It has two bedrooms consisting of a double room and a room with a double bed and single which is available on request, there is also a family bathroom and a cloakroom, the cottage can sleep four people. Also inside there is a kitchen diner and a sitting room with a gas effect woodburning stove and sofa bed available on request. To the outside there is nearby parking and the garden has a decking and lawn with a table and chairs. 19A Kingshead Street is a unique cottage in a fantastic central location.
Amenities: Gas central heating with gas wood burning effect stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WIFI. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Public parking nearby. Rear decking and lawn with table and chairs. Pets welcome. Shops, pubs and town center 2 minute walk. Note: There are steps down from the decked area to the garden, young children to be supervised. Note: Steep stairs up to second floor bedroom.
