It was our first time in this house in Almunecar and what can I say - anytime again!!! A fantastically beautiful house with an even more breathtaking view. Everything went smoothly from our arrival to our departure and the host is very accommodating. The house offers everything you need and the outdoor area with pool, plenty of seating and sunbathing areas is very well maintained. As you can see from the pictures, the property is a little higher up, the approach is a little challenging but once you arrive you are rewarded with a fantastic view. It will certainly not have been our last vacation here.

House in the mountains, Very secluded, not overlooked, superb view of the sea. Francesco and his wife are great hosts. Very friendly and easy to contact. I recommend them with my eyes closed. Casa en las montañas, Muy aislada, sin vecinos, magníficas vistas al mar. Francesco y su esposa son grandes anfitriones. Muy amables y fáciles de contactar. Los recomiendo con los ojos cerrados.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet, der Meerblick ein Traum. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr günstig für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen, in den benachbarten Städtchen kann schön flaniert und geshoppt werden. Traumhaft sind die Strände, die Küste heißt nicht umsonst Tropical.

This cottage surpassed our expectations! We rented the Finca for a week of remote work and notwithstanding working literally remote - the internet worked perfectly fine for double video conferences. The place is beautiful: Embedded in a calm environment with a stunning view over the mountain and the sea, this is highly recommended if you like your holidays quite and far from any touristic rush. Yet, all the necessities for self supply, such as supermarkets, are easy to reach within a 10-15mins car drive. Contrary to some reviewers we thought the drive up the hill is no problem at all for average drivers. The cottage has all the amenities you need and the fireplace makes it cozy - if - winter nights become too chilly to enjoy the sweet sunset from the huge terrace. Granada and the Sierra Nevada are only 40-50 mins by car, the beach can be reached within 10mins by car - therefore you have a lot of different options for spare time activities. The owners were super kind and helpful, making this a perfect stay!

Hemos pasado una semana estupenda. La casa está en un sitio privilegiado, con unas vistas impresionantes y en un entorno extraordinario, rodeada de almendros y donde solo se oye a la propia naturaleza. Las instalaciones interiores tienen todas las comodidades y el exterior es mejor aún si cabe. Hablar de los anfitriones es difícil porque cualquier comentario o descripción se queda corta. Son serviciales, amables y nos han hecho sentir como en casa, así que lo único que puedo decir es mil gracias, sin duda volveremos.

UNA CASA LIMPIA A LA QUE NO LE FALTA NINGÚN DETALLE, UNA PEGUITA QUE SACARÍA SERÍAN LOS COLCHONES.. YA TIENEN MUCHOS USOS... AUNQUE CON EL SILENCIO QUE HAY DUERMES DE MARAVILLA. PARA MÍ LO PEOR DE LA CASA, Y PORQUE ME DAN MUCHO MIEDO LAS ALTURAS, ES EL CAMINO DE ACCESO A LA CASA... TROZOS DE ASFALTO Y CAMINO QUE A MI ME HACÍAN PENSÁRMELO DOS VECES ANTES DE IR DE TURISMO, A LA PLAYA O A LA COMPRA. HAS DE TENER DE TODO PUES CERCA NO TIENES NADA. En estos tiempos que estamos viviendo queriamos, principalmente, aislarnos del mundo y este alojamiento ha sido un acierto al respecto. Totalmente equipado con una piscina y barbacoa estupendas; sitio muy espacioso y una tranquilidad total. Repetiría sin dudarlo. El camino, aunque al principio impone, no es para tanto y compensa por las increíbles vistas. Los anfitriones muy atentos en todo momento. De sobresaliente.

Haus wie beschrieben. Wundervolle Lage auf einem Hügel. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftige Anfahrt, aber ohne Probleme zu bewältigen. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Gut erreichbare Ausflugsziele, z.B. Nerja, Granada, Cordóba, Salobrenja. Wir vier hatte zwei sehr schöne Wochen Urlaub.

Fantásticas vacaciones. La casa fenomenal pero sobre todo hemos disfrutado de la gran terraza con piscina, la barbacoa y unas vistas preciosas de toda la costa. Y por las noches, un cielo sin contaminación lumínica que te dejaba boquiabierto. Fran y su esposa, atentos en todo momento por si necesitábamos cualquier cosa. Muchas gracias por habernos dejado disfrutar de vuestra casa y por vuestra amabilidad. Esperamos volver!!

