in the lady said they don't allow locals and she would call the cops if I had company.. she never inquired about the situations that could make a local person need a room..I shouldn't hafta drive 150 miles away because my house is is being repaired and I have no water. But guess where I'm at... Home with no water.
I also did not appreciate that I reserved a king bed sweet with a coffee maker and got a double queen with no coffee maker or even an ice bucket... any how. I'm not one to complain so I just stayed to myself and left the next morning quietly.

Breakfast very limited and small amount.
The overall smell of the motel was bad, especially in the room. Smelled musky with mold present. Did’t see any mold. Furniture was falling apart and the room was in dire need of painting.

Location
The place was filthy. The carpet in the hallway was filthy. There were marks on the walls up and down the hallway. There were marks on the walls if my room. The bathtub was nicked up with some one else's hair in the drain. Breakfast was a joke. A loaf of white bread still in the wrapper just thrown on the counter. One coffee pot. On decaf!
