excellent location, nice and helpful staff, they have private parking, cosy spacious room, comfy bed will stay again

The staff at the reception was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, clean, and carefully prepared The room was very big, clean and there was absolutely no dust even under the sofa bed. The room smelled lovely clean spacious. The location is excellent for walking right next to the beach, there is a playground for families with children. It is very nice. Also, Tony Gigi restaurant inside the hotel was great for dinner We will absolutely come back in this summer, We definitely recommend it....Thank you for everything :)

The hotel has excellent hygiene, location and staff service. The score of 9+ is true, unlike other hotels. The only hotel I will stay in when I visit Burgas.

Very comfortable. Would recommend.

It was sort of two breakfasts in one. You ordered a cooked breakfast from the menu. And while you were waitng for that you were brought yogurt, fresh fruit, croissants etc. So certainly enough. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff were nice and helpful. We had a car parking space right in front of the hotel.

In the room they had menus for the adjoining Normas restaurant. But in fact it wasn't open. Only opened on a morning for breakfasts.

A beautiful and comfortable stay

This was a beautiful hotel!! We were here for one night on our way from Plovdiv to Varna. The room was very spacious and luxurious. We enjoyed the complimentary mini bar and the little gift provided by the hotel for our anniversary celebration. The location was great, right by sea gardens with a beautiful view of the Black Sea. It is also close to the pedestrian streets for tons of dining options. Parking was easy as the hotel staff would come out to guide you to a spot. Breakfast was served at the beautiful hotel restaurant, and it was delicious. I will return in the summer!
