Good

I like that the unit has hot shower bidet,air-con,refrigerator internet and TV. It is also a walking distance to SM North and Trinoma. The security guards are helpful and friendly.

The cabinet under the kitchen sink needs deep and thorough cleaning. There's water leakage from the shower stall going to bathroom floor.. The base of the toilet bowl needs cleaning too.

Good by Filipino standards

The location was good for us bc we had family in the area, and you can walk to SM North EDSA without walking street level. AC worked well and so did the water pressure was good. Includes body soap, toothpaste, toothbrush. Internet was stable

There were at least 2 new cockroaches we had to kill each time we walked into the place. And no hair dryer. Closet is quite dusty. Sink is...rinse everything before you use it. You have to sign up ahead of time to use the gym. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but looked nice.

Location is ideal, unit is in a very secure area and host is very responsive

owner was incredibly accommodating. even though we arrived very late after attending a corporate event, the owner still went out her way to assist us upon lodging.

this isn’t anything negative. we actually appreciate the extra layer of security that the security staff put into. we were asked to present our IDs at least twice on different entrances of the establishment.

Nice cozy and quiet place definitely love to go again...

Very cozy place... Close to the shopping mall... Very quiet place...

I would prefer to have some thicker blanket... I love cold room but my girlfriend can't really take cold...

Nice, relaxing, clean room, and optimal location.

Proximity to the mall, shops and businesses located inside property complex, public transportation, pool. The owner was nice, understanding, and accommodating. She goes above and beyond to help out her guests

Elevator does not work properly sometimes; skips floors.

Exceptional Condo Unit | Great location

Owner is super approachable and respond very quickly to my inquiries. The unit is well maintained and clean. I love the high speed fibr internet. I was able to work during our stay. Also, inside the residences there are amenities such as pool convenience store, some food/drink shops and laundry shop. Location is superb! The pathway to SM North is very convenient. Overall experience is a 10-star for us. We'll definitely book again. 😊

our stay there was great apart from the incident with the gate guard. We both enjoyed our stay there.

close to everything, very secure with plenty of security. Great staff at grass residence always polite and helpful.

We found nearly all gate security staff were really good but one day after being here for 8 days one security guard insisted that we show him our welcome letter from the host. But even though we had other identification on us we were not carrying the welcome letter from host & it was really made us feel awkward as no other guards had asked us for this previously. In the end he had to take our word even though we showed him our booking on booking.com which even had both our names listed there as booking the Condo during the dates there.

Nice location.

Location is perfect. Security is also a plus factor

The bed was not very comfortable for me.. It is wrapped din plastic vinyl that makes the sound evrytime I move. This is also because I'm a light sleeper so I hear it. The mattress is also thin,, a thicker one would be more comfortable Kitchen is equipped except there's no microwave.
