The ambiance, the cleanliness and the meal presentation.

Not being able to make meal selections at dinner as your preference is ridiculous. You cannot force someone who is vegetarian to select a protein if they are a vegetarian in this 21st century!! I was forced to pay for 3 entrees one night just because i needed to have some rice with my meal!!

Will not be going there in a hurry. Standard not like it used to be.

They charged me higher and insisted I pay in dollars when I had naira local currency. I had to speak to owner of hotel to be able to pay in naira. Price was then significantly higher than what I had booked from the UK

Bathroom curtain was dirty. Pool area was under construction. Many flies .

Führ ein, zwei Nächte aber zu empfehlen.

Im Hotel fühlte ich mich sicher und gut. Im Pool Bereich war ein großer Fernseher wo wir Fußball mit toller Unterhaltung hatten.

Am Empfang waren die Mittarbeiter zwar freundlich aber nicht sehr Aufmerksam. Im Zimmer lief der Air conditioner immer nur 20 min und dann stellte er sich aus und hatte den Raum nicht wirklich kühl gemacht. Das Bad war nicht sauber genug. Der Pool Bereich war eher eine offen zugängliche Partymeile mit einer schlecht gelaunten Bedienung.

Checked in 1am and paid for full day which is ok , I asked for late check out because I have a 10pm flight to catch and the price for late check out was calculated to be half of the full day payment which I agreed to pay . At exactly 18:00 they chased me out of the hotel . Which means I paid for a full day and half full day and I ended up spending just 18hrs on their property and was chased out.

Great and Helpful staffs. Food is AMAZING, the Chef or Chef whoever that is, Is such a GREAT cook. I would love to tip him/her. I would always prefer to Buy their Food than eat the complimentary breakfasts.

The management must please stand on their rules of Non smoking in the rooms. It’s sad some guests might really mess their efforts

It was OK, nothing more. Will choose a different hotel next time.

Comfortable room, nice and clean

One of the reasons for choosing this hotel was the pool, but it wasn't maintained and the water was green. It took forever for the food in the restaurant to be served, even just a cup of tea. First evening we waited 45 minutes before the waiter came back to tell us that they did not have steak. There seemed to enough staff around. The manager came to apologise - by blaming the waiter next to him. Embarrassing. The cords for the electric kettle in the room had the wires exposed and there was water lying on the floor where it was supposed to be plugged in. I decided not to experiment with using it. Only two hangers in the room, because they want people to ask for more (for tips, I assume).

Another night at Rollace Hotel...

Great ambiance, good complimentary breakfast, welcoming staff. Pool side, good music, 👍

It took me more than 25 minutes to get confirmed with my bookings with booking.com. I later found out that because my rate was cheaper than the seller rate of the room at the reception, they wanted me to cancel. That's not professional enough. The receptionist was so confused and was busy making calls and pressing her calculator. In an attempt to make me cancel from bookings.com, I insisted I be given the same rate as listed on my bookings.

Rooms were spacious, clean. The bed soooooo comfortable. Could have slept all day.

Breakfast variety is poor. Kitchen service too slow. And the kitchen does not know how to make soft boiled eggs?

brilliant hotel slightly let down by the heating

This is by far the best hotel with regards to room size and Morden deco. it was absolutely spotless and the bed was a delight .The reception staff were exceptional. I must specifically mention Grace, Joy, Sylvia , Itoro and the porter Promise. I am sure others were just as good but I interacted with these staff. They always had a smile on their face and were very willing to help and would actually go out of their way to help

This hotel would be a 5 star for me if they could change 2 things which really disappointed me . firstly there was no consistent hot water and on a lot of occasions I had to bath with water that was barely lukewarm. i complained several times but gave up after several times as I felt it may be a building issue and there was no quick fix for it . I was told the only way I could manage this was to call in the morning so the hot water could be reset.The breakfast was cold by the time I came at 9.50am. If only the could find a way to keep it hot this would have made it a very good experience for me I will definitely return again if the manager confirms that the above can be sorted thanks D O

Clean and spacious

Staff not very welcoming . Abrupt and rude Can't believe tea making facilities (milk and sugar ) which was available on arrival was suddenly not part of the package on day 2..
