• At the level of the place: This detached house located at the entrance of the village of Piana, classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France, famous for its calanches, its peerless hikes and its beaches. It offers an exceptional view from the terrace or from one of the two rooms on the lion's head, the Capo d'Ortu, the calanches of Piana. You also have a garden view from the other bedroom.
Its geographical location: it is only a 5-minute walk from the center of the village, hikes possible without taking a car (hikes on the old Ota path, Capo d'Ortu, Vitulu, visit of the calanches ..), nearby beaches at 10 15 minutes by car (Arone, Figaghjola, Chjiuni ..), its central location (barely 1 hour by car from Ajaccio, Evisa, 10 minutes from Porto, possibilities for multiple activities in the surroundings (dives, boat trips in Scandola, Girolata, boat rental, jet ski, miniature golf...).
• At the rental level: It is a new house that offers great comfort:
air-conditioned house
modern fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker......

Indeed, new measures have been taken by the French government concerning the collection of the tourist tax from January 1, 2019. Price per night: 120 € / 4 occupants = 30 € per night
Price of the tourist tax per night: 30 € x 2.20% = 0.66% tourist tax
Tourist tax to be billed: 0.66% x 7 nights x 3 subject = € 13.86
• Another example: a family made up of 2 adults and 1 child aged 10 who have stayed 1 night in an unclassified residence for a price of € 330 excl. Tax will have to pay:
Price per night: 500 € / 3 occupants = 166. 67 € per night
