About this villa rental
We furnished and fitted out this villa with love as a get away for ourselves rather than with the intention of renting. Everything is modern, brand new and fitted to a highest standard. The floors and bathrooms are marble with air-conditioning throughout. We have provided lovely comfortable beds, 2 x superking and one king bed plus two twins and 2 sofa beds. Everything is far above the basic facilities and as this is our first time renting we are hoping that our guests will enjoy and care for our lovely home. Our accommodation is 4 large bedrooms, the master bedroom is en suite and has its own private terrace area. Bedroom 2 has an en-suite toilet and shower room. A sofa bed is provided in the main lounge and another sofa bed is in the basement den. Even at maximum occupancy the villa doesn't feel over crowded.
Most guests at La Manga have a hire car, and there is private parking right in front of the villa, but for those that want to use the free resort bus, it stops a few minutes level walk away with just a few steps up to the villa. Once home you are in a beautiful location with massive terrace, sun loungers for everyone, a bbq and a panoramic view to die for.
Restaurants and cafe are a short walk away but we love the fact that our villa is private so you can play music, relax and enjoy peace and quiet. We have installed a satellite dish to rival Nasa so you can enjoy British TV if you have had enough sunshine and swimming.
On the ground floor we have a "den" (air-conditioned) with xbox 360 and sofa bed, plus air hockey table and table tennis table in the garage. We have a cot and stair gates available and have installed a gate to close off the pool area if necessary for extra peace of mind.
For the sun lovers we have a wrap around terrace and sunbathing area around our pool that has sun from morning until night, then enjoy dining alfresco on the terrace or relaxing on the double rocking chair!
La Manga Club is a beautiful, established 1400 acre resort which is famous for its sporting facilities. Three of Europe's finest golf courses, a 28 court tennis centre, 8 pitch professional football centre, and some of the finest property in Europe. There are sporting academies for both adults and children in tennis, golf, cricket and of course football with Barcelona offering a weeks camp here in the summer. There are also many sporting superstars in residence, so keep your eyes open! The resort also has a children's club catering for younger children.
Take a drive to La Manga Strip, the narrow strip that separates the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor. Here you can find water skiing, jet skis, sailing, windsurfing, paddle boards and much more.
The resort offers 20 top quality restaurants from American to Asian, numerous pools, an extensive array of bars, clubs and a resort favourite, The Last Drop. The Spa is beyond fabulous with an indoor pool and fitness club, plus there is a 5 star hotel within La Manga Club, don't miss the Piano Bar, and an array of shops and services.
Las Atalayas is a recently completed community located behind the North golf course right next to Las Lomas and Buena Vista. Our villa has the finest panoramic views and one of only two villas in the community to have its own full size pool (6m x 3.5m).
Las Atalayas is in a prime location, less than a minute's walk to the nearest tennis court, the Peninsula Club, mini market at Deli Café, and 2 restaurants. The resort’s free transport stops at Las Lomas which is a few minutes walk away.
There is so much to do, a week just isn't enough, or indeed you can just relax and do nothing........

Great location and villa with superb views of the Mar Menor and resort. Well equipped and beautifully furnished villa. Pool was a great success with children and adults alike . Would definitely recommend this property.

Absolutely excellent for families. The pool was just the right temperature. Thankfully the weather was fine so we didn’t need the excellent TV and games facilities but if the weather had been inclement then the table tennis, air football and Xbox would have been brilliant. The views were lovely and everything worked perfectly.

The villa was lovely and very well kitted out. Lovely views and plenty of amenities within a short drive. On the first day the villa was quite warm as the air con had been off which meant the air con was working so hard it tripped the electricity a few times but it settled down once the temperature settled. We had a slight issue getting the TV to work (we wanted to watch the women’s football World Cup final) but the host responded very quickly and it was sorted very easily. Very lovely stay and definitely recommend.

Loved our second stay here. A home away from
home. Children love the games room, beautiful views, brilliant being able to cook but also gorgeous restaurant a few minutes walk away too. Will hopefully be back again soon.

Fantastic villa, the owners have thought of everything. Comfy beds, powerful showers, air con in many rooms, a brilliant private pool & satellite TV not to mention the den with table tennis & other games. Amazing view from the huge terrace too. We will miss it!

We all had an amazing time during our stay. Couldn’t have stayed in a nicer villa.sKids loved the games room, not to mention the pool. There are beautiful views and lots of space. Lovely restaurant a few minutes walk away. We had a brilliant time and hope to return when we can!

