Dejlig ferie, på et dejligt hotel.

Vi kunne rigtig godt lide maden (all inklusive), personalet er skønt, beliggenheden er fantastisk og der er pænt og rent alle steder.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir wurden sehr freundlich mit einem Glas Sekt empfangen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Auswahl beim Buffet hervorragend. Sehr gepflegte Anlage und super Service

Zum Glück waren wir nur 2Nächte auf Rundreise dort und konnten den einen Tag mit einem Ausflug nach Cap Formentor komple

Das Zimmer war hübsch und dank Upgrade auf eine Suite war reichlich Platz. Der Blick aus dem 7.Stock war toll. In der Lobby hat man sich Mühe gegeben, sie ansprechend zu gestalten.

Im Zimmer war nicht gut sauber gemacht. Im Bett und in der Dusche waren Haare, der Boden war schmutzig. Vom Balkon hatte man nicht viel, weil er fast durchgehend im Schatten war und es war oben extrem windig. Ganz schrecklich war der Essenssaal und das Essen selbst. Hier sollte man auf keinen Fall mit Verpflegung buchen. Das Essen war kalt und sehr wenig Auswahl. Es war nichts Frisches und billigstes, fettiges, faseriges Fleisch. Der Saal vollgestopft und kaum eine Aussicht, weil die großen Fensterscheiben völlig verdreckt waren. Der Pool ist Mini und in der Hauptsaison findet man sicher keine Liege. Außerdem sind die wenigsten Liegen schön mit Blick. Bei vielen liegt man näher an der Straße und mit Blick zu dieser, als am Meer. Der Strand ist winzig. Der Innenpool und das Fitnessstudio haben ihren Namen nicht als solche verdient. Viel zu klein und auf sehr schlechtem Stand. Das Hotel selbst ist ein ausgesprochen hässlicher, riesiger Betonklotz und eine Schande für die ganze Umgebung. Wir haben uns gefragt, woher die guten Bewertungen kommen. Aber vielleicht liegt das am Pauschaltouristen-Publikum, die nichts anderes erwarten als das. Da wurde sich mit StringTanga und oberkörperfrei zum Essen gesetzt. Viele haben ohne Tischmanieren Essen geschaufelt, fast inhaliert. Wir sind keine Nobeltouristen, aber das muss echt nicht sein.

Magnifique vue

Hotel situé dans une petite crique face à la mer , très belle vue. Les chambres sont modernes, propres er très confortables. Le personnel est très aimable. Possibilité de se garer à proximité de l'hôtel. Repas variés et de bonne qualité.

Les yaourts du petit déjeuner... c'est plutôt une crème chimique lactée.... La piscine est très petite pour le nombre de chambres.

Das Frühstück war super und es hat an Nichts gefehlt. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön an schöner kleiner Bucht.

Die Zimmer in den oberen Etagen haben eine wunderschöne Aussicht über die Bucht Tolle Skybar Sehr freundliches Personal

Das Essen ist überwiegend geschmacklos und pappig, das Fleisch war immer zäh Die Drinks bestehen aus Sirup und billigstem Alkohol Achtung: Die Terrasse des Restaurants steht nur einer höheren Buchungskategorie (my favorite Club) zur Verfügung, alle anderen müssen im ungemütlichen und lauten Saal essen

I highly recommend it

if you are a regular on the island, and you have not planned to go out too much, this is the best choice to make. everything is swimming pool, beach, rooftop with jacuzzi, spa, ba, sea view, confort…

if it is the first time on the island, it is necessary to plan trips of about 45min to get to another beach or town. I think they have to focus on the technical part, because there are some malfunctions everywhere (room, spa, lifts…) the food on site is too industrial and tasteless, and finally there is a lack of parking spaces.

Summer in hotel only for adults?

Nice place by the beach and good position of all rooms with view to the sea. Nice clean room after reconstruction with big bath.

Horrible bads on wheels an very soft mattress. Forgot to change old door which wasn't closed with 2cm space between door and frame. Dirty public beach. Missing local vegetable like olivas in restaurant. Same cheaper not very good quality wine for guests without all inclusive. Staff in restaurant doesn't speak English. Evening programm like in children's camp which finished at 22:00, except Cirkus and Elevate band these were super. Crazy timing by pool - bar closed at 18:00 including towel's service.

Exceptional

Everything!! I can't recommend the place enough! From the stunning views, to the staff, food, facilities, location... It was so relaxing and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely go back! The bigger town is only 15 mins away by bus ( about€2) if you want to shop, walk along the promenade where you can find a lot of lovely bars and restaurants. We however decided to stay most of the week at the hotel as I could completely switch off there and this is exactly what I needed. The beach is only 2 steps away . I also really enjoyed the aquagym . The staff is lovely and the hotel very clean and well decorated! I loved it!!

Superb

Very good amount food, a lot of variety and good quality. Rooms were nice and beds very comfortable. Massage service was excellent. Nice to have animations during the day and I the evening.

We were never able to call the hotel. We tried all the numbers available online and we couldn't connect with them. This was really frustrating. They should update the information available online and give a direct number to the reception

Staff are friendly and events are quite funny! Cristian is the best!

I didn’t like the laundry service offered. It says that clothes would be ready within 24 hours what wasn’t true. We had to wait for almost 30 hours. It wasn’t informed that this service was provided by a third party company. This was really overpriced.

Stunning views, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and comfortable hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was quiet and peaceful and in a stunning location. The views of the beach from the balcony were amazing, and the beds were comfortable. Though I didn't use the outdoor pool, the indoor pool in the spa was really great. The hotel was really clean in all areas, the food options were mostly really good, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay (as long as you don't have mobility issues).

As a disabled person (not a wheelchair user), I struggled to walk the distance to the pool, as the options were to walk down some awkward stairs or to walk a long route around, which for me meant I was only able to reach the pool bar where the all-inclusive snacks were and some tables twice in 7 days. I would have liked to be able to take advantage of that aspect of the all-inclusive more during my stay. If you are a wheelchair user, the hotel is accessible with elevators and ramps everywhere, but if you struggle with walking, I would suggest looking elsewhere. I also believe the beach was only accessible down some steps. I also didn't find the 'My Favourite Club' benefits worth the extra cost, and if I come back, I would probably not choose that option.

Calmstay in the greenery

The food was great, the location either. It was peaceful, in the greenery. In the evening, the programs in the hotel ended before 23 o'clock, so after that it was fully quiet, you could hear the waves if you left the doors open.

There was nothing special we did not like.

Charming lagoon and respectful guests

Wonderful hotel! I usually prefer to stay in different places/hotels, but I would love to come again here. Located at the small picturesque lagoon, with views on it from many rooms and bar, restaurant pool area. Hoel has direct access to the beach. The lagoon has rocks and much sealife. The beach is sand (!). The hotel looks new and clean. Meals were with a lot of options to choose from and were tasty. The staff is helpful and welcoming. Other guests were mostly German-speaking adults in their 40s and 50s - quiet and respectful. There were board games and books at the lobby bar. Spa area looks nice, I haven't used it, just entered to see. I think this hotel is a good option for stay in low season too (if it stays open): amazing views, spa...