Le calme naturel a l’état pur

Nous avons séjourné du 27 juin au 11 juillet. La maison est perché dans la montagne à +/- 500 mètre d’altitude. Je vous conseille de louer un SUV pour votre séjour... Fran vous donneras rendez-vous au pied de la montagne pour vous conduire à la maison. Arrivée en haut après 5 a 10 minutes de montée, la surprise, une vue magnifique sur les montagnes qui vous entoure, la mer et Almuñécar... les enfants n’ont pas attendu 5 minutes et ils étaient déjà dans la piscine. La piscine n’est pas grande mais pas petite non plus. Idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Petit bémol, la piscine est chauffée naturellement donc fini juin l’eau est encore un peu fraîche mais une fois dedans après quelques minutes le corps se réchauffe. Francesco vient tout les 3 jours pour nettoyer la piscine. Il a été super discret car nous ne l’avons jamais croisé. La terrasse est vraiment spacieuse et bien aménagée avec barbecue, cuisine extérieure, douche, transat, table pour manger avec vue panoramique et 2 petits salons. L’interieur était propre et rangé. La cuisine est fonctionnelle. Au niveau des chambres, petit bémol au niveau de la literie qui pour des personnes de grande taille est un peu juste. Ce que nous avons retenus de notre séjour c’est franchement le calme comparé aux hôtels bruyant. Le cadre magnifique. La gentillesse des propriétaires. La région a découvrir. Personnellement nous nous avons apprécié la plage de Nerja... Je pense que nous n’hésiterons pas à contacter Francesco et son épouse si nous revenons dans la région

This is a wonderful villa with lovely spacious rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms. The views are amazing from every aspect and you will never get bored of looking and enjoying. Most of all, the spacious outside areas and pool made our stay so very enjoyable, this is truly a lovely villa and one we didn't want to leave. Our special thanks and appreciation to Fran and Maria del Carmen, they were the most friendly and accommodating owners, nothing was ever a problem and were available within a few minutes should you ever need to ask a question or need assistance. Many thanks for making our holiday so much more enjoyable.

We had a very enjoyable 11 night stay at the house. It has everything you need for a peaceful & relaxing holiday. The weather was unseasonably cold, wet & windy for the time of year so we were unable to enjoy the outside area to it's full potential which is superb! It was a shame we couldn't use the pool as it looked so inviting! Fran & Maria are great hosts & are quick to deal with any problems you may have. We did get used to the drive up to the house but it would definitely not be suitable for anyone who has a fear of heights & narrow roads as is challenging to say the least! Almunecar is very nice with plenty of good restaurants & nice beaches close by.

Wir habend den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die 360 Grad Aussicht der Finca ist wirklich einzigartig und die Bilder im Internet decken sich zu 100 % mit der Realität. Die tatsächlich etwas steile Anfahrt zum Haus war dank eines Autos mit Automatik problemlos zu bewältigen. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir können die Finca nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist in einem guten Allgemeinzustand und die Küche vollständig ausgestattet (E-Herd, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, etc.). Es liegt auf dem höchsten Punkt eines Berges Zufahrt über schmale und wirklich steile Bergstrasse, für geübten Autofahrer aber ohne Probleme im 1. + 2. Gang zu bewältigen. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft, die Terasse ist obwohl nicht eingewachsen und wenn überhaupt nur von ganz wenigen weit entfernt und noch höher liegenden Häusern einsehbar. Die Lage insgesamt ist sehr ruhig. Fahrtzeit nach Almuñecar oder Salobreña etwa 15-20 Minuten.

Wunderschöne Lage, Haus entsprach genau den Beschreibungen-komfortabel; großzügige Räume; herrlicher Ausblick. Der Service des Vermieters erwies sich zudem als ausgesprochen entgegenkommend und erfreulich. Da wir mit dem Auto persönliche Schwierigkeiten beim recht bergigen Weg hatten, wurden wir zu jeder Zeit per Auto Shuttle abgeholt sowie gebracht. Eine sehr gute Kundenorientierung.
