Come and explore Cape Cod Bay from this 100% completely renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath vacation rental home condo in North Truro situated across from the iconic Days Cottages. This 500 square foot condo has an open floor plan with panoramic views of Cape Cod Bay with newly installed A/C unit!. The main living area features a custom sectional sofa sleeper with a 5” full size memory foam mattress, a breakfast nook with dining table and a VIZIO 65” SmartHDTV equipped with Netflix, Xfinity cable/WIFI. The kitchen has many upgrades including white quartz countertops, beveled subway tile, Delta Essa faucet with Touch 20 technology, Whirlpool smooth top range with oven and microwave, GE refrigerator with ice maker, Bosch dishwasher and GE space saver washer and dryer. The shaker style cabinets offer plenty of storage and drawers all have soft-close door slides. The bathroom has a modern style single sink chest vanity with a Symmons 2-handle faucet. The contemporary hinged shower door opens to a walk-in shower with upgraded subway tile, Kohler K Flipside shower head and trim, bench and niche. The private bedroom features a queen bed with Airloom mattress, full closet, built-in shelving, reading sconces, charging stations, dresser and 50” VIZIO HDTV equipped with Netflix and Xfinity cable/WIFI.
Begin each summer morning in the kitchen where you will find a Keurig K45 Elite Brewing System for fresh coffee and Calphalon cookware. Make your way out the sliding doors to our private patio space to soak in the morning sunshine. Take 30 steps and your feet will be on the sand of our private beach. This is a perfect place for a hassle-free vacation without carrying your gear. If you choose to be more adventurous, pack the cooler, beach towels and beach chairs (all provided) and head to one of the many world-renowned beaches lining the Cape Cod National Seashore within a few miles of the condo. You won’t regret it! North Truro is a special place, you’ll have the calm of a private beach, but can still hop on a bike/bus/car to the bustle of downtown Provincetown for dining, shopping and nightlife just 4 miles away. When you’ve had your fill of swimming and sunbathing, throw your bathing suits and towels in our private washer/dryer. Mix a few cocktails in the Ninja Professional Blender to sip on as you listen to the waves and watch the sunset from the patio. Enjoy a meal of fresh Cape Cod seafood prepared on the electric Char-Broil grill for dinner. As the night closes in, retreat indoors to play games, watch movies and spend quality time with loved ones. If you are looking for the convenience and activity of Provincetown, but want the tranquility of private beach access, this is the right rental for you.

Every July I take my vacation to the outer cape and Truro is my favorite. This beautiful condo was ideal ! So clean and comfortable , fantastic shower, comfy sectional and a step outside to my private patio! The beach right across the way went on forever. Thank you so much Tiffany for sharing this place! And the air conditioning was a Godsend with all the heat! To wake up and end the day with the sound of the ocean, just heaven !

This is our second year vacationing at Tiffany's condo, and the beautiful unit, the beach 30 feet away, and convenient location did not disappoint! This rental is immaculate, and comfortable. Tiffany is very responsive/great communication. This vacation was even better now that we know how easy it was to wave down the shuttle to Provincetown. We are already planning to back next summer.

Although I've spent many years on the Cape, this was my first time exploring Truro and I quickly fell in love! The property is located in a perfect location. Beautiful views of the ocean and a few steps across the street to watch the breathtaking sunsets with awesome views of PTown! Communications about check in and check out, as well as all of the ins and outs of the unit were great, easy, very detailed, and completely stress free! Some favorites about the unit- the views, the shower with amazing water pressure, the comfortable bed, the convenience of having the washer and dryer in unit, the keyless entry, and the closet space! The bay breezes and salt air were also wonderful! It is a short walk to the Days Market where they have sandwiches, breakfast, coffee, etc. Days was also convenient for a stop before the beach for ice, snacks, etc. ( I frequented Days countless times! ) PTown is a quick drive (about ten minutes). So much fun to explore and great food options. Truro beaches are some of the best that I've visited on the Cape! The beach sticker purchase was an easy online purchase and pick up at the beach office about 5 minutes from the unit. My favorite beaches- Coast Guard Beach (ocean side); Ballston Beach (ocean side)- both with fun seal sightings all day long! Favorite bayside beaches- Cornhill and Great Hollow (also a great sunset location). Also visited Head of the Meadow (national seashore beach) a couple of of times- if you have a town beach sticker, they have a town parking lot. I loved that Truro was quiet, not busy, with very little traffic and so easy to get around. Definitely an old Cape Cod feeling while having the convenience of PTown if looking for more shops, nightlife, etc. Thank you for opening your Cape home to us, Tiffany! Truly a wonderful two weeks and memories to last a lifetime!

Our search was simple.. A/C, patio/deck, clean, and close to the beach. This place checked all those boxes and then some. The condo was just as pictured--updated, modern, and had all the necessary amenities including washer/dryer, dishwasher, grill, and every small appliance you would need! Couches and bed were comfortable, shower had amazing water pressure, and the condo was perfectly laid out and did not feel cramped at all. The private beach was a short 30 second walk and we practically had it to ourselves the entire trip. Was great for morning walks, sunsets, and for our 1 year old to swim/play while being close enough to easily go back and forth multiple times for meals/naps. The location was also convenient to head into P-Town or to go to the national seashore beaches if you are looking for a change of scenery (as of June 2021 - $60 for season pass, $25 for day). The supermarket was about a 7 minute drive and Days Market was a quick walk (amazing breakfast sandwiches and lobster rolls)! Tiffany was extremely responsive, kind, and helpful. We can't recommend this place enough and will gladly come back!

The condo is set back from the beach but has easy access. Lovely deck for cook outs and yoga. We had some nice jogs on the adjacent shore road. Fun beach days, coffee on the beach in the am and at sunset.

It was perfectly updated with the space and all that you need with every bit of modern convenience and attention to detail. Very cozy with the water view from the front deck. Fully equipped, turn key and a great location to all the attractions. We will go back and stay there again. Thank you.

So many superlatives as it relates to this rental;- The owner is super responsive and detail oriented, which shows up both in the quality of the furnishings and appointments in the unit, and the supporting documents she provides - thanks to her I had my Truro beach parking pass filled out and ready before I left for the Cape!- I never would have thought I could fall in love with a door lock.. but the sophisticated electronic keypad lock on the front door is a Godsend for a beach vacation... no need to carry keys across to the beach : )- make sure to bring your Netflix password... the large screen TV makes for a great family movie night experience. - Great location for hitting either Wellfleet or Provincetown.. or any of the Truro beaches. We had an epic campfire on Ballston beach one night (after getting permit through Truro's easy online process) and also spent a day at Truro's Corn Hill beach, which the kids love because of the crabs and hermit crabs they can catch and corral. We also found that the facilities had been upgraded to awesome at P-Town's Herring Cove beach - a real stand out. - All in all a wonderful base for a couple or small family to enjoy the outer cape.. no roughing it here. If forced to find some fault with the unit.. I will tell you that there was no vegetable peeler in the drawer of kitchen implements.. but on the other hand there were nine (9)! wine bottle openers... so at least the landlord has their priorities straight!
