Villa Mia is a luxury detached villa superbly furnished in contemporary style. Full air-conditioning plus additional fans in rooms for the hotter summer months. For the cooler winter months we have underfloor heating throughout the villa along with a log burning fire and also heating for the pool (additional cost of £50 per day) . There are 3 bedrooms upstairs,1 bedroom downstairs, all with fitted wardrobes and fly screens, mirrors, hair dryers and ipod docking stations. The master bedroom also has a secluded veranda with 2 day beds ideal for an afternoon nap. The downstairs bedroom has a seating area on a large veranda with beautiful panoramic sea views. The spacious lounge area has dining table to seat 8, open wood burning fire and 2 large sofas. A 36'' LCD TV with surround sound system, satellite TV , Wifi, CD/DVD player, MP3 player and Alexa. The kitchen is fitted with quality appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, oven microwave + fridge freezer. The outside garden kitchen is also fully equipped with gas a BBQ, ceramic hob, oven/microwave, fridge, dishwasher. The bar allows you to cook or serve your guests a drink whilst still being part of the party. The gazebo shaded dining area seats 8 people so you can watch the chef at work while having a glass of wine and all the time you have the stunning sea and mountain views. At pool level there's a chill-out basement area with sofas, a kitchen with another large fridge freezer, wc + shower room, bar football + under cover table tennis. Also storage for all the snorkeling and beach equipment

This impressive gorge is in the western part of the Akamas peninsula, about 20 km from Paphos. The linear trail through the gorge is approximately 2.5 km long with steep rocks on both sides reaching up to 80 metres in height with the narrowest point being just 3 metres wide. Deep inside the ancient gorge you will be amazed by the towering cliffs, rare plants and flowers, reptiles, wild mountain goats and delicate ecosystems.
Lara Bay
This extensive and often near-deserted sandy beach requires a 4WD vehicle to reach it as it is accessed along several miles of un-surfaced tracks. Lara Bay is an extremely important turtle breeding ground, here you can find green turtles and hawks-bill turtles. These turtles are on the endangered species list and Lara Bay is being made a safe haven for their egg laying.
Local Area: The Villa is approx a 50 minute drive from Paphos Airport. Situated 5 mins walk from Neo Chorio village which remains pretty and traditional with St Minas church, 2 tavernas, a coffee shop, craft shop and basic grocery store. Neo Chorio is a starting point for walks through the Akamas National Park, well known for the Baths of Aphrodite and beautiful quiet beaches some only accessible by boat, which can be hired at reasonable rates from Latchi Water Sports, or you can take a day trip out on one of the larger boats including lunch. The local beaches are uncrowded and one is shared by the luxury Anassa Hotel, here you can hire all manner of water sports equipment along with expert tuition. Latchi harbour is a 3minute drive away with a large choice of tavernas and fish restaurants, bank and small supermarket. The small town of Polis is a further 5 minute drive providing a larger choice of restaurants, bars, banks, fish market and various places of cultural interest.
Other Activities: Bird watching, boat trips to the Blue Lagoon for snorkeling, or Lara bay to see the turtles, water sports, biking, go-karting, walking along nature trails and visiting archaeological sites. A car is recommended to explore the Troudos Mountains, in the winter skiing is available and is approx 2 hours drive away with 4 intermediate slopes. As we are right on the edge of the Akamas Nature Reserve you can go off road in the hills but please be aware that you will need to hire a 4 x 4 car/jeep or quad bike for this activity. Or you can go on a jeep safari if you do not wish to take on the driving yourself. There are also several Spas offering health and beauty treatments close by and three world class golf courses the nearest one being Tsada which is around a 30 minute drive away. Minthis Hills(Secret Valley) and Aphrodite Hills are around an hour's drive away in the Paphos area.

