Miejscowość ładna i pewnie wrócę ale nie do tego hotelu.

Czystość. Położenie.

Na śniadanie był przez dwa dni stary chleb, kawa straszna, chociaż ekspres pokaźny to chyba żołędzie zamiast kawy były wsypane. Jajecznica nieświeża z poprzedniego dnia. Łóżko dostawione dla córki- nastolatki zapadnięte i niewygodne. Klimatyzacja ledwo zipała.

δυστυχως δεν προλαβαμε το πρωινο. θα ηταν ωραια να υπαρχει περισσοτερο χρονος για να μπορει καποιος να σερβιριστει πρωινο δεδομενου οτι υπαρχει εντονη νυχτερινη ζωη στην Αγια Ναπα η' να εχεις επιλογη να σου ετοιμασουν κατι απλο για take away.

δεν υπηρχα κατι που δεν μου αρεσε. ισως το μονο που θα ελεγα ηταν με καποιο τροπο να μπορουσε να επιβληθει περισσοτερη ησυχια το βραδυ. ηταν κατι που ενδεχομενος να με ενοχλουσε αν πηγαινα για ξεκουραση

Terrible!!!!!

2 times the staff of the hotel open our door from the room without even to knock on the door.... well, the check out it's at 12.00 , at 9.00 o'clock one men ( which we have no idea who it is) open our door with the master key and closed when he see as sleeping.... the second the cleaners again open the door at 10 o'clock without any announcement.... When I made a complaint at the reception, the guy from there was " eh, it's almost 11 o'clock "( while the check out it's at 12 o'clock!!!!!) , like it's something normal that someone is opening your room while you are still in .... Terrible!!!!!!

Pleasant

a budget hotel in the village center, in walking distance from the beach and the bars/restaurants

the pool is too small, the lower part of the parking site is virtually accessible only by an SUV, the breakfast was more or less standard

It's alright for a night.

-The location was excellent, close to most of the restaurants/bars and the Limanaki beach. -The room was quite clean and seamed newly renovated. -Thank you for letting us print our requested files and storing our luggage after check out.

-Upon arrival we asked for a double bed. The staff assured us that all the rooms provide this. Entering the room we realized they were simply two beds pushed together. - We arrived at the breakfast area around 09:30 while the closing time was at 10:00. There were shortages of food and the staff simply blamed us for being late. I brought this issue up at the reception and I still didn't hear an apology. Instead that it's normal to change the buffet trays and be empty for a while. Well, over half of the trays were empty for over 20 minutes. - The air-condition would not work properly. - Some of the rooms' balconies have no privacy at all.

Despite the parking, and small pool, everything else was ok.

The location was good and the hotel was quite new and very clean.

There is not much parking and if you want to park outside, you have to drive around the block a few times to find a spot. If you are lucky enough to find a spot inside the hotel, you have to be careful if you have a low car. There are maintenance hole covers that stick out a great deal. I drove over it and back again trying to exit the parking space and ended up doing considerable damage to my car underneath. See attached photos.

Not safe for female solo travellers and pretty basic. Good location though.

Property was okay. It’s basic, they charge 6 euro for an extra key which is weird. And also they wouldn’t give me extra towels

The staff. The waiter told my friend that she was so funny and he would have sex with her if she wasn’t drunk the night prior. But the thing is she was sleeping in her room and never met him before, he then went on to insist it was her and he wanted to take her to a room to show her the cameras for proof. How perverted is that. He that proceeded to film her outside of her permission in the corner and then told her he would make a marriage with her and stared at us for a long time. We were very uncomfortable we reported it to the hotel and they said this has happened before but he still works there. They didn’t give us any compensation or an apology

Recommendation

Everything was great. Location is about 3km from Nissi beach, but there are public transport so it is easy to reach the beach. There are other beaches closer than the Nissi. Breakfast was as it is usual for the hotel.

Poor

No available parking. No breakfast. There are no lifts for the main building, where we stayed on the 3rd floor. We had the same bed sheets and towels for a 3 days of an expensive stay.

Perfect location and helpful staff

Very good location, close to city center, beach and public transport - just 3-5 min walk. A lot of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Meanwhile it was calm during the nights so I could have a good sleep 😊 The staff is super helpful, they provided me directions to go to some places and also provided iron as a special request during my whole stay. The room was clean and comfortable. I would defenetely recommend this hotel..

The amentities in the room could be improved to be more comfortable. For ex. the space to put shampoos in the bath was very small, the wardrobe was not closable. Also there could be a dryer in the balcony to dry the clothes. However, you could still use the chairs and the glass wall of the open balcony to dry the towels. Otherwise everything was great! I had a nice stay in this hotel for 7 nights.

Well it’s 5mn walking to the harbor, & 5mn to the main restaurants street as well the clubs, , quite & relaxing area, highky advised!

Value for money for a short stay

Location of the hotel is very convenient, it is 10 min walk from the nearest beach and 5 min walk to Main Street of Ayia Napa. There are bus stops nearby to explore neighboring beaches & cities. a lot of restaurants in the area as well as supermarket. Staff was listening to our comments and did their best to accommodate us.

The rooms are not sound isolated, you can see corridor light through the door as well as hear everything what is going on the corridor. We had bad luck of very heavy party people staying next to our room and partying also on the corridor and the noise made it impossible to sleep. The staff changed our room to a more remote one. Cleaning of the room could also be improved, it also happened that fresh towels or bed sheets were stained which does not leave a good impression.
