Apartamento muito confortável e grande, excelente para uma família de 4 pessoas!

Adoramos o apartamento, muito espaçoso e confortável, parecia um local onde a família pudesse morar por muitos meses. Cozinha super equipada, quartos com excelente tamanho, sala de jantar, sala de estar, tudo bem grande. Até mesmo uma área outdoor nos fundos, que só não usamos pois fazia muito frio nos dias que estivemos. Quanto à localização, excelente para quem busca paz e silencio, pois é numa rua secundária e 100% residencial. Vagas abundantes para estacionar na rua, sem qualquer risco. Só não recomendo para quem busca área com diversão, restaurantes, bares, etc...esse local não possuia nada disso próximo. Como estávamos com carro, isso não foi um problema.

Achei o colchão do casal muito macio, não adequado para descansar a coluna. Além disso, e não que não tenha gostado pois era muito silencioso, mas se fosse apontar o que poderia ser melhor seria a localização pois fica numa região 100% residencial, precisávamos de carro para tudo. Mas em termos de conforto, equipamentos, tudo excelente!

Nice stay for a family with kids.

Spacious, cosy apartment that feels like a home. Pleasant shower. All the necessary appliances in the kitchen. Big screen in the living room. Silent surroundings. They were able to provide us with a cot.

A little odour of humidity (also in other places in Cascais). Mould in the bathroom. It lacks some essentials in the kitchen such as salt and oil (and a table cloth…). Some furniture (single beds, one of the sofas) needs to be improved/replaced.

A good apartment in a good location.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The outside space was also good

One dish washer tablet was left for our use. Some powder for the washing machine would have been useful.

We liked Cascais very much, but the apartment was very disappointing.

well furnished

overall quite scruffy and dusty, particularly outside where there was a rubbish chute coming from the apartment above to a large skip filled with rubble right by the front door. Very noisy during the day with building work going on all around. Terrace area very scruffy, photos very misleading. No information whatsoever in the apartment regarding the surrounding area. Kitchen very poorly equipped and the oven doesn’t appear to work properly. We were given the keys by the FLH driver at the airport; he dropped us by the front door and when we entered there was no way of identifying our apartment from 6 identical doors with no numbers. I had to ring doorbells until I could find someone to help. Customer service is very poor; when they respond to emails (which they often don’t), they say all the information you need is on the ‘guest area’ of their website, which it actually isn’t.

Poor customer service and an insect problem

The location was good.

There was a serious ant problem in one of the bedroom which wasn't handled well until the end of our stay. It made the staying in the room realy unpleasant. On top of that on our last day we asked to leave our luggage for a few hours in the apartment after check out but we were refused with no explicable reason. We were not happy at all with the company's customer service throughout are stay. It just didn't seem like anyone cared whether we actually have a pleasant stay.

Good

I liked the rooms, and the barbecue facility, also the smart TV. And the fact that they were able to provide a baby cot it was very kind.

I think the property should have been cleaner, the floors were not clean at all. And another thing that is not nice, is the neighbour shouting for absolut anything. I think it should be more private, so that the neighbor cant see us, when in the garden.

Excellent, Cascais is a lovely town and the proximity to Lisbon makes it an ideal location
