"Haus Kronseeblick" is located on a 750 square meter plot of forest with a direct lake view on the outskirts of the nice village of Rutenberg near Lychen. It has a living space of approximately 95 square meters. The details: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna, fireplace, spacious living / dining area, kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, carport, approx. 50 sqm terrace area, 2 TV, 2 DVD, iPod station and a library with games collection for cozy comfort for up to 6 people (including children / toddlers). Charging options for our guests' electric vehicles: CEE red / 16A, 5-pin in the carport (for a fee).
The beach of the particularly clear lake is only 30 meters away. Forest trails open up the varied landscape of the Uckermark - you can hike, jog or bike here from the terrace. A paved circular route starts just 100 meters away. The village of Rutenberg belongs to the 'rafting town of Lychen', which offers supermarkets, restaurants, boat and bicycle rentals approximately 5 km away. We recommend a car to stay at Haus Kronseeblick, as there is no supply facility in the village. However, some guests also enjoyed a wonderful holiday by bike. You can cycle from the train station in Fürstenberg via bike paths 15 km to Rutenberg and less than 5 km to go shopping in Lychen.
Arrival by train, bicycle or taxi: There are hourly train connections from / to Berlin from Fürstenberg an der Havel. The journey time is approximately 60 minutes. A bus goes from / to Lychen - but not to Rutenberg.
Arrival by car: Coming from Berlin, take the B96 to Fürstenberg a. d.Havel, then at the end of Fürstenberg turn towards Lychen. In the city center of Lychen, turn left at the town hall and follow the main road. Then follow the signs towards Feldberg and Beenz. Between Lychen and Beenz you turn left to Rutenberg via Seeberg. In the village at the church on the left and through to the Great Kronsee.
Sports & Leisure: In the Uckermark, a lake lurks around every corner. From Haus Kronseeblick you can, for example, choose a 9 km jogging route through the forest and across the fields past three lakes. In Lychen you can rent large rafts, as well as canoes, pedal boats etc. The Lychener Lakes are connected to the Mecklenburg Lake District. For our house lake, it is definitely worth bringing an inflatable boat. Cyclists have every opportunity, because the Uckermark cycle route runs just two hundred meters behind the house. If you bring your time, you will also find a connection to the Berlin-Copenhagen long-distance cycle path. The thermal bath in Templin is also recommended. Otherwise, the area also has a lot of culture to offer. The castles in Boitzenburg and Rheinsberg often also offer concerts. The picturesque Himmelpfort and its monastery between the lakes are also just under 10 kilometers away. Of course there are also riding opportunities.
The Great Kronsee is also a fishing lake. Appropriate fishing brands are available from the Lychen tourist information office.

We stayed here 3 weeks and enjoyed every minute of it because of the house, the view and the surroundings.
The house is well equipped. Everything one needs is there. Everything works. Wifi works well. Beds are comfortable. The bedrooms have a comfortable size. Large living space. Two lovely bathrooms with excellent showers. When the weather is not what you like staying inside is no problem.
When the weather does allows it: sit outside. You hear the birds, smell the wood and enjoy the lake. The view is lovely. And if you want to take a swim. I took a 100 pictures of the lake: in the morning when the sun comes up, when the sun goes down, whether it rains or shines: the view is magnificent. Looking for some peace and quiet come here.
The lake is about 30 metres from the house, seperated by a path/road. There is occasionally some traffic maybe one car an hour if that much, in the weekend a little more. The road is not to be used to go to Lychen when you go by car (possible but not advisable).
The house is situated in the wood and gives you privacy with a view! On the large area there are more holiday houses like it, but all on a large distance and with the wood in between.
The Uckermark was a big positive surprise for us. Beautiful woods, bycicle paths, lakes, nice villages and small cities, good roads, no highways. We loved it.
The reception went very smoothly and friendly as well as the departure. Contact was quick and efficient.
So yes we recommend this house!

We staid for 10 days with 7 people (three generations of our family). That was filling the house to the brim but still workable. Everyone enjoyed the time: the little ones spent time on the beach while the adults could keep an eye on them from the living room of the house. There are a couple of good trails for hiking or running in the woods around.
Overall, a great vacation.

