A beautiful, well equipped, detached 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private pool. Set in a quiet residential urbanisation, ideal for families and those seeking a relaxing holiday. Only 3 minutes drive to long sandy beaches and unspoilt nature reserves. Less than 10 minute drive to Alicante airport and a 15 minute drive to the vibrant city of Alicante with its marina, castle, great shops, markets stalls and nightlife. If you don't want to drive there are supermarkets, bars and restaurants within walking distance. There is also a frequent bus & tram service to take you around the local area, with an frequent bus services to Alicante City, Santa Pola and Torrevieja.

Great villa in a central location had everything you could need and very spacious, restaurants,bars and supermarkets all a few minutes walk or very short drive. The host Martin and the rental agent were brilliant great communication and nothing a problem totally stress free experience from start to finish.

The villa was just as described and as we had hoped. Beautiful, spacious villa which met the needs of all of us there from 1 to 65. Perfect pool, lots of places to hang out as a group or on your own. Close to Aldi and also a huge store selling everything that you will ever need as well as bars and restaurants 10-15 minutes walk away, or a short drive into Alicante if you wanted to see more. Novadesta who arranged the meet and greet were very helpful and Martin was the perfect attentive host from several hundred miles away! Highly recommended Ian & Noelene

Everything like the picture. The villa is perfect for big families to enjoy together but still with a grate privacy. The owner, Martin is very likable and always there when we needed him. We had a great time in the villa and we will definitely go again 😊

The holiday was booked pre COVID and the host was absolutely fantastic going above an beyond in accommodating changing dates. The Villa was well worth the wait, with plenty of room for the nine of us and a brilliant pool. The location was lovely with bars and restaurants close. Carabassí beach was lovely and well worth a visit. We didn’t rent a car but with shops and bars so close we didn’t miss it. Bus services to Alicante and Santa Pola were cheap and frequent. We all had a great time and would love to go back.

Very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. Everything was as described and there was more than enough room for our party (6 adults and 3 children) Pool was well looked after with a visit every 4 th day by the maintenance man Villa is a short walk from the newly built Aldi which was great for stocking up the fridge. Plenty to do in Gran Alicante and easy to get around Martin, the owner, was very pleasant to deal with and answered our questions promptly

It’s a beautiful villa. Yes a bit of a walk to the bars and restaurants we were a party of 10 ages from 6 - 66 and we found it ok. Plenty of eateries to choose from and the owner Martin was in touch every other day by WhatsApp checking everything was ok. Wouygo back.

I went with a group of friends and we all had a great time in this house. It is very well equipped and has everything you need to enjoy your holidays. The pool is very nice and great to sunbathe and swim. And the owner is perfect, he is available always for any doubt you might have about the house or the area. Definitely, would love to go there every year!!

Lovely spacious villas, with private pool, great facilities. Bedrooms, one on top floor with on-suite, two on ground floor, one with on-suite and a family bathroom, and two in Basement. Pool table and TV in basement. TV in ground floor lounge. Kitchen fully fitted with washing machine, dishwasher and big fridge freezer. Air con on ground and top floor, Top floor great terrace with lovely views. Lovely private pool. Walk down toward the beach ( 45 mins) and you will find plenty of restaurants,( 20 mins) small mini market selling English newspapers. Walk up to Masa square ( 20 mins) and find great large out door pool for 5 euros each adult with lovely cafe for lunch. lots of restaurants, Italian, Patagonian Steak , Chippy, etc.. and a larger supermarket ( Dialprix) , Further walk ( 30 mins) to Aldi, Lidl, Mercadona and fab chinese restaurant, Gran Mundo, great holiday.

A great holiday

A lovely property with plenty of space for everyone. The pool was just a nice size with a shallow area were our grandson was safe to stand. There was a large pool table that kept the boys entertained when they had had enough sun. There was about a 15 minute to the nearest supermarket, but it was well stocked. A local bus or road was available to take us to the beach, but the villa was so nice we spent a lot of time lazing around the pool. A great hoiliday.

All I can say is this villa is truely wonderful. From the pool to the games room to the BBQ. Everything you could possible want is in this villa. The owner was so friendly and could not do enough or us. Would definitely stay here again.

Brilliant

The property is excellent as is the location. The villa has all the amenities we needed for our stay, is nice and clean with a great outdoor area. There's a nearby supermarket and shops and restaurants within easy reach at Masa Square and the GA commercial centre. I can honestly say we couldn't have picked a nicer place to stay. Everything was easy to book, communication was great and everything went to plan. All-in-all brilliant.

We were lucky enough to stay in the villa for 8 days and every one of our party of 12 (aged from 18 months to almost 80) wished we could stay longer. The villa is spacious with two wonderfully relaxing living areas (one with a Wii and a pool table if you don't want to be too relaxed!) and a lovely warm salt water pool that we struggled to get the kids out of at the end of the day. The location is ideal as it's just a short hop to both the airport and Alicante and less than an hour to Benidorm if you want to make use of the attractions there. The local area has plenty of restaurants, bars and shops either a short stroll or a very brief drive away. The beach is about 5 minutes away by car, with plenty of parking and fine sandy shores. The local beach also has the benefit of a long shallow shelf before the drop off so it's easy for youngsters to go quite a way out yet still be able to walk back in. On arrival we were met at the villa and give the keys, a quick tour of the property and all the instructions we needed to make use of the ample facilities for the duration of our stay. Booking was incredibly easy and Martin (the owner) was always on hand to answer any questions we had. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend the villa to friends or family and would definitely look to book again if we are to return to the area

Just returned from a weeks stay at the villa. The photos really don't do the villa justice, it has an excellent layout, the kids loved their basement area with their own TV, Wii and pool table. The pool was a little on the chilly side and the local area is pretty quiet, but it didn't stop us from having a great time.

we have just come back from gran alacant yesterday and all i can say is we were very very pleased, everything you see on the internet about this villa is very precise. There were 12 of us stopping here ranging from 4 to 50+ year old we arrived on a sunday afternoon and were instructed how to pick the keys up which was done quickly and easily, the villa is very well maintained and very clean theres loads of nice little touches such as a pool table a playstation for the kids dvd players card sets books games etc there were 6 adults 2 teenagers and 4 smaller kids and we all enjoyed our stay, we had a slight problem with the pool but martin the owner rang me straight away and told me the pool man would be round and as said he came round and fixed it. there are shops and resteraunts just a 10 minute walk away and parks for the kids plus nearby beaches, all in all i would definatley stop there again and would definatley reccommend it to friends and families, the only dissapointment was that we had to come home!!

Stunning & luxurious Villa

We stayed here for a week to celebrate a family birthday and everyone was very impressed with the villa and the surrounding area. Everything both inside and outside is immaculately presented, with excellent quality fixtures and fittings throughout the property. All the bedrooms are of a very generous size and both these and the bathrooms are fitted out to a very high standard. The basement area is a hidden gem, with a pool table, large screen TV and two huge sofas to lounge on it will keep children of all ages entertained should the weather not be great. The shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a ten minute walk away (fifteen if you're taking a leisurely stroll) and it's only a ten minute drive to the airport. Everyone who stayed had a brilliant time and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone whether they are young or old. It was a wonderful holiday made all the better by the excellent villa we stayed at, thank you very much Martin for providing such a delightful villa.
