Amazing property, in a great location : walking distance to the ocean ... yet, with a much better, calm and relaxing terrace and a pool

Cintia made sure that all our needs were covered even before arriving. Everything from dinner on the terrace upon our arrival, breakfast for the next day, shampoo, toothpaste, shaving cream, etc was provided for us.
The house is a period villa nestled among the olive and citrus trees with an amazing view onto the ocean. The house is relatively old and has its own charm. If you want a very relaxing, authentic Italian holiday with first class service in a beautiful location, then Cintia's villa is the one. Thank you Cintia and Assunte for looking after us so well.

This villa and its surroundings are beyond imagination and even more beautiful then all the pictures on the site . The host Cintia is welcoming you as a familymember in her monumental villa owned by her family since 1920. The interior is composed in good tast through centuries with the echo of a rich and distinguished familyhistory ; the antique furniture , the wallpaper and art display unique stories of a past still present .The attention of Cintia is personal , super friendly and very affective . As if she is somewhere silently around instead of in Rome, she takes care of extra pillows and other things when she hears that there are extra guests coming to visit , all without us asking . The large pool with a view on the turkoois blue sea is surrounded by deckchairs and a hammock , to read or dream away with the smell of roses all planted by the owner Cintia herself . The caretaker Fabio is there in a few minutes if you need any help with the BBQ or anything else : speedy Gonzales !! the house is very well organized and very clean . The antique beds are covered with embroidere9d sheets , and the rooms are all airconditioned .In the neighborhood there are many interesting things to see and to do : the monumental village Pichici ( great Michelin restaurant best view ever !) national forest , Promontorio del Gargano , the church for Padre Pio built by Renzo Piano and many other historic and cultural hotspots.
This place inspired us to think, to relax, to dream, to paint, to cook and to eat far to much !!!
With a heavy heart but lots of new energy we leave this paradise !

Wonderful villa and location
We had a wonderful week in the villa, and really enjoyed the gardens, terrace and pool. It has a great sea view, but is at the end of a quiet road just a short walk from the shops and restaurants. Cintia, the owner, is really friendly and helpful.

Vacation in paradise
We stayed for 14 days in this wonderful house. The beautifully arranged rooms are filled with memories and stories from lovely summers on the Italian Adria. Even before the stay the communication with the house owner was so welcoming, warm and easy. As we arrived we were welcomed by Assunta & Franco, who showed us around the house with so much warmth. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, a fully, beautifully furnished living room and on top a fully equipped kitchen as I have never experienced before in a vacation spot. We had everything we needed. Let it be shaving cream, shower gel, everything was taken care of. Even the kitchen was provided with the most important stuff for the first days and Assunta welcomed us with a dinner on our first night. The most beautiful part whatsoever was the huge garden, including a spacious terrace and a pool. between orange and lemon trees we had relaxing days at the pool. You don‘t feel like a guest but more as family when staying there.

A great spot, a great hostess ...a perfect week.
The 3 bedroom, 3 bath apartment on the ground floor of the villa was exactly what we needed. We were 5 adults and a 3 year old, gathered from 3 different locations for a family holiday. We wanted a place to relax, reconnect and enjoy creating memories together. We got that.
The private pool, which Franco kept in immaculate shape and stunning gardens (both were exclusively for our use) were used everyday. The roses in the garden by the pool were especially stunning. And the lavender plants brought many butterflies to the area by the pool. The land also includes a forest area which was a relaxing place to walk, sit or even swing in the hammock. Especially because the days were quite warm, it was a nice option. Fresh oranges and lemons were picked by us daily, which was an unexpected treat.
The outdoor patio was where we centered our activities. It was well shaded, and the breeze carried in. The refrigerator right there meant we didn’t have far to go for our cold drinks.
The kitchen, even though small when 4 adults were in there, had everything you could imagine needing. We ate in most evenings and it was easy. A few times we walked to the beach, although the climb up the hill back to the villa is not for everyone.
Cintia was the best hostess. She established contact well before our arrival and was always available to us by whatsapp or phone. The one time we needed someone at the house to help, Franco was there in less than 3 minutes. And Assunda made us a welcome dinner and provisioned us for breakfast for our first morning so we could shop at our leisure.
The villa is very well placed for doing activities. Rodi Garganico, San Menaio, and Vico are all right there. We had a welcome packet waiting when we arrived with lots of guidance on things to do and where to shop. We took advantage of that help when we set out each day.
All in all, we had a great time. Thank you Cintia! We appreciate you.