When we booked Villa Mia we are obviously looking at images & reading reviews of others, all were really good. What I have to say is that the pictures don't do Villa Mia justice! My wife was born in Cyprus & we (including our daughters) go to Cyprus twice a year & have done for nearly twenty years. Villa Mia was the best villa we have ever booked.
One of the things my Wife wants when she is booking a Villa is a view, I am not bothered either way. That was until we arrived at Villa Mia. The views are incredible. The Villa in situated in a quiet area overlooking Latchi & Polis but you can see right around the bay. I set my alarm each morning for 05:45 so I could see the sun rise. The images on Vrbo whilst very nice do not do Villa Mia justice.
The entire Villa was perfect for us. We were a party consisting of myself & my wife & our three grown up daughters (aged 23, 25 & 27) plus their partners. They were of the same opinion - perfect.
Stewart & Sue were the absolutely superb prior to the holiday in providing info etc but excelled when we were in the Villa. You know when you are speaking to someone & you make a judgement, my immediate one was (& is) that they are both genuinely wanting to ensure that we had everything we needed.
If you want a perfect villa in a perfect place then book Villa Mia, you will feel the same as all eight of our party in that it does not get better than Villa Mia!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Mia.
Communications with Stuart and Sue was excellent, extremely quick and friendly responses both before our stay and whilst we were there.
The villa is extremely well equipped and there was plenty of space for our two families of four.
The pool area was really well used with comfy sun beds along with separate bathroom, fridge and sink. The fussball and table tennis tables provided our teens with something to do and shelter from the sun.
The outdoor kitchen was so well equipped with BBQ, hob, oven, fridge and sink. We spent most evenings here around the fabulous outdoor table which always had shade.
Location wise the villa is quiet but you can be at beaches and restaurants within 10 minutes by car.
Overall a wonderful, restful break.

Our stay at Villa Mia was everything that it promised and so much more. The villa was so spacious and extremely well equipped. The inside and outside kitchens had everything you could ask for. The grounds surrounding the villa are beautifully kept.
The owners and couple who look after the villa were very approachable and so helpful.
We would not hesitate to return to stay again and we will recommend it to family and friends

First thing to say is the Villa is wonderful. Everything everyone has said in the other reviews is true - the pictures don’t do it justice, so much space that two families, 5 adults and two kids could just get lost. And as others have also said, communication was excellent with Stuart and Sue before and at the start of the holiday.
What I thought I’d share is a bit about staying here in early April - very much the start of the season. We paid Stuart to heat the pool for the duration which was a must, and the kids loved being in there every day (even if the weather was cooler than seasonal this year). Because it was cool, we sometimes used the air conditioners as heaters, which boosted the heat nicely some evenings.
Neo Chorio an absolutely lovely village. Off season, the only people we saw were locals. A tiny supermarket - but it had the essentials. The Smygies taverna was lovely for a very reasonably priced meze on our first night. The Smygies hike - 4 miles, about 2.5 hours - was a real highlight of the holiday and recommended for anyone who likes a fairly easy hike. The 7 mile return hike to Blue Lagoon from Baths of Aphrodite was also a real must. Amazing views from both walks.
Eating out in Latchi early season was quiet but very nice. Generally we ate inside as was a bit cool
for outdoor dining (though we managed it a few times). Our favourite place was No.9 Restaurant - a bit more expensive and a less ‘traditional’ menu. But was fantastic food and service.
Overall, I’d 100% recommend Villa Mia, and if you’re thinking about booking ‘off season’ it’s worth a gamble. This year weather was a bit poor by Cyprus standards but still a fab time.

We had a fabulous time in Latchi, The villa was perfect for 2 families of 4. Bedrooms are all a good size with each being en-suite. The outdoor kitchen and eating terrace was a fabulous addition and made for some great evenings cooking on the BBQ, with a couple of beers and relaxing together. Pool area is a decent size with plenty of sun loungers. Table tennis and Table football was well utilised by the kids. We took a couple of walks up into the nearby village, where there is a small supermarket and Taverna that’s worth a visit.
Otherwise needed cars to travel to and from the beachfront bars and restaurants and the larger supermarkets (approx 15mins away) but there is ample parking and some nice restaurants.
Overall we had a tremendous time here and would definitely consider returning in the future.

Fabulous villa
What a wonderful holiday/honeymoon in this beautiful villa. The owners really went above and beyond with all of their information and advice from the moment we booked and we really appreciated it. The villa itself is fantastic with everything you could possibly need and more. The views are wonderful and you are close enough for a very short drive into Latchi where there are lots of lovely restaurants. Polis is also close and you have restaurants and a great supermarket there. We can't wait for our next visit.

