Lovely holiday home by Recco with absolutely fantastic views of the sea. 60 m2 house and 50 m2 terraces and well-kept garden with lemon and olive trees.
Large bedroom, wardrobe and bathroom, cozy kitchen and spacious living room with sofa + sofa bed.
Exit from kitchen to balcony and terraces and outdoor dining area with barbecue.
The house is beautifully furnished with private classic furniture, bookshelf, TV, washing machine, linen etc..
Charming stairway "Salita costa lunga" with 450 steps down to the sea.
Larger beaches in Recco and Sori.
Distance to Recco center: By car approx. 3 km. On foot approx. 1.5 km.

It was a wonderful time there in the house. ☀️ From the house you have an incredible view of the sea from above.😊 The house is beautifully furnished and has everything you need. When it's hot, the air conditioning and ice cube maker keep you cool.👍 The espresso in the Bar Contra is the best. The bar is near the house. There are also walking paths and swimming areas for the dogs.🐶🐶 From the house there are 450 steps to a small public bathing area, also alowed for dogs. It is possible to walk this path in a serpentine fashion. It is a lovely walk.🏃‍♀️ There is also a dog beach next to the bathing beach directly in Recco.🐶🐶 Recco is an interesting town. The people here are very friendly, also with the dogs.😊🐶 Portofino is not far away and you can park there before driving into town and walk along a path above. The path is in the shade and you have a wonderful view of Portofino from there.☀️ Me and my dogs had a wonderful and relaxing time. 😊🐶🐶 Thank you😊☀️

Great location and views. The house is a great base but most of the time is spent outside. Good for a seaside holiday. The stairs to reach the house from Recco is challenging. You need to be fit and in good shape.

Die Lage des Hauses ist überragend, durch die Hanglage ist ein unverstellter und endlos scheinender Blick über das Meer und den Golfo paradiso möglich. Der Garten verfügt über mehrere Terrasen und Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten, sonnige oder schattige Plätze zum entspannten Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist einfach, jedoch für einen Urlaub ausreichend ausgestattet.

Sehr ruhige Lage, aber sehr beengte Zufahrtsstraßen, schnelle und zügige Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, als die Klimaanlage zunächst nicht funktionierte, aber kein WLAN (nicht zeitgemäß), kein Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank, keinerlei Einführung vor Ort. Schade, das Objekt ist insgesamt durchaus positiv zu bewerten.

Schönes klassisches italienisches Ferienhaus mit wunderschönen Meerblick. Das Gelände ist eingezäunt und ideal für Hunde. Wanderwege sind am Berg hintern Haus. Leider ist der Rückweg vom Meer den Berg hoch recht mühsam und Hunde dürfen nirgends ins Meer. Überraschend war es im September recht warm, schwül und es hatte viele Mücken. Es gab leider keine Meeresluft und / oder Klimaanlage.

Das Haus fanden wir exakt wie beschrieben vor. Traumhafter Blick auf die Halbinsel Portofino, die Außenanlagen sehr einladend. Ein ruhiger Urlaub auch in der Hochsaison ist hier sicher. Mit Ingrid hatte ich einen netten Austausch per Mail, sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter. Und ja: eine Klimaanlage wäre schön, aber wer im Hochsommer nach Ligurien reist, sollte wissen, dass es heiss ist. Bin sicher, dass Ingrid diese kleine Einschränkung bald beseitigen wird. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder, vielen Dank!

Wonderfull house with a spectacular view

We had 3 fantastic days in the house. The weather was varm and sunny, and most of the days were spend on the different beautifully located terasses and garden areas with an incredable view to the sea. We also enjoyed the nearby beautifull cities with nice restaurants. Camogli and Portofino are a wonder. The hiking on the Portofino Mountain was amazing. We had the mountain almost to ourselves. Lots of marked routes with different difficulty levels and scenic panoramas. The house is charming with nice interior decoration, and very practical - all you need is there.

The most beautiful spot on the Italian Riviera close to everything

We had a wonderful stay in this charming, romantic Italian-style house with a completely breathtaking view over the Mediterranean Sea and the Portofino peninsula. The house has a wonderful garden with lemon trees and space for dining outdoor. The interior is tasteful and embraced us with that original Italian feeling that we always dream of when going on vacation in Italy. The house is situated on the hill sides just next to Recco which is the perfect spot for trips to all the attractions in the area. It only takes a short drive to reach some of the area’s best beaches, the narrow, fancy shopping streets in Santa Magherita, or the hidden Porto Fino harbour. We will definitely return to this precious house.

La vue ne suffit pas !

La vue ne suffit pas !

Nous avons reservé cette location malgre l'absence d'avis client... En voici donc un qui pourra peut-être éclairer le choix des suivants : Oui, la vue mer est MAGNIFIQUE ! pas de vis à vis, quatre petits jardins en terrasse, un citronnier, un figuier, un arbre à kumquat et des oliviers à perte de vue. La maison est mitoyenne mais ce n'est pas un souci. C'est au niveau du confort thermique que ça cloche. Le toit plat en béton accumule la chaleur, ce qui fait que la maison est un vrai four. Nous ne sommes jamais descendu en dessous de 29 degrés, même en fin de nuit ! Même en ouvrant toutes les portes et fenêtres, la température ne descend pas... par contre cela donne droit aux moustiques, très présents et très actifs ! La climatisation manque cruellement. Le WIFI aussi ! parce que la 4G est épisodique... et seulement à l'extérieur de la maison. L'accès à la mer peut se faire par un escalier mais il est trés long et très pentu. La remontée des 465 marches est un vrai calvaire (oui vous avez bien lu : quatre cent soixante cinq !) Il n'y a pas de vrai plage accessible à pied donc il faut prendre la voiture pour tout : pour les courses, pour le resto, pour la plage, etc. À noter qu'entre la grille d'entrée et la maison, il y a, en plus, l'équivalent de trois étages. En bref, la vue ne suffit pas !
