Our stay was excellent.

the location and property were excellent for our stay. The Port Stephens accommodation who handles the property were amazingly efficient and friendly.

The kitchen cupboards needs organisation. The kitchen is small in comparison to the size of the home.

We just booked Xmas.

Loved the sound of the ocean at night. Pictures don't do this place justice. Would love to buy this property if it ever became available

Fan switches were a little temperamental. Dryer door kept turn the dryer off.

Comfortable accommodation with awesome outlook

Absolutely loved staying here, the view and location are terrific. The seating and furniture is adequate to make a large family feel comfortable and enjoy relaxing. Loved the spaciousness of the rooms. Kitchen well equipped with all cooking needs. Great venue and we will stay again.

There was no dishwashing liquid and not enough soap or toilet paper for our stay. The bedding (quilts) need washing as they smelt a little stale. There was a LOT of dust around the accommodation, bad for allergies. But the great location and overall size of the accommodation overrode these issues.

not enough dishwashing soap and no soap for in bathroom, if you are not going to supply body/ hand soap and enough dishwashing washing tablets for the period of study and the amount of people you need to advise this before hand so you can bring it up,

Gorgeous duplex right opposite the beach.

fabulous location. fantastic view. right opposite the beach. Nice living area and tastefully furnished. Just walk across the road to the beach. Shops just around the corner. No need for a car.

Not enough dining chairs for the 8 of us. Have to pick up the key from estate agent in Nelson bay. big queue to get it at 2 pm. Have to organise linen and make our own beds. not enough t towels or dishwasher tablets etc. Need to being our own. No mirrors in downstairs bedrooms.

We loved it and will be back. The view alone and it’s location are enough to make us want to return.

Location is amazing but the view from the property is just stunning.

Not as clean as we’d like but ok. Top covers on the beds were visibly stained and dirty so we washed several and it was very dusty in places. Oven door needs fixing as it doesn’t close properly as do a couple of the blinds down stairs. But these are small things in a property that was fantastic value for money and very well equiped.

Location,view access to shops for coffee/food. Balcony and size of rooms. Well equipped kitchen and great garage.

Needed a really good clean as oven,bbq,toilet brushes not clean. Fake plants covered in thick dust,cushions on lounge grubby and bed covers were not changed from previous use. The double beds in bottom bedrooms were not comfortable as sagged in middle.

location was great, it over looked the sea. it is just a short drive away from the town centre

Perfect location on the beach and not so perfect inside the home

The views were exceptional and the location across from the beach perfect. Sitting on the balcony relaxing and looking at the ocean was very relaxing.

The furniture was very dated, the mattress protectors didn't look like they'd ever been cleaned and had blood stains on them. The protectors on the pillows and mattresses needed to be replaced.The mattresses were old and not comfortable. The fridge handle was broken and the cleaner just placed the broken part back on the handle. We had to make our beds with the linen provided and considering the cost for the accommodation this should have been included.
