About this house rental
This villa, reminiscent of the traditional Mexican haciendas, is built on a 10 acre compound. In addition to its six bedrooms spread out through four floors, the house has inviting living, dining and recreation areas, as well as a beautiful outdoor patio, with dining for 12 or more persons. In addition to mountain views, the villa is conveniently located to Tepoztlan (five minutes), Cuernavaca (20 minutes) and Mexico City (60 minutes).
The area's craggy mountains and jagged cliffs are as spectacular as those in Sedona, Arizona, but Tepoztlan, at a higher altitude and significantly greener, boasts moderate weather throughout the year. It is officially recognized as one of Mexico's magical areas. Master yoga instructors abound in the area.
Outdoor activities are splendid, including swimming, bird watching, hiking, mountain biking, sightseeing and golfing at nearby courses. Major archaeological sites are close by.
Relax and pamper yourself in this spacious and comfortable home.
Nearby Tepoztlan, with cobblestone streets and the glow of a traditional Mexican town, is one of a handful of Mexican localities officially recognized as a Pueblo Magico (Magical Town). It features a traditional Mexican market. Fine traditional and nouveau Mexican fare is available at local restaurants. A former convent converted to a museum offers a unique glimpse of the colonial past. Cuernavaca, the city of eternal Spring, has world-class restaurants waiting to serve you in elegance either indoors or al fresco. In addition to Cuernavaca, Tepoztlan and Mexico City, other areas of historic importance within a two-hour drive from Villa San Clementito, include Taxco, Xochicalco, Malinalco and Puebla.

We had a wonderful stay at Hacienda Clemente Jacques. Patricia, Felipe and the rest of the staff were very attentive. The food was outstanding and the house lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent service. Hacienda personnel at the site (at a service house) helped cleaning every day. Optional service that for a 150-200 dls per day we had kitchen/food supplied, meals prepared and dishes cleaned for our group of 10 guests. Pool and tennis/pickle ball functional with equipment in good condition at our disposal. Very peaceful site with excellent views. The only thing to consider as a negative is that the site around is not to walk around. Either you have to come with your car or use the town taxi. Taxi charges around 5 dls to pick you up to get to town. The service personnel helps setting your transport out. Getting back to the Hacienda is easy as there are plenty of taxi in the town.

Beautiful house with sumptuous grounds (and view) and facilities, and the luxury of extremely attentive host and staff. Nothing was too much trouble. With washing up, cleaning and more besides all included (plus extras such as laundry, cooking and shopping for very modest cost), our stay felt like having a spacious - and very special - boutique hotel to ourselves and our extended family, at not much more than the price that it would have cost for two of us in fact to stay in one. All provided in a very Covid-safe manner. We are already looking forward to the next trip.

Just perfect, everything was great, the property staff Marco, Felipe, Leydiana and Martha went out of their way to make us have a great time, and Patricia the owner was very nice and friendly
Thank you

I come here every winter with my family, and it's just the most perfect places to relax, take walks, swim, admire the view, cook and read. No place like it! Walking distance from the indigenous village of Amatlan and a quick taxi or bus ride to Tepoztlan, with its artesans market, restaurants and mountaintop pyramid. Tons of hiking on all sides!

Almost 20 years ago my Mom came to visit me while I was volunteering in a town nearby. She came upon this amazing gold mine to stay while visiting me. She invited me during my weekend break. We both fell head over heels for this piece of paradise. For the past 20 years she has come back at least once a year. This year for my 40th birthday the most amazing Mom in the world gave me the most wonderful present! Inviting me back, almost 20 years later to spend a dream week: Mom and Daughter. Patricia Hogan, the queen of peace, love and beauty made this all possible! Gorgeous private rooms, refreshing pools after a tennis match and an exhilarating hike in the mountain sun. Fresh brewed coffee every morning while waking up to the humming and tweeting of birds. Complete peace and serenity. There are nice restaurants in town while you enjoy the culture and art. However, save your appetite for when you get back (home). No restaurant can come close to the gourmet culinary delights that await you at Clemente Jaques. Thank You all for your amazing care and attention!

This property is uniquely situated. Stunning views of the surrounding
mountains, lush vegetation, a tranquil and beautiful oasis. A wonderful
attentive and very well trained staff. I felt pampered and cared for from
the moment I arrived. The stone hacienda and grounds are magnificent.
It feels as if you have stepped back into another and more romantic era.

Once again spent a magical weekend in the Hacienda. One thing I love are the different places to sit and read and get away from it all. Every one with a gorgeous view. Staff are superb and my did we eat well. Shopping in the market is fun. Highly recommend which is why I keep coming back for R&R.

Hacienda Clemente Jacques is truly a magical place. We visited twice in the winter of 2019. The house is spacious and gracious, the staff is amazing, the grounds and gardens are beautiful, and Tepoztlan is truly a Pueblo Magico! You cannot do better than Hacienda Clemente Jacques.

We stayed at Villa San Clementito (the smaller of the two houses on the property) and the only thing we didn't like was having to leave. Beautiful and artistically furnished house with wonderful views. The staff insures everything is immaculately maintained and, if you want, will also provide authentic and delicious meals (not to mention the best margaritas I have ever sipped). Both the pool and especially the tennis court are first-rate.
The property is ideally situated for walking and hiking. In addition, there are many possible excursions to places such as Cuernavaca or Puebla.
