Charming Cape Cod single family home / second time being rented for the summer. Reviews are for the year of 2018 , before all the renovations got completed. Photos updated 6/17/19. New furniture/ located 1 mile /2 min drive to Parker River Beach. Fully Fenced in Backyard. Finished basement . Recently renovated with 3 bedroom, front porch, hardwood flooring , porcelain tile on kitchen floors. Washer/Dryer in the basement . Window A.C. in all three bedrooms. Kitchen has a full size New Refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster oven, New Coffee Maker, tea pot & blender. Cabinets are stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, Kitchen table seats 6. This vacation home features 3 bedrooms , BR1 - Queen, BR2 - Full & , BR3 - 2 Bunk Beds. Full living room with o couch and love seat, 2 full baths, 1 Flat Screen TV's ,Wireless Internet .Paper towels, toilet paper, household cleaners are supplied. Bring your own linen and towels. Patio with fire pit, Table with umbrella ,Gas Grill. Check-in 2 PM , Check-out 10 AM .

There was some ambiguous communication re bed linens, which we took to assume meant beds were ready when they were not. We had to make up our own beds after a long day of travel. I think renters need to be sure to clarify re linens, as I suspect this is common when renting on the Cape. It was pretty unrealistic to expect us to do all the laundry for 5 people before we left. We were off the property by a little after 7a.m. but we did our best so as not to adversely affect incoming travelers. Considering the income from the property, we feel this should be handled by the owner. The AC was installed in 2 bedrooms upstairs, but the third bedroom down stairs had the AC sitting in a box inside the front door. We had to contact the owner to have it installed. This should have been done before our arrival. This is the first time we have not been fully satisfied by our VRBO stay, but think it may be a reflection of this popular holiday location overall. It will not deter us from using VRBO in future but we will be sure to seek better clarification in future.

This was our first time having a rental on the cape and it was such a smooth transaction and overall experience for anyone traveling with children we know that you may forget things, well here there are so many things that even if you did you shouldn’t worry it was walking distance to Parker river beach witch was our favorite for our toddler looking forward to more memories on the cape thank you again for an amazing experience

The home was very clean and nicely located. Great communication with the host, very responsive. Close walk or bike to the beach. Near main attractions and places to eat. Nice two sets of bunks in lower room were great for the kids. It's on a super busy road though and it was quite loud when at the house. Construction was also going on next door at the hotel, so we'd hear that starting at 8am each morning. The home only has air conditioning in the bedrooms, we brought our own portable one for the main living area and it was a good thing because it was a pretty muggy week. The home could use some simple additions/improvements: a lamp in the upstairs bedroom, TV in basement and/or bedrooms, couch in basement (it's finished but quite bare); games, puzzles and books are always a nice touch - there were none. Also, we pay a hefty cleaning fee, but we're asked to wash and dry all linens, that's tough when we have to sleep with them and then be out by 10am the next morning. The washing machine is pretty moldy inside, kind of gross. The dishwasher also kept falling forward when loading, it wasn't locked in place. All in all, for the price and location we were pretty satisfied.

The house is very cute, well maintained, and clean. We appreciated the blackout curtains in the bedrooms, linens and towels, all the necessary cleaning supplies and toilet paper. We enjoyed the backyard which had a stone patio with two good sized tables, chairs, and an umbrella. We also took advantage of the propane grill (with propane supplied) and a fire pit. The kitchen was a good size and had all the tools to do some light cooking. The only downside for us was the coffee machine was a keurig so we ended up buying a cheap Mr. Coffee machine from Target. The house is on a main street but the noise didn't bother us. We slept fine and the yard was deep enough that we felt the kids were safe to play outside. The property is located right next to a few restaurants and a mini golf/ arcade/ go-carts place. It was nice that you could just walk over. There is a Dollar Tree, a Stop n Shop, liquor store, and an awesome Italian bakery two minutes down the rode. There are two beaches on the ocean side about 7 minutes away by car. We prefer the bay side beaches, those are about 20-30 minutes away. Two things we wish had been different is that I messaged the owner twice during our stay but didn't get a response. It wasn't anything too important so it wasn't that big a deal. The other thing is the owner came by twice to retrieve items from the house with no notice. He was very nice and friendly but wished he had contacted us to give us a heads up. Overall, we had a nice stay.

The house was very clean and provided me with everything i needed,it was in agreat location to everything i needed also,great front porch and back yard with a fire pit and grill,the grill wasn’t working properly so I notified the host and there was a new grill there the next day!I would recommend this property to everyone,

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It is newly updated and is a comfortable place to stay. We spent one week here with friends, age ranges 9-17 and adults. There is a lot to do in the area for the kids, within walking distance with sidewalks. Close to grocery store, 2 miles from the beach. We spent another week here just the two of us, and it was a great, comfy place for us. Owner was responsive and understanding. It was a great locale for a perfect Cape Cod vacation!

This property is exactly as described. It has been fully renovated and is quite comfortable. The backyard, including the fire pit, was an added great bonus. The owners could not have been nicer or more responsive. Not only did they get back to us immediately to answer any questions or fix any minor issues, but they anticipated our needs, bringing over a new, full gas canister for the BBQ and more lounge chairs for the backyard. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this property. (It is a little noisy at night given that it is on a main street, but with windows closed and A/C on, it is definitely quiet enough to get a good night's sleep.)

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was squeaky clean upon arrival and everything was newly renovated, very nicely decorated. The yard is very nice and the driveway is large. The front porch is nice as well. It was a pretty spacious and comfortable home, the kids loved the bunk bed room and the adults loved having 2 full baths. The location is great, kind of in the middle of everything, right on the drag there’s mini golf, tons of food options and your close in driving distance to many beaches. It is on a busy road, the traffic isn’t typically fast moving so it isn’t overly concerning but there is some traffic noise. Also, I was under the impression that the yard was completely fenced in but the side that the driveway is on is open so we were a little concerned about the kids while outside possibly running out towards the road. The queen bed was a little uncomfortable and had a dip in the middle. The only other issue we had was there wasn’t an a/c unit downstairs so it was a little muggy & hot our first few days with the warmer weather. The upstairs a/c’s worked well though. Overall we would stay again!

This property was not as expected. There was construction going on in the back of the house, people were on site and we had no privacy. The house was on a commercial street which was not expected. It was very cold in the house and the heat was not working. There was construction material in the front which was a hazard for the young kids that were there. My husband and I got sick due to the issue with the heat.

We spent 3 days in the house and it was perfectly located to enjoy what Cape Cod has to offer: mini golf, kayak, beaches,... The house was clean and functional and accommodated our family perfectly. With Covid, no linens, towels,... bring your own and right on a busy road. The backyard offers privacy though.

Our family of 8 enjoyed this sparkly clean house! It has a well supplied kitchen! With Keurig coffee machine! We loved the convenience of everything :) is close to a golf course, Go kart, super market! A few min from the beach! We didn’t need to drive far to have fun, so it was a plus! Our teens loved it and we are all looking forward to going again soon!

Stayed at this home celebrating my daughters 16th birthday with her 3 friends. This was a great home in a good location. Walking distance to mini golf, shopping, ice cream and restaurants. I brought all their bikes and they loved to go to the beach in the evening and the restaurant across the street. The home was clean and the communication with Vania was very good she answered all questions within minutes. Plan to stay again next year.