This villa is just as described, sat in an elevated position with commanding views over La Manga and the Mar Menor beyond. It is ideally located for families to enjoy a peaceful holiday and still be close enough to get to the bars and restaurants as long as you have a car. Given it’s elevated position, as you would imagine, there are a lot of steps and stairs, which was fine by us but we did have to help my elderly parents. The villa had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our two week holiday. We spent a lot of time around the pool in the daytime and most evenings we sat on the very large terrace playing cards and listening to music whilst taking in the beautiful views. Overall our stay was fantastic and we would highly recommend this villa , and if we go back to La Manga we would stay here again! Thankyou to the owners Juliet and Steve for renting it out and for the very prompt communication throughout the process.

Fab family holiday
Excellent experience staying here, booking was simple and great communication with property owners prior to our arrival. We were a group of 10 with a broad range of ages, but the villa was ideal for our needs, very spacious and nicely furnished. Pool area was fab, and a big hit with the children in the group. Location was great, very peaceful in the evenings, but only a very short drive to local shops and restaurants. Would definitely like to stay again sometime.

Good holiday
Very beautiful house, you have everything inside. The pool is very good for 10 young people, we all appreciate the journey. You must have a car if you want to go to the grocery store ... or go to the beach but there is a lot of taxi that you can take at every hour. My friend and I really appreciate the holidays here, thank you !

Perfect week
This villa is absolutely perfect for a large family group. It is decorated to a very high standard and has everything you could possibly need in a ‘home away from home.’ The variety of gorgeous outdoor spaces means you can all enjoy the sunshine without being on top of each other. The boys enjoyed the games room while the girls enjoyed lounging by the pool. The resort itself exactly met our needs. It felt safe to allow the kids their freedom and the variety of bars and restaurants was excellent. We had a wonderful week.

Great accommodation for a sunny getaway!
We had a lovely week away! Comfy beds; air con a bonus; good facilities; nice pool and seating areas!
La Manga Club was a good choice for us with teenagers. Plenty to do; nice restaurants - our favourites being La Barra and The Last Drop. Mini golf was fun! The Spa at Las Lomas village was a treat.
Easy access to the Mar Menor beaches...Mar de Cristal bring our preferred spot.

Amazing house with all facilities you can think, I wish it would have been summer!
We were a group of 7 adults and 3 children and they house is well suited for everyone with lots of space to eat in and out or sit down around the tv.
The playroom in the basement was really good for the boys to play and we had few table tennis tournaments!
The rooms are beautifully decorated and very good quality linen.
Everything is very clean and the kitchen has allyou need to cook even a Christmas lunch as there are lots of pans and oven dishes.
Good quality plates and cutlery.
Really , you feel at home ! We absolutely love it!

Simply WOW!This was our first time to La Manga resort and this beautiful villa. The photo's really don't do it justice....and that's saying something. The villa itself is in the quieter part of the La Manga Club resort of Las Lomas. It's situated at the end of a very quiet road with excellent views over La Manga Club Resort. Whilst there's only a couple of drinking/eating establishments within a close walk, others are only a 5 minute drive away. Likewise there's shops, small supermarkets and of course all the sporting activities a person could want within a short drive. Here's a few restaurants we visited during our stay (marked out of 5)……Si! Bar (3.5) - good for young kids and has good evening entertainment. Food was ok and priced reasonably.Luigi's (3) - well presented restaurant, walking distance from the villa. Whilst the food was nice it was more on the expensive side and doesn't offer much for children.The Scotsman (3.5) - located in Belalluz, this is more of a bar that offers lunchtime food. Has a pool table so provides entertainment for kids, best of all has happy hour 16:00 - 19:00.Dante's (5) - OUR FAVOURITE! Food fantastic.....Service Fantastic.....Prices Excellent.....so good we went 3 times.Curry Gardens (4) - located just down the road from Si! Bar. Food and prices were very good and they do offer a delivery service.The villa itself is Simply Stunning! It has been furnished beautifully and has everything in it that anyone could want...….and much more. The pool is well maintained, with plenty of available beds and is sunny all day long. The booking was very easy, with Juliet (owner) being very quick to respond to any questions. Details of the villa were very good, both online and in the welcome pack in the villa.TIP: There is a free bus service that runs around the La Manga Club Resort. Although the bus stop is just down the road you do have to go into Las Lomas Reception and ask the desk to call it for you. The bus will take you anywhere in the Club Resort but will only drop you off at the designated stops. To allow us to have a drink we did quite often catch the bus into the centre of the resort and then walked back to the villa, taking about 30 mins.

