Villa ideally situated in first sea front row, 50m off the coast with panoramic ocean views, comfortable and in perfect condition. Large kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms. Large terrace with panoramic views of the coast. Air conditioning (hot and cold). Very quiet in all seasons. Very complete equipment (dishwasher, washing machine). Sleeping high comfort (Tempur). Sehr gute Ausstattung mit Geräten von hoher Qualität und Funktion. Hervorragende Lage mit Blick auf Palmen und Meer. Tolle Anlage mit hilfsbereitem Personal an Rezeption und im Restaurant, sowie hervorragender Haus-Service. Hallenbad hat uns auch im Februar das Schwimmen ermöglicht.

Appartement chaleureux, clair et fonctionnel dans une residence parfaitement entretenue. On s'y sent comme chez soi!!! La situation géographique est idéale pour explorer aussi bien l'est que l'ouest de l'Algarve.Magnifiques promenades le long des côtes.. We had a really enjoyable week at this villa despite the weather not being perfect. It is just as described with everything you might want. It is in a fabulous position very close to steps down to the beautiful beaches, tennis court and pools but with an expanse of green lawn right outside. The roof terrace is a great sun trap. Nice walks left or right along the cliff tops and nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. You can choose to be away from it all or at the centre of things, depending on how you feel.

Excellent séjour !

L'annee dernière nous avions déjà apprécié la beauté des paysages, l'environnement fleuri, les pelouses bien entretenues, les 3 piscines très agréables et le calme idéal pour se détendre. Cette année nous et nos amis avons été enchanté par la résidence dans laquelle nous avons séjourné. Idéalement placée front de mer avec une vue style carte postale, nous avons apprécié le confort et l équipement général. Notre relation avec les propriétaires s'est déroulée on ne peux mieux, et tous leurs conseils généreusement consignés dans un livre d'accueil ont apporté un supplément d'intérêt. Nous espérons pouvoir renouveler ce séjour l'année prochaine.

Propriétaire attentif et soucieux de notre satisfaction, fournissant une multitude d'informations utiles aidant à la découverte de la région riche en possibilités de visites et d'excursions. Piscines très agréables, magnifique plage de sable fin permettent de profiter pleinement d'un soleil toujours au rendez-vous et des plaisirs nautiques. Restaurants typiques, nombreuses boutiques dans les environs immédiats. Location parfaite pour un séjour à coup sûr réussi.

Wonderful, quiet, magnificent holiday villa!

Our villa was everything described. Lucien, the owner, was very helpful ahead of time, and made our arrangements easy. The location, with grass in front and an unobstructed view of the beautiful ocean and the church of Our Lady of the Rocks, was superb. Well-appointed, with everything in fine working shape, the villa easily accommodated five of us from the United States and the UK, including our 6 year old grandson. The swimming pools and restaurant are but a few minutes from the villa, and even on cooler windy days, the covered pool was a blessing. The general location offers easy travel east or west along the lovely Algarve coast. At this time of year, the area is quiet, with few people in residence. The beach, down a long flight of steps from the pool area, is unsurpassed in beauty and serenity! We are happy to recommend this villa to any holidaymakers, particularly those who are seeking peaceful and quiet time together.

Il faut être de très mauvaise foi pour trouver un quelconque défaut à cette location. La villa est en tous points conforme à l'annonce qui tient ce qu'elle promets : Elle est très agréable, idéalement située, parfaitement équipée, très propre et tout aussi calme, et avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan, Il convient également de saluer la gentillesse, la courtoisie, le sérieux et la disponibilité du propriétaire qui, par une information complète et exhaustive et ces conseils avisés, contribue largement à la qualité du séjour proposé et témoigne ainsi de son souci sincère du bien être de ces locataires. Je veux lui témoigner ici toute mon estime et mes remerciements, Cette location est donc à conseiller sans la moindre restriction si comme je le pense vous souhaitez passer de magnifiques vacances dans ce beau pays qu'est le Portugal

Idéal pour des vacances avec les enfants ; 3 piscines et une super plage à coté ! La maison est bien très bien équipée, le ménage en milieu de séjour (dans notre cas, 2 semaines) est appréciable . La maison est très bien située puisqu'elle est la plus avancée face à la mer . La vue est splendide, prendre son petit-déjeuner tous les matins face à la mer, c'est canon ! Le propriétaire est disponible et tout est fort bien expliqué . Soleil et calme assurés dans un "resort" agréable et non bétonné. Seul petit bémol : la connexion WIFI qui ne se fait pas forcément facilement mais franchement on avait largement autre chose à faire ! Nous recommandons chaudement !

Anlage und Haus befinden sich in bester Lage an einer Felsenbucht mit schönem Sandstrand. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, insbesondere in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett, persönlich und hilfreich. Wir können dieses Objekt nur empfehlen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa tout à fait conforme au descriptif fourni. Les propriétaire est d'une extrême gentillesse et intervient immédiatement pour toute demande. Il nous a fourni plein de précieuses indications aussi bien sur la villa que sur les lieux alentours. Tout état parfait. La maison était confortable en tous points et d'une propreté inégalable. La vue est exquise sur la mer et c'était un bonheur de se réveiller le matin face à la mer. Et encore plus de la terrasse qui surplombe la maison. Nous ne pouvons que recommander vivement cette villa et merci encore pour cet superbe séjour de trois semaines, nous reviendrons à coup sûr. Dina et Jean-Luc

La location correspond en tous points au descriptif, aucune surprise de ce côté. La propreté est irréprochable tant à notre arrivée qu'après le ménage intermediaire (nous avons séjourné 2 semaines). L'équipement est très complet. Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute et répond aux éventuelles questions ou difficultés. Pour résumer cette location est à conseiller.

"Really beautiful place to stay.Well equipped, spacious and in perfect condition. Nice and quite area, a peacefull private roof terrace overlooking the ocean. The beach is just 5 minutes walking, cleaned and free pool area. Fantastic walks along the coast just out of the door......! "The villa is very well located, with unobstructed, beautiful views of the ocean. The housing estate is attractive and quiet (in november) with lots of greenery. The house itself is well-equipped: pleasant living room with good chairs, spacious kitchen with all amenities, excellent beds and two complete bathrooms for each bedroom. The heating was certainly sufficient, even though outside temperatures were pretty low for November. The tourist office in nearby Armencao de Pera has free wifi hotspot and an excellent walking guide on the Algarve."
