Pleasant and CLEAN!

It was spotless - cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. The grounds and home are very well maintained and charming. Guests are free to use of the sitting room (living room), kitchen and dining room facilities. Kitchen is well stocked. A short 20-minute, pretty drive to downtown Charlottetown.

Breakfast was serve/prepare yourself. We are accustomed to breakfast being cooked by the B&B host so this was a surprise. There was, however, instant oatmeal, bread, yogurt, bananas, orange juice, milk, coffee cream, Kerig coffee available. (There may have been tea, but didn’t look for it.) Our room was at the back, last door on the left down the hall. The bathroom was retro with mauve , but in great condition. Our only issue was the temperature of the room. Although it had windows that opened on two sides of the room, there was absolutely no breeze coming through and the sun heated the room quickly. There were a couple of fans available but we were uncomfortably hot. Of course this would only be a problem in hot summer days which we experienced. Guests are asked to remove their footwear at the front door which speaks to the cleanliness of the house of course. hHowever, I like to have indoor footwear and knowing this ahead of time would have been nice. We had difficulty finding the host (Sam) when we arrived so our check-in was a little delayed. Instructions on where and how to check in upon arrival would be appropriate.

Outstanding, will stay here next time we go to PEI.

A well stocked refrigerator and kitchen was included. The owner and his wife are very nice and gracious people.

This is a fantastic little hidden gem in Cornwall. The place is in a very secluded location, still very accessible by car to Cornwall and Charlottetown. But the most important - very clean, very organized and in perfect order. Loved it and will stay again.

Great location for a family to explore PEI

Chez Nous hosts were fabulous; house was as described; common areas exceeded our expectations; help-yourself breakfast was great; our room had everything to make our stay enjoyable (extra bed, fridge, wifi extender, private bathoom, tv, etc.). Our host was around frequently and accessible by text for anything we may need.

Lovely suite in a house in the countryside.

Charming interesting place to stay in the countryside. Very clean and comfortable. Welcoming friendly host.

When I booked I didn’t understand the rules for the shared kitchen and living space. This is only for the people staying at the B and B, which makes sense. You can’t invite your friends and relatives to visit you there or make a family dinner unless you want to sit only in your bedroom or outside. I did not like the handheld shower in our room. Different rooms have different types of showers, so book a room with a “normal” shower if this is important to you. Other than those 2 minor issues, it was a great place to stay.

It was excellent and I'm going to look here first the next time I need a place to stay in PEI!

The property was beautiful. My partner and I were on a photographic road trip across PEI and I wasn't expecting Chez Nous to look as beautiful as it did. We took a lot of photos!

Our room was a little stuffy after showers and we had a difficult time clearing the humidity, but that was mostly due to outside weather conditions. A dehumidifier was present in our room, but the room was just barely too warm to use it without it getting too hot, so we opted to not turn it on.

Excellent place to stay. Beautiful, spacious, clean home. Sam was very hospitable and generous.

Clean, spacious, beautiful home. Self-serve breakfast with lots of variety included in price. Comfortable beds, Netflix included. Sam (host) was very friendly and hospitable.

Tub with shower was fine, no walls, just shower curtains. Would have preferred a shower and tub with walls. Other rooms may have different bath tub and shower setup.

Comfortable room, beautiful house and nice host, want to go again

It was very stylish and cute. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was kind and helpful, check-in was clear, and the options for serve-yourself breakfast were very nice and unexpected.

I didn’t like that we only had time to stay two nights. It was a great place!

Chez Nous was a quiet, comfortable place to stay. We felt very safe with the entry to the property benefitting from a great electronic opening system. The facilities including the rooms, bathrooms and shared kitchen area were excellent and we appreciate the provision of snacks and coffee. Our host was present to greet us and was very welcoming. The location was nearby to the town which was easy to get to.

The owner is very friendly. The house is so pretty and super clean. A lot common area with big windows and nice view. The owner supply free food, coffee, beverages for breakfast. And you can find all utilities in the kitchen.
