A nice hotel but like the resort of Cala Ratjada caters for german guests.

Comfortable room with nice balcony catching the afternoon sun. Good breakfast and very helpful staff.

A lot of noise from one of the hotels at the back of the property. All tv broadcasts in german.

Agradable

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, cerca de lindas playas y de fácil acceso. Además está rodeado de lugares para comer, cenar o tomar algo. Diego y Alondra fueron de lo más amables, también la chica de la mañana y el Sr de la cocina ☺️

Nos pasaron cosas raras, como que vengan de mantenimiento a atornillar una lámpara o que nos entren a limpiar la habitación cuando dejamos cartelito afuera de que no lo hagan. Tampoco hay frazadas de más (porque hubo días de frío) y la calefacción de un día para el otro dejó de funcionar. Otro punto en contra es que en el propio hotel no hay servicio de cocina, solo hay desayunos.

The breakfast buffet has a good variety. There is no parking on premises but when arriving around 6pm we had no problems finding a spot only a minute away.

This is the only hotel where booking.com asked me to check in online in advance, only to find later that we need to check in again on premises.

Good hotel, convenient location, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Room was good and comfy with big balcony. Parking possible in front of the hotel on the road. Breakfast bufet was sufficient.

Prepare fot a lot of German football fans everywhere cheering loudly for their clubs :) But manageable.

Great personnel, but a hotel that needs renovation.

The working personnel is extremely friendly, accomodating and always ready to help out. Location is great, close to nearby beaches and a short walking distance from the town and harbour.

No soundproof rooms at all. You can hear everything that's going on in the hallways. Especially if you'd like to sleep in for a day or so. Sadly we cannot recommend the restaurant either.

Comfortable stay with friendly staff

The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The location is in walking distance to lots of bars, cafes, restaurants and beautiful long sandy beaches. The room was quite spacious with a good sized balcony.

Super friendly staff, offered a welcome drink which was sooo nice :-) The hotel is cosy, in a very good location, offers delicious breakfast and free wifi. Gracias! Hope to be back one day again!

Very good

This is a very nice small hotel with nice location and nice balcony. It is some 7 minutes away from wonderful Agulla beach and 10 min to Cala Ratjada port where you can find a lot of nice restaurants. Rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. Overall the price/quality ratio is excellent.

I missed a refrigerator in my room for full comfort. Breakfast could have some more varieties, it was exactly the same every day.

Budget accommodation for a few days ok

The location was good and you are far enough from Party district so that it is quiet enough to rest. 10 minutes walk to beach. Price was the best for our stay in August. We only stayed 3 days and for that duration it is ok.

The furniture is very old. Imagine you visit your grandma and sleep over there. That's how it is. No fridge. The shower only had textile curtain, hence the floor was always wet. Breakfast is really simple: Cheapest Ham / Cheese . The bread was ok. The vegetables had no taste. Fruits were ok. Only instant coffee.

They offered us drinks at the check-in, that was really nice! The hotel has good location, nice place, helpful hotel staff (the cheef mananger is simply the best :) )

In the neighboring room we had some roister-doister guests so it was a little bit loud at night.

Great stay

Everyone was super nice and tried to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed a welcome drink during check-in. Hotel is close to the beach, free parking available on the street. We appretiate the late checkout.

Very good

good location in the middle of the city. So you can walk to the beach on one side or to the port on the other. The room was clean, the equipment a bit scary. Very nice receptionist. Free parking on the street.

Breakfast could be improved. There was not much to choose from.

Perfect remote location.

Lovely food and staff. The location was just perfect- between the Mero Dive Centre and the more quiet beaches. I love Cala Ratjada!

I wish I could have stayed longer.
