About this villa rental
In full UNESCO heritage among the ruins of millenary civilizations and heavenly sea, with over 150 square meters of houses and over 300 square meters of garden, the Villa Eolia complex and the Efesto studio offer all the comforts you need to make your stay at our unique structure !!
With attention to the smallest details and equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home, the two structures are located about 3km from the sea overlooking the most particular and suggestive Sunset of the archipelago, (view of Salina Filicudi and Alicudi) at about 300 m high above sea level. This position allows you to fully enjoy the scent of the sea breeze and the panorama that offers sunsets with unique colors, without the aggravation of the sultry heat that can be suffered by the sea.
Both houses have a large outdoor patio, outdoor shower and kitchen (in addition to the traditional ones located inside the houses). Both enjoy large common areas (Garden Terrace, Solarium, Gazebo with Relax area and related deckchairs) in addition to the free plus of the use of Ping Pong and table football and bicycles.
To give a more detailed description, certainly less exhaustive than the photos; Villa Eolia consists of a large patio with lava stone tables and seats, shower and outdoor kitchen, large living room with sofa bed, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