We had a car and it was an easy 5 minute drive to the centre of the club, where the supermarket/restaurants/shops and sports facilities are located.The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and have comfy beds and aircon. Plenty of towels and beach towels too. Large outside wrap around terrace and fantastic gated pool area, which had sun all day long!Great communication with the owner Juliet, who is lovely and could not have been more helpful or accommodating! The villa is perfectly location for short excursions to the beautiful port of Cartagena and the numerous child-friendly beaches of the mar menor, with its clear warm waters.Overall I would highly recommend a stay here, definitely 5 star!

Beautiful Villa in a great location
4 generations stayed here for a family holiday and the villa was ideal and accommodated everyone’s needs. The pool is fabulous and the villa is well equipped and beautifully decorated. Juliet responded quickly to any queries I had and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

Villa magnifique !
Nous avons passé 2 semaines formidables dans cette villa de luxe ! L'intérieur est parfait, décoré et il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. Les chambres sont plus qu' agréables et la literie vraiment confortable.
Nous avons passé de belles soirées dans le "vrai " salon de jardin. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Bref une villa ou le luxe y est vraiment. Merci également a Juliet qui a toujours répondu à toutes nos questions.

A fantastic villa - highly recommeded.
I cannot recommend this villa enough. The photos don't do it justice. Incredibly spacious, tastefully decorated with very lovely homely touches, large living area, large outdoor dining table (as well as indoor dining table), lovely garden seating to relax on, fantastic view over the resort. Sunbeds by pool. Gets sun all day long so great if you like sunbathing. Its very private, you could sunbathe in nude if you wanted!
To say the kitchen is fully equipped is an understatement! Everything you could possibly need is there.....even an electronic meat thermometer!
There are 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 king with large terrace and large en-suite, 1 with two single beds), plus 2 double sofa beds, and a large footstool that can turn into a single sofa bed. TV's in every room.
There is a 'den'/second living area in the basement which has one of the sofa beds as well as large corner sofa. Xbox, dvd's. There is also a ping pong table and air hockey table!! Tennis rackets and bikes are there also. We didn't get a chance to use any of these as we were out every day and night, but would be great fun to play with family/friends.
The villa is approx. 7-8 min walk to Las Lomas reception where you can get the complimentary shuttle to take you anywhere within the resort. The only downside to the villa would only be if any guests were not good with climbing stairs, but it wasn't a problem for us.
Overall this is a fantastic villa, which we will rent every time we come to La Manga from now on. The hosts were very quick to reply to any of my queries before we arrived. Location instructions etc. were very clear.

A stunning property set in a picturesque spot
We had a marvellous stay here recently (6 adults and 2 toddlers). The villa was extremely well furnished and had everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms were lovely as were the living spaces. The outdoor terrace is beautiful with stunning views across La Manga towards the sea. The pool is fantastic. The shuttle bus that transports you around La Manga is a few minutes walk away and we found this the easiest way to get to the local shops/bars/restaurants. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Fabulous family holiday
Just spent 10 days with family at this villa including a seven month old. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is very spacious both inside and out everything you need is there to make your stay a success. The veranda area has the sun for most of the day into late evening so it is a lovely place to sit and relax.
A car is needed to get out and about Los Bolones being the nearest place to visit and sit watching the world go by with a glass of wine or beer.

Fantastic holiday-Beautiful Villa
I couldn't recommend this villa highly enough; fantastic resources, decorated beautifully, wonderful pool, quiet area, spacious and luxurious. I have often been on holiday elsewhere and longed for home...here I was very sorry to leave.
The owners were fantastic with communication.
We had two rental cars (so that the family could go out whilst I played golf) but to be honest we could have had just one...the family were just happy to spend time at the villa and in particular the pool.
From introduction to completion the process was easy - even when we had a small hiccup with Homeway, the owners made sure I was reassured that everything was in order.
We would definitely book again.

Casa muy agradable y cómoda
La casa es muy cómoda para grupos grandes. Tiene una terraza enorme donde desayunábamos todas las mañanas. Las cenas ahí deben ser fantásticas también, pero todavía hacía un poco de frío para cenar fuera. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y las camas las mejores en las que hemos dormido fuera de nuestra casa. La cocina muy completa. Los baños muy bien, con toallas y ropa de cama todo muy nuevo. La casa es muy tranquila porque la urbanización está un poco alejada del resto. Tampoco había mucha gente pero seguro que es por la época. La piscina también es muy agradable y tiene muchos muebles en la terraza para relajarse en las distintas áreas.
Solo puedo decir cosas buenas de esta propiedad y de Juliet, que nos facilitó todo lo que necesitábamos sin problema y nos permitió salir más tarde de la casa. Y Graham también fue muy atento con un par de cosas que necesitamos. Muy recomendable para unas vacaciones en esta zona, y muy cerca del Parque Natural de Calblanque.
