It was quaint, well located and had a nice independent restaurant on the ground floor.
Totally impractical.
We are on a touring holiday and there wasn’t a single place to hang any clothing nor a single drawer suitable for clothing. We had to live out of our suitcases, and even these had to be placed on top of a table surface. There was no hand sink in the en-suite but there was a wash hand basin in the bedroom.
A classic case of form over function.

Très propre belle déco
Difficile de s’enregistrer car ça ne fonctionne ait pas pour la photo de ID

Nothing.
No staff onsite, self check in. Room is behind restaurant and its toilets, unpleasant smells and loud noises. Poor ventilation, windows don’t open. Room was not cleaned even once during three nights stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was excellent and private bathroom was upscaled.
The room needed block out blinds, unless you were an early riser. A welcome addition would be to add a mirror in the room.

Very nice room and great location.
3.5
Good location. Very comfortable. Great claw foot tub for a soak. Very nice decor. This boutique hotel is so pretty.
Unfortunately our room didn't have an ensuite so we had to cross the hall to go to the bathroom in the night. The parking area was a bit muddy.
4.5
Great location in the center. Nice decor. Parking available. Heaters in the room was very useful. And the black facecloth for makeup was thoughtful.

Amazing location, nice facility

overall good
no guest services, for example app did not state that supper, breakfast, bar were not open when we booked. We went with assumption that we would be able to stay in the building for these services.

the hotel is located downtown shediac, it was out of season so it was self check in and email instructions were clear and correct
no staff at the property to welcome you but it’s out of season so I really didn’t mind. the email was clear but also a number to call with any questions which I did and the call was answered right away giving the details I had requested

location was perfect, beautiful building! we really enjoyed ourselves

We loved everything about this hotel, the history of the house, the original interior. It has been preserved beautifully, wide hall ways , wooden floors, wooden staircase, doors and trim. The interior of our suite was done in white, black and pale grey. It had a clean crisp modern look and was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and we had a very good night's sleep.
There was one suggestion we have. Shelving in the bathroom for either our toiletries or towels. There was plenty of room at the bottom of the vanity cabinet but this was well stocked with big fluffy towels. So we were limited where we could store our items.

The entrance to our room was very low. One had to bent down, though we are not tall at all.
4.0
digital check in, no staff seen during stay

No breakfast provided only on Sunday
The TV remotes should be labelled for easy reference.
Indicate on key that it opens handle not the door lock

beautiful facility
good location
air conditioning was not effective as it’s an old house and loud conditioning on wheels in only one of our 2 rooms
coffee was not available until after at least 0800 hours
meals not served everyday
we brought food back to the hotel and we were told we could not eat or drink on the patio because the restaurant then then open in the Evening
we had to call to get cleaning service which arrived two days later so we had to put the garbage in the hallway
they sell themselves as a hybrid hotel/ ARBNB
n ended ironing board and iron which arrived two days later
the grounds keeper- young gentleman appeared to have a liable personality which we avoided as much as we could.
3.5
Clean and comfortable
No fridge. Need an electric outlet by the bed. No human contact, that is, there was no staff to give us any information. The small step into the bathroom is a safety hazard. Way too many emails! There were at least 9 plus a text message

Nice rooms and bath rooms. Well decorated
Did not know it was a virtual front desk

good quality towels and bedding. comfortable bed. good location
My issue and poor rating starts from the fact that at no point was I told this “hotel” has no staff physically present at any time during our stay. travelling from the UK we rely on our previous hotels internet and so to turn up at the hotel to find it locked and empty and requiring a door and key box code was a surprise. The email sent at 2pm with codes on the day of arrival was eventually opened (this costs quite a bit from UK so we tend to keep for emergencies). No breakfast available unless ordered by phone!! The property is actually nice and rooms good but they need to be open and upfront. Even when I checked in online that morning there was no communication regarding access so I think it reasonable to assume someone would be present at 5pm. Other people staying from Canada were also surprised so I think the hotel needs to rethink its approach. We also had a small air on unit, great but to reduce the fan from its highest, noisiest level required a remote control….there wasn’t one.

It was centrally located to everything in Shediac. I loved the quaint atmosphere, and the availability of a suite with separate bedrooms.
The bathrooms were small, but over all a lovely property.

Very neat old inn.
Bed was a little on comfortable. Should have mini fridge in room

I was please with the location of the hotel. The room was clean and quite.
I did not understand why the maid left six tubes of hair conditioner in the shower and three tubes of body lotion on the bathroom sink. There was not body soap in the shower but was provided after I requested it.

nothing

I was lucky to have a worker who just happen to be around and was able to help me get my room.
I had a personal bathroom but the other side of the hallway, which is not very convenient!
