Great location and very friendly staff.
Rooms a little old and let in way too much cold. Rooms need to be sealed up. Very uncomfortable bed.

Food was great, service was amazing, the vibes of the restaurant are very rustic and relaxing. Great hiking trail into the national park if you’re in for a climb
Rooms were a little cold as already stated, it was a bit difficult to get a fire going but we were comfy cozy after we did. There was a bit of a misunderstanding about the shared kitchen as we did not have any utensils or cutlery but the restaurant was able to lend us everything we needed no problem.

great location!
we never got hot water, so I would make sure they have it since it’s very cold over there! We also had to pay extra for an extra blanket..

Nature
The cabin is gold like in fridge.

good wifi but only available in the common room / dining room. Friendly staff
the temperature in the bedroom was colder than outside. we literally had to sleep in 5 layers. rooms and bathrooms were dusty and dirty. Pictures look much better online. Although online they say there is a kitchen travelers can use, there is none available. Also, we could not really sleep since the hostel with thin windows is located right next to the street, where many cars pass by. We were lucky when we left the place although the staff/waiters were really friendly.

It was very cold, so we had to use the fire place, which in the end was very cozy.

Outmatched hospitality in a very charming environment, with great food and the most lovely and authentic host imaginable. One of our best experiences ever. Extra magic with the llamas and rest of the animals!
Cold - but that's to expect.

Beautiful place to stay near Cajas National park. The place is peaceful, one can practice fishing and walking. Nearby. One of the most pleasant experiences in the facilities is to have a chimney in the cottage and enjoy a warm fire at night.
Go there and experience the beauty and chilling surroundings.
They need to improve just a little bit their cleanliness, but the place is great though.

Working staff is so friendly and the food excellent
The 35$ cabin was not that nice, no maintenance, a piece of the window was missing. It was cold.

Didn’t have the rooms we reserved online available. Rooms were dirty and full of mold. Wife and I were bit by spiders in the bed. After we ate dinner we return to the restaurant the next morning to still see our plates were still at the table where we were.

Staff were great. Close to Cajas national park. Brought us extra firewood for the fireplace. Was a comfortable stay close to the national park. Shower was very hot.
Check in was quiet slow, but the staff were very busy so understandable. The room does get quite cold so would reccomend another blanket.

Very nice cosy bungalow with fireplace (with wood provided). The restaurant is amazing, good trout, good breakfast, nice wines and nice staff!
The bathroom could have been more clean. It is also very noisy. The road and the dog(s) make a lot of noise. If you have neighbors you’d better hope they stay quite. Bring earplugs :-)