Bewegung
Ein wirklich tolles Objekt mit vielen kleinen Details. Ausstattung super und für sowohl Bücher, Filme und Spielzeug für kinder vor Ort! Es fehlt an absolut nix.
Nur die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Grad mit Baby etwas schwierig wenn man erstmal selbst reinigen muss.
Unter Betten, Couch und Schränke sollte man liebe nicht schauen.
Bei dem Preis haben wir etwas anderes erwartet, grad da bekannt war, dass wir mit einem 1 jährigen anreisen.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und die Lage einmalig. Im Wald mit bester Sicht auf den Kronsee. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen sehr gern wieder.

Wirklich wunderschön
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, das Haus hält was es verspricht. Die Umgebung ist absolut ruhig und idyllisch. Dem geschuldet benötigt man ein Auto für den Restaurantbesuch oder Einkauf. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell, unkompliziert und bei Wünschen und Fragen immer zur Stelle. Alles in Allem, was wir man mehr. Wir kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder

das Ferienhaus mit Kamin und Sauna, zwei Bädern und direktem Strandzugang zum Kronsee hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ideal für Saunagänger! Wer Erholung sucht, der wird sie hier finden, -absolut ruhige Wohnlage.

Raum und Ruhe
Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Der See vor dem Haus ist eine Bereicherung in jeder Hinsicht (Ob nun mit dem SUP, zum schwimmen, als Abkühlung nach der Sauna, als Ausblick, ...) Beschreibung und Bilder treffen vollumfänglich zu und geben einen sehr wirklichkeitsnahen Eindruck. Wir haben uns dort zwei Wochen lang sehr wohl gefühlt - bei jedem Wetter.

Wunderschöne Lage, urgemütliches Haus
In diesem Haus ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht, muss nur immer wieder ggf. ersetzt werden. Das fanden wir enorm praktisch, man muss nicht das fünfzehnte Salatöl oder so mitbringen.
Zusätzlich gibt es Filme, Bücher Spiele.......alles, um auch einen Schlechtwettertag gemütlich zu machen.

Die Landschaft ist einfach wunderschön, viele schöne alte Wälder, viele Seen.
Nur, falls man erwarten würde, kulinarisch verwöhnt zu werden, ist man in der Uckermark, zumindest in der Nebensaison, nicht optimal aufgehoben. Gaststätten gibt es nicht viele, und die waren (Mitte September) meistens zu.
Aber ansonsten: Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Traumhafte Lage
Wer entspannte Tage abseits vom Tourismus sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus ist hochwertig ausgestattet und liegt direkt an einem der klarsten Seen in Brandenburg. Da wir in den Herbstferien etwas Pech mit dem Wetter hatten, waren für uns die Highlights der Kamin und die Sauna.

Komfortabeles Haus mit eindrucksvollen Naturschauspielen am Frühstückstisch
Ein sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus in wunderschöner Lage, das für einen entspannten Urlaub mitten in der Natur kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und der Verwalterin vor Ort war jederzeit von Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft geprägt. Wir können den Aufenthalt im Haus Kronseeblick ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen.

Wunderschöner Ort um "die Seele baumeln zu lassen".
Das Haus und die Umgebung sind wunderschön, bei der Ausstattung wurde an alles gedacht, alles ist praktisch, und wir wurden sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend in Empfang genommen.
Die Umgebung bietet endlose Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge und Fahrradtouren. Besonders zu empfehlen für alle, die dem Rummel der sonstigen Touristenorte entfliehen wollen.

