About this villa rental
This wonderful villa is new and was built with the best finishes. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday with family, relax by the swimming pool that changes color with heating option. Large game room with ping pong, pool table, table football, home theater, games and toys for children. Fenced pool, great views facing south and a great sense of well being and tranquility. The owner lives 5 minutes from home.

What an amazing Villa! The photos do not do it justice, the Villa is a jewel on the outskirts of Loulé. Just the entrance of the Villa let’s you know it’s a special place! Bedroom's were great, games room downstairs even better! Outside the pool was brilliant to keep us all entertained and allow us to cool off while experiencing the lovely Algarve weather. The bbq came in handy on most night! 10/10 from all us us. Thank you Nelson

We had a great stay! The house was fantastic and very complete! We were well received by the owner and the communication was quite easy and nice. There is a plenty of space with a big basement. So nice! And we enjoyed the heated swimming pool as well! The house has got much extra’s and the surrounding area is more than worth coming back!

Nelson's house is fantastic. Very modern, more so than some of the pictures suggest. We had a fantastic time there as a family and made a lot of use of the games room located downstairs. Certainly one to return too.

The villa is a great place to enjoy a holiday with family and large enough if some friends were also invited. The heated pool, downstairs games room and large bedrooms make the villa a perfect place to stay. The location is an excellent base to explore the area, only 20 minutes away from secluded beaches of Gale, less than 5 minutes away from supermarkets, shops, restaurants and markets in Loule and 10 mins away from shops and restaurants in Villamoura. Very close to the MAR shopping designer outlet and mall. Nelson was a perfect host, there if we needed him, we didn’t but it was good to know he would be of service if called upon.

Super villa in very quiet place. Nelson is absolutely lovely host. Perfect communication before and during the stay. Pictured don't tell you about how spacious villa is. Air-conditioning in every room, big kitchen, play room is huge. Heated pool is absolutely lovely even in cold weather. All bedrooms is very spacious. Big thanks to Nelson. We definitely recommend this property if you travelling to Algarve 👍👍👍

Nous étions 10 6 adultes et 4 enfants et franchement nous étions à l’aise, la maison est spacieuse la piscine très bien et les espaces de sociabilité “salon cuisine et table sur terrasse” étaient très bien, Nelson était très à l’écoute et très serviable

A propriedade tem excelentes condições, nomeadamente o salão de jogos. Óptimo para férias em família ou com amigos.

This is singlehandedly one of the highlights of our visit to Portugal.
The house is very comfortable for 10 people. The game room was a massive hit with the kids. The heated pool was icing on the cake.
Everything was perfect and the instructions to arrive at the house were spot on.
Nelson gave us some good recommendations and we loved the bakery he pointed us to in Quarteira.
We would love to visit this villa again if we ever find ourselves in Portugal again.

Amazing villa with great host and great views
This is singlehandedly one of the highlights of our visit to Portugal.
The house is very comfortable for 10 people. The game room was a massive hit with the kids. The heated pool was icing on the cake.
Everything was perfect and the instructions to arrive at the house were spot on.
Nelson gave us some good recommendations and we loved the bakery he pointed us to in Quarteira.
We would love to visit this villa again if we ever find ourselves in Portugal again.

It felt like home
I fell in love with the area and the people of Portugal. The view of Loulé at night i will miss. I stayed for six weeks and I hope to return one day. The way the villa is set up it offers privacy even if there is a full house. Nelson and his wife, Theresa, will go out of their way to help you in any way. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

We had a perfect stay in that nice and clean house - our 3 kids loved especially the pool!! We had´nt have the chance to meet Nelson in person, but we stayed via email in contact so that he could be sure that we´re allright. But to be sure that everything is perfect, you absolutely need a car to get to all the beautiful places!
Nelson is a very good and friendly houst and the house is perfect, so we absolutely recommend this familiy friendly house!

Big and nicely secluded.
Lovely large property with a fantastic pool ( which we had heated )
There is parking for 2 cars inside the security gates.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room. Kitchen was well equiped, and the dishwasher was used daily. Good BBQ in the garden, and lots of room to sit and enjoy the food.
We had a lovely 14 days - thoroughly enjoyable time !!

