The room was simple, very clean, tidy and comfortable. View from the top floor was really good. Do not confuse the accommodation with the Tundzha Hotel accommodation. The top floor rooms are private. You need a room key fob to get to the 12th floor in the tiny lifts. Free coffee and water machines in the top floor reception. Ironing board and iron also. Room good storage. The locaction is ideal for bars, cafes, restaurants, banks, and shops. When you book in. Ring the contact number on your booking, too arrange someone to meet you in the Tundzha reception area.
The unhelpful staff in the Tundzha Hotel reception. Car parking is a bit tricky. The lifts are small and very basic. The lower floors of the Tundzha Hotel looked scruffy.

Location is brilliant
2.5 / 5.0
We chose this hotel for their location and the fact that it was on the top floor.
The hygiene was not up to level especially in the kitchen - fat stains on the plates in the cabinets, greasy cooktop and wall. Dust on the furniture. Hairs on the sheet. One of the curtains was half attached at the top. Bathroom - loose door handle, wobbly shower handle.

The location is very good in the city center and at the beginning of the city park, the view from the top floor over the city is impressive, very clean and cozy, highly recommend for a stay in Yambol

the suite has great views by day and night. Clean, bright and spacious bathroom. And a large comfortable bed. located within a couple minutes walk from the central shopping and eating areas.

The location is very central and the room we were given was bigger. Friendly host.
The noise coming from the elevator's motor was annoying awful. Could not sleep well because of it.

Apartment is lovely with a comfy bed, well-furnished kitchenette and a functional massive AC unit that is what you need on top of the socialist block of a Communist-Era hotel. Water pressure is present in the shower and temperature is also good. The view of the night town is stunning and lifts one's perception of the Yambol city. We slept very well.
Check -in was extremely strange, bordering on absurd: First, this place does not have a reception and there is no sign for it at the Hotel Tundzha location/lobby. The Panorama suits is an independent business in the top floor of the Hotel Tundzha, which is itself a renovated Communist-era hotel with a reception. There is apparent tension between the HT hotel and the Panorama apartment complex staff. We arrived at 9.30pm at the HT door. The manager of Panorama intercepted us in front of the hotel and surrepticiously led us into the lift in the lobby opposite the HT reception. It felt strange to be avoiding the reception. The Communist-era lift fits 2 skinny persons and requires a special token to go to floor 12 where the Panorama apartment is. The lift goes at stratospheric speed and the moment it touches floor 12 it goes back down. You have literally 3 seconds to open the heavy metal door. We did not manage and were wheezing back down to the lobby. The manager took the second lift so was not with us. In the lobby, the receptionists stared at us and refused to help us because we were clearly the client of an enemy/competition. Offputting to say the least, and has the feeling of under-the-table business.
Internet in the apartment is weak and not suitable for work (a disappointment as we were dealing with a broken down car and needed internet), no "hot tub", just a normal bath tub, no bottle of champagne as advertised in Booking.com; bathroom door handle stayed in my hand when I wanted to close the [transparent glass] bathroom door behind me, so when you go to the loo, don't close or bring a mobile phone else you might have to break out ;)
While the apartment was nice (lacking those few items advertised), the receipt we got for payment was smaller than a doner receipt. no " Panorama top apartments" on it, it was barely visible. Again, feels like a shady business, which is too bad for a nicely reconstructed and functional apartment.

I could not check in at midnight. Front desk manager did not help. Did not speak english. I had to go to nearest hotel in another city

the view
wifi was irritatingly unreliable in our apartment

There is a good view of the park and river from this twelfth floor room. Outside of the room there is an additional shared seating area with free coffee and tea. This made the stay more comfortable.
The receptionists could have made more effort with the welcome.

Low water pressure

Central location of the hotel with easy access to nearby restaurants and grocery store. The room was situated on 12th floor with exceptional view on city panorama. Free access to water distributor.
Having mop in the bathroom could be handy to gather the water after shower. Shower head holder was broken, so the shower head could not stay up.

Location is great for quick access to the centre of Yambol. At the top of the building, the view is great.
The appartment I stayed in was very clean, comfortable, and spacious.
I didn't like that I had to leave. But, next time I'm in Yambol, I will stay again for sure.

View of the entire centre, and main points of interest, including the Bezisten, Borovets and Bakadjika. Free coffee machine.
May have to wait a while for host to arrive to let you in, but they are very prompt. We made a reservation very late, arrived a few minutes later and we were in the room 20 minutes later - reasonable.

The Location is good.
It is a bit weird, it is a separate business at the top of an old hotel.
The lift is terrible.
The staff didn’t wear masks and we had to share the tiny lift with them to get to the reception on the top floor. I did not enjoy this at all.
