Nice large 3BD, 4BA airconditioned apt perfect for our 3 boys (21, 19 and 17). Close to public transportation and great neighborhood with many restaurants. Apt has some normal wear and tear likely from the constant use of visitors. We enjoyed our stay.

It was our first time traveling with our three grown kids ranging 27, 18, 17 and we started off in Rome traveling Italy for 24 days. This was our first stay and we spend 6 wonderful days here. The apartment was perfect just what we imagined ! It had everything we needed very comfortable clean all the extras in the kitchen . Great lighting the rooms were great size and the location was wonderful! Everything we needed right down stairs. We even walked a couple of nights into the busy tourist areas of Rome and it was fun and felt super safe and didn’t take long at all quick fun 30 minute walks to central Rome . The hosts were wonderful quickly returned our questions if we had any . We thank you for making our start in Rome great! We loved it and recommending it to our friends.

The location of this property is perfect for exploring Rome. You can find everything from food, gelato and markets within minutes of the unit. Check in and check out was easy with instructions provided. We did have an issue with one of the AC units but the owner tried to fix it and the effort was appreciated even thought it was not successful. The only thing that was inaccurate was the price per person per night so hopefully they update the listing to reflect the correct amount, especially for people like me who preplanned the exact number of euros I would need. Beautiful, roomy apartment that I would absolutely rent again.

The property was as stated and is in a great location. It was bright and comfortable. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the place, especially in the evening.
There were a few issues regarding the washing machine and main a/c but the host worked quickly to get everything fixed.
We all said we would stay here again.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, just a block away from the Vatican museums, St Peter’s Basilica a little further on and a metro station conveniently near as well. The bedrooms are all a good size and all have en suites.
The issue for us (a family of four) was that there is only a two seater (three at a push) sofabed to sit on, which was not enough space for the evenings after a long day of sightseeing. It was pretty uncomfortable as well.
Also, we struggled to get in on the first day as we could not open the front door to the building upon arrival. It turned out that a new key pad had been added in the days before our arrival. The host had these details when we called, but had not shared them with us - an important oversight.

We had an amazing stay in Venice and this apartment was a true gem. There was plenty of space with two king sized beds and one room with two singles. The kitchen area was very spacious too! We enjoyed the living room area with the comfortable seating to rest our legs after coming in from a day of wandering around Venice! The place was exceptionally clean! The beds were so comfortable with amazing linens!! Thank you!

Very enjoyable stay. We loved the location. There is so much to see and experience within walking distance. So many good shops and street restaurants in the area. What a great way to experience Rome. With 6 adults the sleeping arrangements were great, all 3 bedrooms have an on suite and there is also a common bath. A little more living room seating would have been nice. The Host was great although it was a bit confusing at first because there was a discrepancy in the amount and payment of the tourist tax between an attachment the host sent out upon final payment, and the instructions on the vrbo listing itself and the paper instructions in the condo. For our stay 6 euro per night per person fee applied, although the paper instructions and the vrbo listing itself said 3.5. Just make sure you print out and follow the email you get for checkin instructions upon payment. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a fabulous stay in Rome at this great, second story flat. 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower. The apartment was quiet despite being in a lively neighborhood. Everything worked well. The beds were comfortable, 1 large Queen, 2 large full sized beds. The metro stop is a five minute walk and bus stop two minutes away. Lots of restaurants (we loved lazanzararoma.com). The owner also connected us with an excellent tour guide who gave us a fantastic underground tour of the Coliseum and Roman Forum. Everything was great all around.

Can’t say enough great things about this place! Communication with owner was seamless. The place was clean, spacious, fully-stocked and perfectly located. It feels like you are living with the locals and yet you are steps from the Vatican, metro, etc. Plus there’s a fantastic coffee shop next door.

Could not believe that we could see the Vatican Wall when we walked out the door. The location was great for touring. Our group of 6 was fit 60+ year olds and we walked to a lot of what we did. The metro wasnt too far for things further out. This place is our recommendation to our friends and family who will visit Rome in the future.

The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are gorgeous and the kitchen is well-equipped. Francesca is very accommodating and remains available throughout the stay. We were three couples spending a few days in Rome after coming to Europe on a Trans Atlantic cruise. The apartment was the perfect place for us as we each had our own bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Kitchen was well appointed (although we couldn't find any coffee filters) and the location was wonderful being just blocks from the Vatican where we had tours the day we arrived. The referral to Mr. Fortuna for car service was much appreciated and all rides (4 all together) worked out beautifully. Can't thank you enough, Francesca for providing such wonderful accommodations.

Three bedrooms with adjoining baths was perfect for three couples exploring Rome. Walking distance to the Vatican and all it has to offer was convenient. The area has multiple great restaurants as well as small grocery stores to stock the fridge. Highly recommend the property, its manager and their recommended tour guide and driver!!

Francesca was a great host and veteran attentive and available for any questions. Our 2 adult children each had their own rooms and bathrooms which made it easy to have our own space and get ready in the morning.
The location was very convenient to many areas of interest and only a short ride if we needed a taxi. We are very pleased with our stay and highly recommend.

The apartment was conveniently located to Vatican City and the Metro. We had three early morning events in Vatican City, so the apartment’s location made it so easy to get there. Rooms were spacious and each had their own updated private bath. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunshine on the balconies, even with March cooler temps.
Being so close to our activities, we were able to head back for lunch and use the fully-equipped kitchen with all it’s high-end, brand new appliances. And having our own washer and dryer in the apartment was another huge benefit!
We highly recommend L’isola della Pizza on Via degli Scipioni 45. Family-owned restaurant thru two generations, authentic Italian cooking, clean, and exceptional service. They are Italian. Not like some of the other restaurants you will come across in Rome that literally beg you to come inside. The good ones, don’t need to beg.
Todos grocery store is also a block away and has an exceptional kitchen and bakery where they make pizzas, roasted chicken, braised pork loin daily. Have an assortment of wonderful cheeses and cold cuts. We picked up several items throughout our stay and enjoyed breakfast and lunch back at the apartment.
We will be back! Thank you Francesca