Luxury and Ambience…….and amazing Views !
We loved Villa Mia .
Situated on the hillside over looking the bay , Villa Mia is a luxury comfortable house with a beautiful aspect and amazing outside garden area.
The views from the front over the cypress trees and pool are stunning ! We loved opening the vented shutters front and back and letting the breeze in.
We also spent many evenings outside at the lovely big dining table under the sun canapy looking down at the village of Latchi on the coast . Definitely a house for relaxation with seats situated all around it’s beautiful garden to the back and terrace to the front.
Would definitely recommend this Villa !

Special birthday holiday in a fabulous villa !
We have just returned from a fabulous holiday at villa Mia. The villa is amazing with everything you could possibly need and the views are stunning ! Stewart and Sue were so helpful with any questions we had . The villa is only 4 mins to the beach and there are so many other wonderful places to visit if you have a car. If you can , hire a boat with Latchi water sports , we had a wonderful afternoon swimming in the coves around the island. This holiday was for a special birthday and we definitely made some wonderful memories.

Villa Mia is wonderful and the owners, Sue & Stewart, were very helpful in every sense. The house is well equipped, clean and in a quiet and pretty location. The view from the house is amazing. The garden is beautiful and nothing can beat the outdoor facilities at Villa Mia! The outdoor kitchen and the dinning area are absolutely fabulous - the pictures don't do it justice . The pool is great and it's just perfect to have both toalet, shower and fridge next to the pool. The highlight of the trip was renting a boat from the owners lovely daughter, Lucy, at Latchi Watersport and having a day out on boat - it's a must!

Great location and extremely well equipped villa
Without doubt the best equipped villa we have ever stayed in. Heated pool was a necessity and well worth the cost. There was a fully equipped outside kitchen with everything duplicated that was in the main kitchen and despite it being chilly at night we were able to eat in the adjacent gazebo. The owners and their representatives were helpful in the extreme both before and during our stay and always responded within minutes when we messaged them with a few queries. The views are great and the village of Neo Chorio has two excellent and cheap tavernas within 15 minutes walk. We have no hesitation in recommending the location and the villa.

Fantastic family holiday
For a mixed family of 8, Villa Mia was just perfect with places to have communal fun as well as places to enjoy peace and quiet. The weather was wonderful and really allowed us to take advantage of the brilliantly equipped outdoor kitchen. This meant that eating outside most of the time was hassle free. A huge bonus. The pool area was lovely and the addition of table football was brilliant, particularly for the 3 teenagers and a granny! The views to the sea were the icing on the cake. It was the perfect place to stay with 3 generations.

The property was spotless with every amenity provided to make our holiday perfect, even down to having a hair dryer that actually worked. The views from the balcony are truly incredible , watching the sun set and having a delicious G and T by the floodlit pool - wonderful!

Beautiful Villa Mia
This was our 2nd visit to this beautiful Villa 2 years in a row. The Villa is immaculately clean and well maintained, better than many hotels that I've stayed in. The outdoor kitchen is an absolute dream. Fully equipped with all mod cons including a dishwasher and a gas BBQ. A large dining table set under a lovely Pergola ensured that we could sit in comfort around the dining table even in the hottest part of the day. We were a party of 8 and there was plenty of room for all with additional space for more people. All rooms are ensuite and equipped with air conditioning units and electric fans. I'm not fond of air con so I was pleased to be able to use the electric fan which kept us comfortable at night. Lots of areas to sit outside around the Villa so you never felt as if you were crowding each other. The pool area is lovely with a loo and shower area, along with a cold water dispenser and full sized fridge to stock up with cold drinks. Beautiful view out over Latchi bay which is just a few minutes drive away with resteraunts and bars. Stewart and Sue have put a great deal of thought into the Villa and to say that it is a home from home is a massive understatement. If this was your home you'd never go anywhere else. We can't wait to return.

