***This entire home was completely refurbished Spring 2019!!*** All new carpet and vinyl through out. New paint, casings, doors! New furniture, mattresses, pillows and bedding! New cabinets and appliances! This beautiful and spacious vacation home sits on Nauvoo's downtown center street, Mulholland Street, easy walking distance to the Nauvoo Temple, less than a mile's distance. Built in 2006, this three level, nearly 5,000 square foot home has 5 large bedrooms, including two master suites each with a king bed and private bathroom. It has a large Family Room/Kitchen combination area perfect for gathering and an oversized bunk room and large game room downstairs. It has 6 full bathrooms, a loft area, and a laundry room. The back of the home, with its two story ceiling and oversized windows, opens onto a large grassy common area.

We really enjoyed our stay! There were a few things that came up that we wish we had better communication from the host on but it was a holiday weekend so we understand. The kitchen was a bit tight for our cooking needs but we made do. For how many the house allows to sleep, there was not adequate seating at the table and island for meals - especially if you have more young kids. We loved the quiet location and being about to get out for walks and playing in the yard.

We enjoyed a family reunion at Nauvoo in this spacious, commodious home located on the Main Street of Nauvoo . It was convenient to all sites and very comfortable for a large group.

We had a lovely time. There was lots of space in the house. Any issues that arose were taken care of immediately. Close to all of the attractions in Nauvoo. Wonderful property

We had a family reunion with several different families. Each family was able to have their own room and bathroom. The bunk room was great for teenagers and young children. Air conditioning worked great! Plenty of space out back to play games. Kitchen area was great and open. Good space for staging large group meals. Only complaint is that there is not a grill associated with the house. Other than that, everything was great!

When our family decided to do another reunion, I saw this place and knew it would fit our family perfect. We had kids, teens, and adults that all had space. Everyone in the family was impressed with the home and all that it offered.
Communication with Dawn was good. We were able to have all of our questions answered and our needs were taken care of while we were there.
If you are looking for a place for a group, I can not recommend this place highly enough!

Minutes from Nauvoo temple, great for family reunions
We fit five couples and 12 kids comfortably. Home in great condition and fit for our purpose.

My family was traveling across the country and we wanted to stop somewhere approximately halfway. We are SO happy with our decision to stay at the Mulholland Mansion home. The home is extremely clean, has a DREAM basement for kids (with tons of games and plenty of space to play), and is located within walking distance of the entire town. The property manager was quick to respond to our questions and was pleasant to work with. We enjoyed our very cozy, carefree stay at Mulholland Mansion and hope to visit again with our family sometime soon!

Fun, Clean, Stress-free Stay!!

This home is set up for large groups. The five bedrooms are spacious and the basement bunkroom was a great place for the kids. The beds were comfortable. There was a bathroom for everyone! Plenty of towels, chairs, beds, kitchen utinsels..

This really filled the requirement with more than adequate sleeping accommodations with space for varied daytime activities as well as meal preparation including preparing a complete Thanksgiving feast.

We had one glitch with electrical outlets but the Property Maintenance Supervisor was at the house in quick time to resolve the issue. The house was pretty clean ( a couple places that must have been missed). Overall it was a great experience and we would stay there again!

Nicest place in Nauvoo!
I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews but I’ve never stayed in a newer nicer vacation home! Our group rented a couple of homes in this little housing block, so we could all be close, and man did we luck out!! This house was literally like new! Carpet paint and furniture! It smelled good, was clean and organized and had the perfect atmosphere for a large family group, fun and together but not squished. This house is the perfect design, it’s divided into three levels, basement main floor and upstairs. Super cool bunk bed and game room in the basement with a ping pong table where all the cousins could make as much noise as they wanted while we could hang out and get caught up on the main level and a few people could get away for quiet time upstairs. It was just great, but the main thing is, I walked through the other two homes in our group and, holy cow! They were pretty beat up. We were hesitant when we rented this house because it was a little more than the others, but nowI see why! So glad we rented this one! I wouldn’t stay in any other house in Nauvoo!
