About this villa rental
Tenuta Rosara is composed of two houses nestled in greenery near of Ascoli Piceno, in the southern part of the Marche. It is located in a unique place, in a small wood and surrounded by an olive grove, with a wonderful view of the mountains. The pool has an area with whirlpool, has a depth of 1,20 to 2,40 metres and is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Near the pool area there is also a large gazebo with sofas to relax comfortably outdoors.
The ancient farmhouse and the villa are connected by a wooden walkway that runs through the undergrowth. In front of the farmhouse there is a wooden paved area equipped for outdoor dining and an 8-seater heated jacuzzi with ozone and aromatherapy. The undergrowth is crossed by paths and walkways with lighting, as well as hosting a large children's play area with slide, swings and table football. A short path leads to a multi-purpose field equipped for playing tennis or soccer. At guests' disposal an outdoor area equipped with barbecue and a wood-burning oven.
The property enjoys a special setting: the farmhouse and the villa are located in a small wood, a charming place, ideal for relaxing surrounded by nature. At the same time from here you can easily reach Ascoli Piceno, also known as the 'the city of travertine', which is only 5 km from the property. Walking through the town centre of Ascoli Piceno you will admire the famous Piazza del Popolo with the historic Caffè Meletti, majestic churches and ancient buildings, as well as numerous noble and bell towers along the streets of the city.Specialties of the area are the 'olive all'ascolana' (stuffed olives), which you can taste in the pubs restaurants of the city, and the fine wines Rosso Piceno Superiore DOC and Falerio DOC produced in the wineries of the Piceno area.
With about 30 minutes drive you can reach the beaches of San Benedetto del Tronto with the beautiful promenade lined with palm trees, pine groves and restaurants where you can dine on summer evenings. Offida, Ripatransone and Acquaviva Picena are just some of the many historic towns to visit in the surrounding area, towns with fortresses and medieval walls that overlook the green valleys of the Marche. For nature lovers do not be missed the trails and peaks of the Sibillini Mountains National Park and the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park.
Tenuta Rosara consists of two units: the ancient farmhouse and the villa.
The ancient farmhouse is on two floors, with direct access from the wood. This building has been carefully restored maintaining its original style, with wooden floors, exposed bricks and wooden beam ceilings.
The ground floor is composed of:
– a living room with sofa, armchairs and fireplace, with a large glass window overlooking the wood;
– a dining room with a wooden table and satellite TV;
– a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, utility room with washing machine, with a large glass window with access to the outdoor paved area equipped for outdoor dining;
– a bathroom with shower.
The wooden staircase leads to the sleeping area, consisting of:
– a double bedroom;
– a double bedroom with a French-size bed (140 cm);
– a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub.
The villa is on two floors, with access from a lovely porch with sofas.
The ground floor is composed of a living room with sofa, a big fireplace and a dining area with a fridge (no stovetop / no kitchen use).
The wooden staircase leads to the sleeping area, consisting of:
– 2 double bedrooms;
– a single bedroom;
– a bathroom with shower.
On request it is possible to add with extra charge a single sofa bed in the living room.
On the back of the villa with access from the outside there is an additional bathroom with shower.
The property is fenced with access through an electric gate.
The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; pool towels; weekly linen change; final cleaning; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); Wi-Fi (only in the villa); pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).
The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week) € 70,00 per week; heating consumption; extra bed (more than 9 people) € 50,00 per week; outdoor heated jacuzzi (on request) € 200,00 per week; extra cleaning; extra linen change.

Propriété très agréable
propriété composée de 2 maisons dont une dans les sous bois (très sympa). Le cadre et la vue de la piscine sont fantastiques. Le calme règne. A 5 km d'Ascoli Piceno, donc proche de tout ce dont on a besoin.
Une seule cuisine est fonctionnelle, et limitée en vaisselle (quand on est 9 personnes).
Le seul inconvénient est le fait de prévoir un budget anti moustique car ils sont assez présents dans les sous bois ( location du 04 au 18 Août)
Le terrain de tennis n'était pas fonctionnel non plus ( filet en mauvaise état)
