We had the best time as a family of 4! My two littles loved the bunk beds. Noelle’s place is small and cozy, and perfect for a small family or a few friends. The AC was key as we went during a heat wave! Noelle was super prompt with any questions that came up. The neighborhood was super cute, steps to Glendon rd beach! Tons of restaurants around, and sidewalks everywhere so our 4 year old could bike. Amazing stay, would very much recommend it!

We didn't know what to expect renting for the first time on the Cape, how far the beach was and exactly how big the space was. We were pleasantly surprised that the walk was roughly 5 minutes and the cottage was as roomy as the pictures showed. The outdoor deck was the selling point and it didn't disappoint. The owner was easy to get in touch with and communicated through the whole process. We would definitely rent here again.

My family of 4 stayed here almost a week. Both of my kids are under 10. I definitely recommend this house for adults or small families. The space may be a little tight if you have a baby and need to bring a portable crib though. The house is very beachy in decor and you definitely have the feel of being at the beach. The outdoor deck and outdoor shower are great. The outdoor seating area really makes the house feel bigger and giving you more space to relax. Love the lights! The only downfall is the kitchen being small (which is to be expected in a small cottage) but for some reason we couldn’t really find a decent knife. We didn’t do any real cooking in the kitchen- just used for toasting bagels and making sandwiches. We got dinner out most of the time. We used the grill once. Overall I am really happy with it, and it’s a short walk to the beach and two restaurants to grab food. The location of Dennis port was a good central location and we did get out to explore other places. Unfortunately we really didn’t have great weather except for our last 2 afternoons. Luckily the Cape has plenty to do other than just go to the beach!

This cottage was the perfect size for our family of 4. Located on a quiet side street, it only took a few minutes to walk to the beach. The beds were very comfy. Great deck and outdoor shower. Communication with owner was fabulous. Dennis is a great central spot from which to explore the Cape!

We had a wonderful time!! The cottage was perfect for us four adults. Plenty of room and beautiful deck to eat our meals on. The beach was a simple five minute walk away and we were lucky and had the perfect weather week!! We will definitely be looking at this place again next year!!

This cape house is conveniently located and clean. Walk to the beach, or a very short drive to ice cream, bowling, the movies, mini golf, restaurants. Spend your time with leisurely activities not in traffic. Bright, sunny house with central open room: perfect for hanging out with family and/or friends.

For a family of four booking (and who was booking last minute), this cottage was perfect! It has two good sized bedrooms, one of which has a bunk bed - perfect for kids - and a nice open floor plan. There is also a nice deck area w/multiple seating options and an outdoor shower (great for rinsing off sand, mulriple people showering at once and is just fun). It was clean, cozy and Noelle gives you everything you need to know (and in a timely manner) to make your stay easy and the best it can be. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
