The location of the apartment was convenient to Universal, Seaworld and International drive. Apartment was really nice with a lot of space.

The only dislike was the pool closed at 10:30pm. After visiting Universal all day, the kids really wanted longer time in the pool!

perfect, comfortable, luxury apartment with wonderful location for our event at the Rosen center.

The location was great. the apartment was spacious and had all sorts of extras to make our stay easier… like a stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc. customer service was friendly and prompt.

would stay again without hesitation.

Bad,! I think I should not really have something to say to rate, they are cooks, they are the people you should not trust, they are trying to cheat you and try to steal your money without question This is the worst host for my over thirty years travel experience!

The property owner sent me text message and email mentioned I have to pay $309.50 for damage deposit though PayPal, and indicated will fully refund within 2-3 days after we leave on Feb 24th by text message, I check it out my account on March 8th and there is zero refund, when I contact with the owner, she said she would be get back to me the refund same day, also she showed me there was $300.25 refund by screen shot, I ask her why there is $9.25 short, she said is fee charge by PayPal, I question about why didn't tell me from the beginning, then she blocked me, none refund until today. Cooks!

Friendly host but to expensive.

The location was good as it was close to the attraction we were in orlando to visit. The lady I dealt with was friendly and quick to respond to my questions.

The price upon booking is very misleading. States that the room is $199 on the website but my card was charged $598. I knew there was a refundable damage charge (which I havent recieved), so I thought that I had been charged that. Nope. There is $398 in hidden fees that is charged to you without you knowing which includes cleaning and some other taxes and fees. I would have never booked had i have known that and since it was nonrefundable i had no choice but to pay the additional $310 damage fee on top of the $598. Almost $1,000 for less then 24 hrs. Very steep pricing for a single mom. No breakfast included and if we showered we had to wash and dry our own towels?! Quite disappointed.

It could have gone smoother with a little more knowledge pre-hand on the agreement and associated requirements plus need for deposit through paypal. Cleaning fee , plus other fee added to quite a bit above the raw quote shown on booking.com Still decent value given that more adults and/or kids can fit into the unit.

I would not stay here again

good location to visit Universal Volcano Bay

It was very dirty. the garbage can stunk, the lanai was gross, the cleaning is done minimally. The air conditioner vents has an inch of dust. she charged me separately through PayPal $300 for a damage deposit. I paid, we did no damage, and she will not return my money. She will not even return my messages. The game room was totally non operational. Hardly any towels. I was worried we would run out of toilet paper.

Wonderful! I will stay here again.

Fantastic location! Close driving access to all theme parks (Sea World, Universal Studios, and Disney World). And the room space and decor was superb! Comfy beds. Large bathrooms. Full kitchen. Very close to a Walgreens and a fantastic breakfast/lunch restaurant called Moma’s. I will definitely stay here again. Well worth it!

Location is very convenient. Enough room for everyone.

If you are going to charge me for the PayPal fee for my $300 deposit, tell me in advance. The website says the deposit will be paid back IN FULL and it wasn't. Also, the kitchen didn't have any paper towels available which was very inconvenient.

The property was nice but overall it was dirty and uncomfortable

It was spacious

There was a horrible smell as soon as we entered the property but the cleaning people has just left. The carpet was wet, the silverware and pots were dirty. There was a pair of men underwater left under one of the beds and there were stains on the sheets.

This place was perfect for my family trip to the theme parks. We brought our kids; 8, 12 and 16 yrs old and my aging parents. They loved being able to leave the parks to go swimming when it got hot. We loved that we were in a full house and we could all sleep comfortably, relax at the TV, eat a meal together and even do laundry. The condo has nice finishes and feels spacious with high ceilings and large rooms.

The place was great!! Rooms were clean and lots of space for our family!!! The location was close to everything!!

The key cards to the pool wouldn’t work and there was a spot on the floor that needed fixed bc it was sharp. We had to keep covering it up with the rug so that no one stepped on it

It has been lovely here .. my only regret was making so many reservations at the parks and not being able to enjoy it more so I extended my stay .. so much space .. I felt home away from home and the master bedrooms bathroom was ENORMOUS .. I will be back most definitely.. owner is very sweet as well ..
