perfect for my needs

A great hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast was exceptionnally good with fantastic coffee. Location may not be the best to visit downtown Quito since it is quite far and there is not much around the hotel, but for me was close to University for work, so most convenient. Hotel was superb, very comfortable, with great staff, I enjoyed my short stay there

Convenient and comfortable

Conveniently located between the airport and Quito, but out of the crazy busy downtown. Close to the restaurants and shops in Cumbaya and the ecotrail of El Chaquiñan. Spotless clean and super friendly and attentive staff.

Great hotel on the outskirts of Quito.

The rooms are modern and very attractive. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive. It has a small garage on site.

It is a bit noisy because of a nearby busy road, but I don’t think there’s anything you can do about that.

Excellent hotel 30 mins outside of Quito.

Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is very attractive as was our room. The location in Lumbaco was chosen for its vicinity to the airport and having parking. Lumbaco itself is not very interesting, but you can get into Quito in 30 mins. The hotel staff could not be more kind or helpful. Always cheery and hardworking. There is a security guard there 24/7 so you don’t have to worry about your car.

It can be a little noisy at night from car alarms and roosters.

super great stay.

super great stay. I spent nearly 4 week at the hotel. large comfortable rooms very clean. fantastic staff. very nice bathroom, good amenities and laundry service (they charge per Kg, not per item!). It's the second time I come to this hotel and it doesn't fall short of any big fancy hotel at twice the price. The location is not at the center but is much closer to the airport and the northern exit from town, which for me was most convenient. (It costs around 12 usd to go to town by uber). Great place. I recommend warmly.

It was quiet.

the breakfast was 5 different bowls of fruits granola and yogurt. Same breakfast every morning... No hot dishes like eggs. No variation.... :( So much for breakfast included for$115.00 a night.

Comfortable short stay.

Choice of three types of breakfast. The restaurant of the hotel has an affordable vegetarian lunch menu. Also good à la carte options. Staff is very friendly.

A Feng Shui Delight, right in downtown Tumbaco, Ecuador!

The energy of the hotel was amazing, welcoming, peaceful and full of special details everywhere you turned! The jacuzzi in room was excellent. Pillows, bedding, towels, and robes were exceptional. Really enjoyed having in our room wine glasses, complimentary water, candles, a coffee maker with fixings, cable with music channels and the rain shower head. Onsite, included breakfast was delicious. Especially appreciated the noon check-out time! Cannot believe this was available in Tumbaco! What a treat to not have to travel to Quito!

This is the second time in two months that I have stayed at this wonderful boutique hotel. Everything was great from my pick up at the airport, check in, comfort of the room and especially the cleanliness of the room and the whole hotel.

Amazing hotel - beautiful rooms, wonderful food, friendly staff

Lovely, friendly, very helpful staff. Beautiful room. Quiet, clean, peaceful. Free water and chocolates on the pillows. Restaurant downstairs is amazing. Lomo saltado was delicious- the vegetables tasted so fresh. Breakfast was also great- generous portions and all fresh. Ask for the local breakfast (not on the menu). Pizza place over the road was really great too. Amazing wood fire pizzas. Would happily stay again.