Amazing Property
A truly wonderful property in a great location just minutes from the larger villages of Latchi and Polis. The property was well stocked and the outdoor kitchen was fantastic and used almost everyday. Villa Mia was clean, spacious, airy and the outdoor seating/sofa area was lovely in the evenings. The pool was definitely cooling in temperatures well in to the thirties.
We used the owners recommendations for car hire, this to was great as greeted at the airport and drop off was so easy.
Latchi water sports is definitely worth a trip to. We hired a boat with a ring which the kids loved and a few of us did parasailing too.

Decorated to a very high standard and with little extras to make our stay more comfortable - all bedrooms with ensuite and tastefully done. The outside kitchen was the icing on the cake with views over the bay and lovely seating area for various meals throughout our stay. There was TV and WiFi too just in case you wanted to escape the heat of the sun! Table football and Table Tennis added to the enjoyment of our stay as well as a few games of volleyball in the perfect sized pool. If you wanted seclusion there were also areas around the garden to escape to! Latchi Watersports were fantastic and we enjoyed a fun day out on a speedboat and the hire car company were just as helpful. All in all a wonderful, relaxing holiday that catered for all needs and left us wanting to return again - thankyou to the hosts Sue and Stewart who ensured that the whole process was a smooth one too. Stunning!
Arrived around midnight and was impressed straight away, very clean modern accommodation with lots of space and all amenities catered for, and amazing outdoor lighting! Set my alarm for sunrise 5.45am and was not disappointed the view from the outside terrace was breathtaking. This villa is by far the best I have ever stayed in having previously stayed in villas in Italy, Florida, Chicago and Cyprus. The owners have spared no expense in providing quality furnishings and fixings and making you feel you are at 'home'. All beds were comfortable and everyone (7 of us) agreed they slept well. The villa is well positioned in Neo Chorio, high up with commanding views of Latchi. I would definitely recommend car hire although the little village does have a shop and a few restaurants within walking distance. The owners have loads of local information in folders to read through and also an extensive range of Cyprus travel books. We had lots of mornings/afternoons relaxing by the super clean pool or sitting with coffee in the outside kitchen taking in the view, and will definitely visit again. Thank you Stewart and Sue! And thanks to Lucy at Latchi watersports for recommending villa to us last year and for being so kind and helpful again this year helping organise our boat hire and watersports.

The property suited our needs perfectly!
The property was laid out very well, with an outdoor kitchen dining area. Most nights a cooler breeze decended down the valley towards the sea, which made relaxing outside very enjoyable! Will definitely be looking forward to re-visiting this place!

A wonderful experience
Villa Mia was wonderful in every way - you couldn’t ask for more. Third time here and it gets better every time, thank you Sue & Stewart. Food in the local village restaurant was delicious - short drive to the beach, and we had a day out on boat from lachi water sports. I also recommend going to the last castle for great simple food with amazing views.

Special birthday
We stayed at villa Mia to celebrate my husbands special birthday. There were seven of us,all adults, and we found the accommodation perfect as all the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. It is a beautiful villa with staggering views and big enough so that there is always a place to go to be on your own. The garden is stunning and the pool was the perfect temperature

The local resort is very relaxed. We ate there on a number of occasions. So many lovely bars and restaurants right on the beach

A perfect house near the loveliest village.
Villa Mia is everything and more than the photos and the description depict. We enjoyed a blissful week in Cyprus at this top end property. Latchi is small and quiet in the Spring. I couldn't believe how green Cyprus is - perhaps less so in the summer months? The HomeAway listing understated the loveliness of this property. A welcoming child friendly environment, (children aged 7-10, steps may not suit much younger children), the garden with lots of lovely and unusual plants, the solar powered lighting making the evenings very pretty and the incredible well-provided for kitchen(s). The house itself has everything you could want and more in terms of provision, (even an extensive DVD and book collection - we had a few cooler rainy days), masses of local information about activities, a beautiful open fire, blankets on all of the furniture for cooler evenings. The outside kitchen with state of the art grill and second dishwasher was much appreciated. The pool is lovely - much appreciated. Everything was exactly as promised, clean, beautifully functional and well-presented, and the owners were extremely kind and helpful, emailing within less than 30 minutes during our stay when we asked them for house/local information. The setting itself is really amazing... photos just do not do it justice. In particular the restaurant in the village at the top of the hill. We ate there a lot. Wonderful kind people, nothing too much trouble, food excellent! Lovely walk back to the villa. The view from the terrace is breath-taking. The local beach is quiet in March/April, we were often the only people on it and the views across the sea were beautiful.
We hope to return to Villa Mia next year and would highly recommend it to our friends and family.