Fabulous family holiday
Enormous villa with fabulous pool, huge games room and stunning views, perfect for a family holiday. Four adults and six children stayed in total with plenty of room for all. Lovely, quiet location and a perfect base for travelling around the area, all the beaches and attractions are within short travelling distance. The owners are very welcoming and looked after us perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

Very Spacious and homely villa
The location is quite remote and a car is definitely needed. The road to the villa and the driveway are very steep indeed.
The villa has lovely views of the surrounding hills which is nice.
The grounds of the villa could do with a tidy as there a a lot of weeds and some dust on some of the stonework.
We had the pool heated and it was really worth paying the extra for this - the pool area is gated which meant the youngsters were not able to wonder into this area unsupervised.
The villa is well equipped and spacious - the games room is fabulous and is very comfortable.
We had a couple of issues which Nelson promptly sorted out.
The acid test of any review is whether you would visit again - we would do.

Beautiful villa, wonderful views, awesome holiday
I booked the villa for a couples holiday during which we would be attending a wedding. We were not disappointed with the villa! The heated pool was divine, particularly in the early mornings and late evening. All the communal areas, bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious and catered for the needs of a group of adults extremely well. We enjoyed BBQs and the stunning view in particular. Nelson and his wife are exceptional hosts, they were attentive at ensuring we had everything we needed from the villa. I cannot recommend this place enough - we will be back! Many thanks.

lovely stay
we had a lovely week in the villa. we had the chance to use the beautiful outdoor area having breakfast in the sun. the pool was enjoyed by the kids even in the evenings , it was warm like a bath. the rooms where lovely and spacious, the beds where comfy. we spent most of our time in the nice kitchen where we cooked every day, it is well equipped and has enough space for 4 different breakfasts to be made at the same time... and best of all nelson was very helpful and kind and looked after us and communicated with us often.

Amazing Villa with Everything
We booked this gorgeous Villa for a 30th Birthday weekend. The Villa had everything that we need and more! The photos don't do it justice! Its in a great quiet location, we did have a little trouble finding it but the maps that Nelson provided us with, got us there in the end! The pool is amazing and we paid the extra to have it heated which is worth every Euro! The views from the Villa are amazing. The kitchen has more than well equipped, we had everything we could have asked for! The beds in the rooms are so comfortable! There is more than enough room for us 6. The games room has enough to keep everyone very entertained!

Wonderful House
Everything about this place is lovely - from Nelson's care and attention to detail with the booking to the house itself. The location is peaceful and has wonderful views over the hills to the south. The house is spacious, both inside and out, very tastefully furnished, and the games room is great for the kids!

Fabulous Villa, Great Location, Wonderful Host
Just got back (May) after a week in this great villa situated in the hills near Loule. Nelson, the owner was a pleasure to deal with from the start of the booking process through to arriving at the villa, nothing was too much trouble. The villa itself is really well equipped with everything you need and really well furnished. We split our time between eating out on the terrace, BBQs and going to nearby Villamoura and Albufeira
Our party consisted of four adults and four children under 7 and they had a great time splashing around in the heated pool (lovely and warm, not like some solar heated pools). The views from the pool and terrace are lovely and the villa is in a quiet area although not isolated. Its about a 10 minute drive to Vilamoura/Loule and 15 mins to Albufeira.
Had a brilliant time playing in the games room and watching movies when the kids were in bed on the big TV.
Its a perfect place to stay with families and we will definitely stay again next year!

Brilliant Villa with everything catered for!
Firstly, the pictures of this villa do not do it justice. The villa is modern, with fantastic facilities and wonderful decor throughout. I recently stayed with my 3 year old son, wife and two friends and found the bedrooms and many bathrooms large and clean. The outside living area is excellent with a purpose built BBQ - perfect for those relaxing nights sitting outside with a glass of wine! The pool is fantastic and as we were staying in May we opted for pool heating resulting in jumping into a warm bath in the mornings!
There is wifi throughout the house and the large TV in the living room has lots of channels, including Disney (although more English speaking channels would be a bonus), but the wifi coverage allows you to stream TV/radio services from your tablet or smartphone.
The games room in the basement is a wonderful addition for those with children and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.
There's not much more I can say other than Nelson made us feel very welcome and I hope to return some day - sooner rather than later
