Home away from home

Belch1952 is a property which has been created with a lot of love and passion to make the guests stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment was in modern style but with a lot of local touches which was really nice. There is a lot of space, the apartment is equipped with everything for a short- and long-term stay and the bed is super comfi. Wifi works very well and the shower is a treat. The house itself is located outside of Lagos in a green and residential area - perfect to relax. And your host is the best: he will answer any questions and help with any needs. Just a perfect experience!

A truly relaxing and comfortable place with spectacular views.

The setting and views are spectacular! Martin's place is completely updated and very comfortable. The host, Miguel, goes above and beyond for his guests. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Good reviews don't lie! Perfect stay.

We liked everything. We booked the place for 6 days because we were sure that good reviews don't lie... This stay exceeded our expectations, now we want to leave a good review too! The parking and Wifi were perfect - that's the most important stuff for us :-) The bed was above and beyond! And all the rest was great: Shower, kitchen, comfy sofa with nice view, windows (electric - dark bedroom... mmmm, sleep forever) Electric sockets everywhere, comfortable lightning switches, mirror, next to bed lights and on and on... you can really see Miguel invested a lot of effort to make you feel as comfortable as possible. The AC heating was warming up the place very fast and then we could turn it off because the house has good isolation. (we stayed in the winter and were a bit worried about heating but it was no problem) TV has many channels, most of the channels have English! We enjoyed putting on the 80's radio so we had nice fun music. The place is even nicer and bigger than the pictures. We used the washing + dryer and that helped us a lot! It was just great. Miguel is a good soul who cares about people and animals, these apartments are in memory of his father, he cares a lot about the gusts, we will add that all his help and guidance was with a lot of respect to our privacy and space, we felt very welcome and very grateful to book this place.

* One the three most comfy beds I've had when travelling. * Quiet area surrounded by the nature so you will have a perfect sleep there. * Spacious and modern apartment with all utilities you need. * Outstanding Miguel's hospitality. He provided many useful information and tips. Perfect host. Highly recommended. * The apartment is located in quiet residential area so you need a car in order to get to Lagos city center.

Great appartement and excellent host

Miguel is an excellent host who does everything within his power to make you happy. The appartment looks way better than the pictures on booking, something that rarely happens. We where amazed when he showed us around. A great appartment from a excellent host. If i come back to lagos I will book the same appartement if possible

Upscale accomodation

The modern 2 room appartment (one large room with sofa bed and kitchenette, table seating four, one large double with very compfortable king size bed and a big -floor to ceiling- wardrobe) is part of a modern multi appartment house in the hills behind Lagos. It is situated in a beautiful and quite villa area. One needs its own transport to get there and around. The windows of the appartment offer a very nice view into the back country, with spectacular sun set. The owner is exceptionaly friendly and helpful.

The kitchenette was sparsely equipped and can not be recommended for a family or more than a couple intending self catering.

Comfortable Stay!

New flat with spacious and AC rooms with beautiful view. Awesomely comfortable beds. Very friendly and informative host. The property is situated in a quiet location just outside Lagos - Please do follow the instructions provided by the host to reach the property.

Need a car to go to Lagos. Might be tricky if you feel like having a few drinks in Lagos at the last minute.

Relaxing stay in Lagos

The apartment is high standard, very spacious and well equipped. It’s located in a quiet villa neighborhood with no thru traffic. There’s a nice outside seating space for relaxing. Miguel, the host, went ahead and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He’s extremely friendly and always happy to help if necessary. Highly recommended!
