A revoir dans quelques années

l'emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel.

Le rapport qualité prix. la difficulté du stationnement (25€par jour pour un garage à proximité avec peu de place et le voiturier pas toujours disponible. 3jours de garage pour 2 nuits à l'hôtel, un peu cher.Les travaux de rénovations n'étaient pas complètement terminés.

Great location, spotty service, three stars.

Possibly the best location in town, right at the harbor. Nice room.

Computer system didn’t work, couldn’t check in. Weird, unlabeled light switches.

Best service in a beautiful hotel with access to everything and beautiful views.

We simply have to praise this hotel for the excellent stay we had here. The room was beautiful, clean and fitted for every comfort. The balcony offered a beautiful view and the aircon was a wonderful reprieve from the relentless August heat. But, what made our stay so excellent was the staff and their care and support when we had a medical emergency, needed an ambulance and 2 extra nights. We cannot thank the team enough for their wonderful service and consideration in time of emergency.

One very small thing, that would go a long way is a mini fridge to keep water cold but really, not a deal breaker as rooms are cold and airconditioned.

The location was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The internet did not work except in the breakfast room where it was intermittent. The breakfast was not very good - no croissants or fresh baguette and no eggs for boiling. The sliding door in the bathroom in our room did not work easily. I got stuck in it and needed assistance on the other side to pull it open.

Great location, below basic hotel

The location is incredible! Right by the port and the view was stunning. I booked a room with a balcony & view and it's worth the extra money. But that's it. The hotel is below basic. There's no safe, fridge or coffee/tea maker. The bed is very uncomfortable, the carpet is dirty and the room had a bad smell - I was told it's from the bathroom.

The AC didn't work in the first room they gave me and had to change rooms in the morning. I was given a superior room which was worse than the original one. On my 3rd day, I had a room move I was not told about. I stayed for 3 days in 3 different rooms.

The location is absolutely outstanding. You're literally in the centre of everything. Staff were very helpful and nice.

The room was basic which is fine because it's fairly cheap. However the bathroom door wouldn't close and there was no wifi in our room which was frustrating.

The Liautuad provides a good base to enjoy Cassis, however the hotel is dated with poor facilities.

The location is the reason why I have always stayed at the Liautaud, it has easy access to the harbour and beach. The trek to the Calanques is not for the unfit, you are advised to bring stout trainers or walking boots. Check with the locals for stinging jelly fish as you often get large shoals following storms.

The hotel is in need of updating, it has hardly changed in 18 years that I have been staying. Rooms are spartan and the bathrooms basic and poorly maintained. There was ridiculously loud 'music' from the cafe under our room (1st Floor) which ruined our evenings. The breakfast was described as continental was not, having inedible concrete rolls and no choice of cheese or meats, shame as it is a perfect setting overlooking the harbour. I will be staying elsewhere next time.

Pleasant

The location is unbeatable – right in the centre of Cassis, within 2 minutes of the beach, the port, supermarket, bakery, etc. You can hike to the Calanques straight from the hotel door. Room was spacious and had air conditioning, which was great.

The whole hotel is a bit strange and bare, and lacks ambiance (if that is what you are looking for).