Siamo stati accolti in questa angolo di paradiso da Assunta e Franco,i custodi che senza essere invadenti sono stati sempre presenti e disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richiesta. La location è veramente unica:la vista è bellissima , il giardino curato e con un parco di aranci ,limoni e ulivi dove ti viene voglia di passeggiare e fermarti ad ascoltare i rumori della natura (unico rumore che si sente) mentre assisti allo spettacolo unico del sole che tramonta in mare. Il giardino è interamente recintato,pregio da non trascurare per chi ha con se un cane ,come noi, o dei bambini piccoli. L’interno della casa ha il sapore della casa di famiglia, ben arredata,comoda,curata e pratica. Avevamo a disposizione tutto quello che poteva servirci ed anche molto di più! Cintia è un ospite appassionato che ti trasmette l’amore che ha per questa casa e che fa di tutto affinché tu sia a tuo agio, rilassato ,coccolato e viziato! La piscina ci è stata molto d’aiuto nei giorni di mare mosso e di tempo incerto. Il mare è sotto casa ma volendo si possono andare a scoprire anche spiagge poco più lontane che meritano sicuramente un giro. Insomma non potavamo chiedere di meglio!! Awesome family getaway
Perfect place for a relaxing family vacation! Sweet apartment on the first floor and Cintia made sure that we had everything we could possibly need. Well equipped kitchen, fresh oranges and other basic food needs that made cooking easy. We were especially fortunate with the weather and enjoyed the pool and sea that was perfect for swimming. Such a special place that its hard to describe. Very authentic, old Italian villa that has been updated/maintained well. Days spent by the beautiful pool, beach or hiking in forest. Evenings in the outdoor dining space covered with flowers with view of the sea. Simply perfect!

The whole facility is well kept, if there is anything you need, it's covered from Franco, who lives close to the villa. We had a problem with the air condition. The owners really tried all, to solve the problem. Although a lot of technicians tried to do their best, they had to order a part and the AC didn't work for 10 days. The owners bought mobile air conditions an offered as compensation one week more in this perfect location. We wanted to accept this offer but unfortunately we had to go back after 2 weeks and couldn't accept. But the owners made another offer and reduced the price, which we accepted with good grace.
At the arrival we found plenty of foodstuff for the first days and the owners organised that in the evening a perfect dinner was cooked for us.
Environment: the sea is very near, but we didn't like the beaches in San Menaio, so we choosed other beaches like Chianca or Zaiana. There are some really good restaurants in San Menaio or in other cities like Peschici.
As summary we can say, that this location exceeded our expectations and we can recommend it without any restrictions.

We took a holiday at this stunning villa for the May Half term. The villa is set just up from the beach so that the sea is framed all day long whilst enjoying the lovely swimming pool. On our arrival we were totally looked after with a lovely welcome pack in the kitchen to get us through the first few days and even were made to relax while a welcome meal was prepared!
The villa is very high spec and everything you would possibly need in your stay is provided.
We had three children aged 6-13 and they spent all day paying hide and seek in the safe forest area of the garden or splashing in the warm pool. Our 6 year old even learnt to swim.
The supermarket are just a 10 min drive and the restaurants are also within walking distance to watch the sun set over the sea.
Everything was just perfect and the owners dropped us a text a few times in the week to check everything was ok. They have a lovely gentleman who live nearby to help with such aspects as the pool maintenance and he again was so super helpful
I would recommend this to families, couples, etc. as this really is a hidden gem

