Fair Experience but online reservations weren't respected.

I love the reception of the staff at the front desk, and the staff who cleaned out room also. The mattress was comfortable, light was stable and the romm was well set. The AC was good and worked well.

There was no phone in our room to reach the kitchen, front desk or any other service. The lights in out room was almost out and was supported with a blue light which made vision abit difficult. The kitchen wasn't available to pick up plates after eating until it is returned or another meal is ordered. The TV wasn't working. The standing fan in our room was noisy while working. And my major dislike was that the room I reserved online wasn't reserved by the time I got to the hotel, I had to pay higher to get another room.

My amazing stay at JCB HOTEL

The way staffs are excellently carrying out their duties and how friendly they were. Starting from the manager, the rooms supervisor down to the staffs, I must say they're amazing people.

Nothing really, only the fact that the hotel doesn't have wifi.

My stay at JCB hotel was a nightmare. The worst hotel I've ever lodged in. I can never recommend the

I didn't eat from the hotel as I got my meal from neighbouring food outlets. As for the location, it's not in Ikeja but Ojodu which is a distance to the airport.

The pricing system. The management of the facility is mischievous. Customers are compelled to pay higher amounts than what was required. Customers pay extra money compared to the amount when the reservation was made.

The worst and most horrible experience I’ve had

Everything, no heater, no toothpaste and brush, dirty rooms and bed stand and furniture, bad smell from the toilet, bad and noisy air conditioner, nonchalant staff attitude, everything you see on the app for this hotel is deceiving.

Very good

The members of staff were matured and courteous. The room was cool. The environment very serene and of course, the service was good and prompt. We had value for the money we paid. It is worth commendable and I will recommend it to family and friends

I will suggest that the wardrobe should have dividers where luggage or luggages can be kept. Also, the menu list paper is torn and worn out. A new menu list should be kept in the rooms.

Constant light supply AC working

Poor receptionist on duty in the night of Sunday 15th May, 2022 No water the whole morning. Used the toilet in the early hours and there was no water to flush and to bathe. I phoned the receptionist several times about the water problem and she couldn't be bothered. I left the hotel without bathing in the morning and the toilet un-flushed. This is my worse experience in any hotel anywhere in the world. I don't recommend the hotel to anyone.

Very poor and discouraging service and hotel location is really poor. The room is really poor to the amount charged. Can never visit again!