Entspannter Jahreswechsel 2019/2020
Das Haus ist idyllisch gelegen und genau das richtige um dem turbulenten Stadttrubel an Silvester zu entfliehen. Es ist äußerst geräumig, sauber, gut ausgestattet und generell sehr gemütlich. Die Kommunikation vorher, vor Ort sowie die An- und Abreise waren freundlich und problemlos. Ein Highlight ist natürlich die Möglichkeit nach dem Saunagang ein winterliches Bad im See vor der Haustür zu genießen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Woche an wunderbarem See
Tolles, super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage direkt gegenüber einer Badestelle eines wunderschönen Sees, am Wald angrenzend. Die Badestelle war mässig gut besucht, wie das in der Hauptsaison aussieht, können wir nicht beurteilen. Die Tipps des Gastgebers auch hinsichtlich der Restaurants waren sehr gut und hilfreich, der Kontakt sehr nett. Auto unbedingt zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank, wir würden gerne mal wieder kommen!

Oase der Ruhe
Wir genossen eine Woche mit unseren drei Enkeln. Das Haus war perfekt, sehr liebevoll ausgeruestet und die Lage sehr idyllisch. Wir habe viel gewantert, Fahrrad gefahren und die Umgebung erkundet.

Tolle Lage, schönes und gemütliches Ferienhaus
Wir haben mit 6 erwachsenen und 2 Kindern eine tolle Woche im Haus verbracht. Einrichtung und Haus genau wie in der Beschreibung, die Lage am See und am Ende des Ortes ist bezaubernd. Man kann nach der Sauna direkt in den See springen, rundrum völlige Stille und Natur. Sehr gerne wieder!

Ruhe und Erholung
In dem schönen Haus hatten wir unsere Ruhe und bei dem häufigen schlechten Wetter eine wunderbare Sicht auf die noch winterliche Natur. Es ist bestimmt bezaubernd, wenn alles grünt und blüht.
Wir haben abends den Kamin sehr genossen.
Drei unterschiedliche Wanderungen ab Haus in die direkte Umgebung waren möglich und wir wären gerne länger geblieben, um noch mehr zu erforschen.
Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Kuschlig auch im Winter
Ich war zum vierten Mal im Haus, diesmal im Winter. War wieder schön, auch wenn die Sonne sich versteckt hat. Aber die Heizung funktioniert hervorragend, und so ein zugefrorener See hat auch was romantisches. Und für Sauna- und Kaminabende ist es genau die richtige Jahreszeit... Demnächst wieder!

Schöner Winterurlaub
Anfang Februar haben wir hier zu sechst einen schönen Urlaub erlebt. Trotz der Kälte draußen hatten wir eine sehr erholsame, dank des Kamins warme Woche!
Der Blick auf den See war jeden Tag von neuem einfach großartig. Die Umgebung bietet sehr viel Ruhe und lädt zum Wandern ein!
Alle Beteiligten, vom Vermieter bis zur Verwalterin waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Achtung Suchtgefahr: Perfekter get-away
Eine wunderbare (Weihnachts-)Woche in Brandenburg ist gerade zu Ende gegangen, und sie hätte nicht schöner sein können. Wir kannten den Ort schon von früheren Besuchen und haben ihn daher für - ein wirklich besinnliches - Weihnachten auserkoren. Es hat sich gelohnt. Blickt man vom Haus auf den See, fühlt man sich wie in Kanada, zu jeder Tageszeit ist die Ansicht eine andere, was bleibt sind unfassbare Schönheit und Ruhe des Ortes. Im gemütlichen, mit viel Sinn für praktische Details und Design eingerichteten Haus selber ist für alles (und mehr) gesorgt. Und wenn es mal Fragen gibt, sind die Gastgeber, die ohnehin für eine überaus freundliche und professionelle Abwicklung sorgen, immer erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder.

Wunderbare Lage, Blick direkt zum Wasser. Wanderwege direkt hinter dem Haus.
Im Haus ist alles was man benötigt. Leider ließ die Hygiene etwas zu wünschen übrig.
Kaffee Tab Maschine war länger nicht gereinigt wurden, Bratpfannen ebenfalls, Herd Backofen angebrannte Essens Reste, Spülbecken war Gelb anstatt Silber, Spinnweben an der Decke, Staubschicht auf Diversen Flächen. Noch ein kleiner Tip zu den Stromkosten es wäre angebracht aufzulisten was alles darunter zählt. Ansonsten alles Super und unkompliziert.