Dans un cadre idyllique au milieu d' un parc avec oranger et citronnier, cette maison ne vous laissera pas insensible, d une qualité de prestation rare, grande piscine avec vue mer, la présence d assunta et franco discrète et serviable vous permettra dépasser des vacances idéals, un grand merci a cintia et son mari pour l accueil plus que chaleureux, avec ces petites attention comme le lunch et les courses effectués, du jamais vu alors que nous louons des maisons depuis des années, vous pouvez y aller sans aucune hésitation .

"Luxe, calme et volupté"
Superbe adresse dans le Gargano au calme avec vue sur la mer.
Je rejoins l'avis de tous : c'est une location de qualité avec des propriétaires exquis. Le contact avec C. dès la réservation fût excellent tout comme son charmant accueil avec D. Tout était fait pour faciliter notre séjour : préparation du repas du 1° soir par A., placards remplis, produits de toilette fournis... Leur aide a continué ensuite par l'envoi d'objets oubliés ! A. et F. sont présents discrètement pour la piscine et, à la demande, pour ménage, barbecue de poissons, préparation des repas... avec grande gentillesse.
La description de l'annonce est tout à fait exacte : c'est une belle maison de famille du début du siècle, meublée avec goût, bien entretenue et équipée, rénovée notamment avec la création de belles salles de bains avec WC pour chaque chambre. Elle dispose de la climatisation que nous n'avons pas utilisée car elle reste fraiche. La terrasse ombragée par un bougainvillée avec vue sur la mer permet de prendre très agréablement les repas. Avec les photophores, c'est magnifique le soir. Un barbecue à gaz, un autre à bois y sont à disposition.
Le jardin entièrement clôt est immense, ce que notre chienne a apprécié, avec les nombreux rosiers de C., des orangers, des citronniers, des pins... . La piscine est grande, bien exposée avec une terrasse et une douche à l'abri des regards : quel plaisir (luxe) de se laver parmi les rosiers !
Les photos parlent d'elles-même d'ailleurs : la grande chambre a vue sur la mer et donne aussi sur un petit dégagement ouvrant sur la terrasse arrière et a une grande salle de bain avec baignoire d'angle. De l'autre côté du couloir, se trouve le salon-salle à manger avec télé/DVD où s'ouvrent les deux autres chambres : celle à 2 lits simples à l'arrière avec fenêtre à l'est et l'autre à l'avant, ancien salon d'hiver très agréable. La cuisine est petite mais fonctionnelle. Il existe une autre grande chambre semi-enterrée avec un accès par l'extérieur si besoin.
La location est à 800 m d'une longue page de sable en bord de route ; la côte magnifique notamment entre Peschici et Vieste est facilement accessible en voiture ainsi que la Foresta Umbra. Les îles Tremiti à ne pas manquer non plus sont proches en bateau au départ de Rodi Garganico. C. laisse d'ailleurs une pochette avec des idées de visites et des adresses de bonnes tables.

Senza dimenticare i custodi Franco ed Assunta, carinissimi e sempre disponibili e la propritaria, Cintia persona squisita che cura tutto nei minimi particolari.

Nos trois enfants ont bien profite de la belle piscine et nous nous sommes sentis a l'aise tout de suite . Merci C. de votre accueil chaleureux et plein de confiance . Le charme de la demeure laisse un beau souvenir, avec cette vue sur la mer azur, a travers les orangers, les citronniers, les pins d'Alep du parc ... c'etait magique.
Propre, calme, tranquille sans etre perdue au milieu de nulle part, cette location est un bon point de depart pour visiter le Gargano, la foret, la cote, Peschici et les nombreuses stations balneaires de la cote . La presence d'A. et F. a ete aussi fort appreciable, pour des diners authentiques (les pates fraiches de sa mamma !) sous la pergola ..."