A Stunning Villa in a perfect setting
If you want a high end luxurious holiday………look no further than the beautiful Villa Mia, Neo Chorio, Latchi. Stewart and Sue (the owners) have really made this a home from home!! Giving you the ideal base for your holiday. A fabulous, well-maintained and well-equipped villa, in a stunning location beautifully laid out with lovely private gardens with the most spectacular panoramic sea views and in easy reach of the attractions of Latchi.
We were there the first two weeks of November and enjoyed continuous sunshine (apart from one rainy day), so the private pool and the well-equipped outdoor kitchen facilities were used to the full. The pool area being well lit for your enjoyment on hot summer nights. The spacious outdoor room has wonderful views and a truly lovely place to watch the fabulous sunsets. If you don’t feel like cooking, then there are plenty of local restaurants to choose from and all reasonably priced, some recommended by Stewart and Sue, some we found ourselves. We were recommended the Lamb and rosemary pie at Molos and we were not disappointed it was delicious!! Also the best brandy sours are to be had at Faros.
We hired a car which we feel is a must and visited several parts of this lovely island during our stay. We had a trip to Limassol which has changed beyond belief, the harbour is now a billionaire’s playground. We visited Aphrodite’s spring and a few other destinations but mainly we spent our time at the villa and why not? It has everything and more!!
We would certainly recommend this amazing place and thank Stewart and Sue for their outstanding customer service. We had a truly memorable holiday and one that we will be repeating next year.

We had a great stay in the villa.
We had just one week of vacation but with this villa we had the chance to relax like on a 3 week vacation... we had a lot of activitys planed for our vacation but in the end we spended our time just hanging out at the villa, at the fantastic pool area or the table right next to the amazing outdoorkitchen.... We didn't meet Sue and Stew but they alsways answered theire mails quick and gave us advises for everything we asked for.
We would love to come back soon!!!

Outstanding!
Villa Mia is an outstanding holiday villa. All the 5 star reviews are well deserved! I can't think of a single improvement that Stewart & Sue could make! Well equipped throughout they have thought of everything. Preparing our meals in the outside kitchen & eating looking out over the fabulous views was so relaxing. We loved the area, the sleepy village further up the hill & the more lively Latchi in the harbour below. We spent a lovely afternoon on a yacht from Latchi Watersports, enjoyed meals in the local restaurants in both Latchi & Polis...all recommendations from the excellent information provided by our hosts. I really can recommend this beautiful villa, by far the best we have stayed at in any country!

Great place for a relaxing holiday.
What a lovely place for a holiday. Pretty villa and well maintained. The garden is stunning.
Loved the outside kitchen and dining area. We spent a lot of time relaxing in this part of the villa.
The swimming pool was essential and also spent a lot of time relaxing and reading around the pool.
There is also a table tennis table by the pool which we had many a good game on.
The area is very nice and I loved the little fishing village of Latchi close by. Good places to eat in the evening and a few shops to stock up on supplies.
The Akamas mountains are only a stone’s throw from the Villa and we drove up into them one night to watch the sun go down over the sea. What a view. Take a camera its breath taking.
Sue and Stewart obviously put a lot of work into keeping this villa to a high standard and I can thoroughly recommend it.
I will be going again.

Best chilled break ever!
This has been one of the best villas we have stayed at. Where to start?
Perhaps with the beautiful view over the bay, the tranquil surroundings and the excellent villa itself.
The outside kitchen is better well kitted out for cooking than my own one at home. The eating area overlooks the magnificent views, you can spend hours over a meal just chatting and looking at the view. The bedrooms and bathrooms are immaculate. We went in the pool every day or to the nearby beach (which has a great café).
We went to Lara Bay to see where the turtles lay their eggs and visited local bars and restaurants.
We tried out skiing, paddle boarding and kayaking at Laatchi Watersports (the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable).
All in all, I would highly recommend this villa.

