affordable and roomy!

Great set up for a couple and toddler - my daughter loved her bed ! Very easy to access, host was lovely & room was big and so was the bathroom!

Great value for money. Perfect location for Thorpe Park.

Easy to find. Good location. Clean room.

The bed was a bit hard but we appreciated the arrangement of 3 singles. we had to ask for toilet roll.

We will be back next year

The property was modern and clean with friendly staff.

I think there could have been more information about the place we were staying as, it looked like it had some history. It would have also been nice to have been supplied with some washing up liquid and a sponge for our dirty pots. But other than that, I recommend staying here.

The room was massive, it came with a fridge and station for tea/coffee, toast and a microwave. The car park was secure as you need the code for the gate to get in!

Nothing, it was absolutely excellent specially for the price.

Lovely place for a stay in a good location.

The location was perfect for a trip to Legoland the next day less than half an hour away. We easily found a local place to each as there is a lot of choice in the surrounding area. I went with my two children and felt perfectly safe and free parking was available.

Great quiet location, clean, tidy and easy to get to London or nearby theme parks

Great guest house. Clean and tidy. We stayed over for 2 nights, taking a trip into London one day via train from Chertsey station which is just a few miles away, and also a trip to thorpe park, again, only a few miles away. Ideal place to stay for these 2 reasons. Would definitely stay again when going to London, or nearby theme parks

Quite tight to park, but ideal having your car right outside your room, so not really a major problem.

Stayed for only one night for a wedding down the road, provided everything we needed and the room was great

Great location for Thorpe Park trips.

We've stayed here now a couple of times. Great size room, on-site secure parking, friendly and helpful staff, really comfortable beds, clean and tidy. The little 'kitchenette' is a great feature, having a fridge to keep drinks cool or a few snacks is incredibly helpful especially in the warmer weather. Fantastic location for thorpe Park

The 1 thing I would say as the only slight negative as a security conscious single woman travelling with a teenage daughter. Our room had a key pad entry.. When we arrived we were shown into our room and the code for the room was verbally confirmed in front of other guests. My only suggestion for the future would be that the code is either handed to you on a piece of paper or verbally confirmed in private.

Great as always, perfect place to stay for Thorpe Park

We have stayed here before and as always it was a delight. I left a message to say it was a birthday trip on my booking so they blew up some balloons and added them into the room!

Perfect location, lovely stay.

Beautiful accommodation with everything you need. Plenty of space for families, exceptionally clean. Will definitely stay again and recommend as location is great for easy access to so many attractions.

The rooms are clean and really beautiful. Amenities in this room are smaller than in the previous room I’ve stayed in however I feel that was reflected in the price so no problems

Clean room, comfortable bed, very friendly staff

The fridge and microwave advertised online were in a separate room, which felt like a storage room. The rooms are very badly insulated, the guests next door were very loud and I could hear their chatting until early morning.

I don’t know,nice location but…

Bad impression first the beginning!!! No sign to go to the reception …. We can go in because was another car behind as tell the code nr for the gate 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️, and we go inside and look around we can’t find the reception… and we decided to leave!!

I sent a message for cancellation and today I have a email l need to pay the money?? What is this?? What hotel you are?? Never come back and tell everyone about this experience 🙁🙁

Great place

Welcomed by the hosts. Gave lots of tips on places nearby. Very clean. Nice big rooms and big bathroom. It is refreshing to stay in a place where the owners really put the effort in.

perfect night stay for going to nearby wedding venue Botleys Mansion

lovely clean room, bed was super comfy, bathroom was nice and modern. good location for weddings at Botley’s Mansion!

I think the facilities for cooking could have been better: - a bigger waste bin in the room or another bin bag - fresh cloths or sponges

Clean, comfortable overnight stay with secure parking.

No breakfast available but we knew that. Tea and coffee making was possible We requested an early check in which they kindly provided. Very nice generally. Clean, modern, comfortable beds, nice bathroom.

WiFi was a little bit hit and miss - but manageable. Otherwise perfect.
