Die Lage war super …am Hafen so konnten wir direkt nach Capri ( wurde vom Hotel gebucht) Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend…sehr feines Frühstück

Disappointed in location and the beds were hard

It was quiet and part of a sleepy little town

The location was very remote and it was very difficult to get transportation to Sorrento or any other big cities. Our boat tour was booked out of Piano di Sorrento and that was a VERY expensive taxi. There were only 3 restaurants that you could walk to and no grocery stores or anything so prepare ahead of time. Our room had a mini fridge and a cook top but no way to use or cook. We used the fridge to store water and cold snacks. The beds were AWFUL. The hardest beds in Europe and we’ve lived and traveled Europe for many years. The room did not have enough a view (we had a family room 107) and it was dark and moldy smelling. The room was cold and there were not enough blankets or cozy bedding The hotel staff was kind and they tried to help us with transportation but we did not understand and they did not do a good job of informing us of the €50 charge for any taxi or driver from Massa Lubrense to Sorrento or any surrounding cities. There is a public bus which we took 1x but it stops running at 16:45 and there was no way we could get back to our hotel that early from a day of exploring. I wish the staff had been more transparent about all of this ahead of time. I emailed them several times asking about transportation and what was in the area and they did not truly express the cost and remote location they are in. Just do your research and make sure it’s where you want to stay.

A very nice and clean hotel

The hotel is very conveniently located, right on the marina, for trips to Capri or the Amalfi Coast. The young ladies at the reception are very nice, polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious enough, very clean to include the bathrooms.

Really enjoyed being "off the beaten path" but close to amenities.

Great location on a quiet fishing bay, swimming nearby, local bar and restaurants.

It has a beautiful view, and the people were super kind.

The bed mattress was absolutely a deal breaker for us. There is firm, and then there’s this mattress. It’s like they stuffed the mattress with bricks lol we left a day early due to very little sleep. The A/C is also controlled by the front desk so it was warmer then our liking.

Disappointing overall, but has potential.

Lovely, traditional bed and breakfast. Nice harbour location.

Construction work is happening directly outside the hotel unfortunately. This was not mentioned on Booking.com, on their website nor did the receptionist prewarn us or apologise for this on checking in. The 'sea view' room we paid a premium for was a view of the building works, which obstructed the beautiful harbour view. We couldn't take any nice photos from our balcony because of this. We stayed for 1 night only as our friends were getting married the following day. We travelled from the UK for a 48 hours round trip to Italy and were, therefore, very tired on arrival. That night we slept on the hardest bed we have ever experienced and we're woken up at 6am by the construction works directly outside our balcony (even with the balcony door closed this was very loud and unpleasant). No hotel parking perse, but public carpark which charges 20euros per day. This, therefore, makes this hotel extremely expensive for a 1 night stay and we couldn't even get a decent night's sleep because of the noise and bed 😔 Disappointing overall, but has great potential.

Not a pleasant stay

Just the sea view, except in the morning when the construction was happening :(

It is way too far from being a good place, The address in booking was wrong, and it took me to no where and had to pay 75 euro to a taxi sent by hotel to take me to the correct address.

Friendly hotel

The staff were so helpful with all my requests. Emanuela at the front desk organised my trip to Capri, my carnations etc. she was amazing! Breakfast was great as well we could smell the fresh bread from far away.

Bad place Don t go

There was mold on the walls ,you couldn't ventilate the room because it has a very small window , half underground!! The air conditioner did not work at the begining of our stay! It was a bad room ,since I am using Booking! At the reception ,they messed up our room With one of my friends room, so I stayed in room 107 and I paid for room 106 , on Booking i had to pay 812 euro and I really paid 850 euros!Please reply me to email [email protected]

Challenging but pleasantly enjoyed

The small marina is beautiful . It's quiet and remarkable for sunset The staff were friendly

We conceded a sea view room as we had 2 friends join us for our night at this accommodation . We paid more for a family room that could sleep 4 only to find out that the additional amount for the room did not allow for the 2 extra people to actually stay there and they had to pay extra 30 eur , I thought this was very ambiguous and odd . So basically the additional fee was for the bedding for the sleeper couch. The location is far from the main port which was our mistake but getting there was difficult ,if you choose not to take a 70eur taxi , we took a few busses to get here with the last stop being a 25min walk away with no available taxis. We decided to walk it was very steep with lots of stairs so ensure you have small bags. We had no choice but to pay 50 eur taxi the next day to get to our other accommodation The staff were very helpful but language barrier was quite challenging , there was alot of Google translate happening to communicate

Relaxing stay, calm town, rock hard bed.

Nice view in a small port town. A nice place to relax away from the big cities. The terrace was nice for evening drinks. Short drive from Sorrento.

Parking was €15 a day (until checkout) or €3 an hour in the port car park, managed by some guys at the marina. They were very insistent on you paying as soon as have parked. we stayed for two nights so we paid for 1 day initially and then found parking for free overnight at the church which we recommend.

The hotel is very clean, just by the sea, tours to major locations like Capri and Malfi coast depart from there. Polite and friendly staff.

As to breakfast, the hotel would benefit from other varieties of bread, not only toast bread. Also, it's not a major inconvenience, but public transport in the area is very unreliable.

Exceptional

The location is perfect, quiet with a sea view, in a small marina. From the small port you can take a ferry (vaporeto) to dream locations (Capri, Amalfi, Sorrento). Breakfast is good (the tomato salad is delicious ) and there are excellent restaurants nearby.

1. they have two streets with the same name and google map shows the wrong one. 2. the room had no window and was really pure. 3. there was no blanket 4. heating system was no working.5. I could not stay there and needed to book another hotel. would never recommend this one.

Bad surprise

Nothing, I have made my booking 1 month before my stay and received message 3 days (!!)) before my arrival that my reservation was confirmed by mistake as they will be closed on my dates. It was 3 days before my booking when cancellation policy of one night should apply. So I am still waiting if they will charge me for one night during the period hotel is closed. Anyway - if you don't want surprises during/short before your vacation, better stay away, there are many other beautiful places.

Communication. They answered me I can write bad review if this will make my day better. Not very professional.