Had a great family holiday at Villa Mia. Outside space is fantastic with stunning views of the sea. Only a short car ride to Latchi where there are plenty of lovely places to eat (Nostos being our favourite). The villa is home from home and has everything you need, with fridges by the pool and both the in door and outdoor kitchen you really do have everything to hand.
Will definitely be returning to Villa Mia!

Have just returned from two weeks in this stunning villa. The views are breathtaking and the garden is absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful lighting all around it. We loved eating outside every evening having cooked in the outside kitchen. The villa has all the amenities you could need right down to numerous candles which we lit while eating outside. There are plenty of plates glasses etc. With 3 fridge freezers you never run out of space for all your food and drinks and there were 8 of us. the villa itself has enough space for large families or friends sharing. It is high up on a lovely road with stunning views of the harbour and sea and the mountains the other side. Such a peaceful location and a beautiful area. We ate out in a few restaurants in Latchi harbour which were all good and only minutes away by car. All the bedrooms are ensuite. A lovely touch were all the docking stations around the villa. The pool area is beautiful with lovely scented bushes and plants all round the villa. There were 8 sunloungers around the pool which you often do not get in large villas also both the outside table and the inside dining table seated 8 people. The villa owners are extremely helpful and provide lots of information in the villa of places to eat and things to do. All in all we had a lovely relaxing holiday. Our only gripe was that we should have booked for 3 weeks.

After a very short transfer time from Paphos airport, about an hour, and using the excellent directions provided by the owners of Villa Mia, we arrived at this stunning villa. As soon as we parked the car alongside the villa, the first thing we saw was the beautiful pool area with the most spectacular views of the bay of Latchi, absolutely stunning. A small flight of steps to the front door, walking through a garden area with lemon trees and beautifully maintained planting. The inside is well appointed, all bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and it was all lovely and clean. We requested beach/pool towels and everything was there for us when we arrived. The outside space is absolutely stunning. There is an outside kitchen that we used all of the time, with a lovely terrace and dining table, protected from the sun by a pergola. The pool area has plenty of good quality sun beds and unbrellas and the pool is immaculately clean. The owners have provided everything that you could possibly need. There are plenty of places to go out and eat close by, just a few minutes drive away. There is also a very good supermarket where you can get everything you need for self catering at the villa. We went down to the beach on several afternoons, later in the day when it wasn't quite so hot. One suggestion would be to take beach/swimming shoes as most of the beaches are made up of tiny stone particles rather than sand. The sea is glorious and another suggestion would be to hire a boat trip. We hired a boat from Latchi water sports centre. We also hired a boat handler, who took us out along the coast to the blue lagoon. We swam out from the boat into caverns in the most beautiful blue, crystal clear water. It wasn't too expensive and it was a fantastic afternoon, I would highly recommend it.
We were hugely impressed with Villa Mia and Cyprus. This was our first visit and everything was better than we could have hoped for.

Just returned from a fantastic holiday at the beautiful villa Mia - weather was brilliant we stayed for just over a week the villa has to be the best equipped villa we have ever stayed in - the outside BBQ and seated area are excellent as was the outside kitchen .We ate out several times in the local restaurants which were excellent and good value . We hired a boat from Latchi watersports with the help of Lucy thank you very much and had a great day it made three teenage lads very happy ! We also hired off road buggies for the day which was also great fun discovering deserted beautiful coves.Overall we had a lovely memorable holiday with everything on hand we will definitely be planning a return visit in the near future thank you for your help and useful info Stuart - the Bolton family.

Villa Mia, Aww what a beautiful house is a superb location in the north of Cyprus, stunning views from all aspects of the house and every accoutrement you could possibly think of to make your stay a home from home, even sharp knives and garlic crushers, fly screens were superb. Had a wonderful time in this stunning modern villa in the hills of NeaKhorio. Initially a couple of small problems that house keepers Scott and Claire rectified immediately, service superb. Would highly recommend for any groups or families who want peace away from the tourist areas with the most magnificent sun and moon rises. It was nice to arrive at a villa where all the condiments and dry foodstuffs that other people had left had not been cleared as has been the case in every other property we have stayed at on the Island. Cheers Stewart and Sue nice touch.
