Clean, friendly and sweet!

This place was beyond lovely for a one night stay on our hiking trip. Catarina is a delight, super friendly and helpful and full of great tips. She gave us an amazing dinner recommendation and booked the ferry tickets for us in the morning. The place is super clean, comfortable and sweet. Couldn't have had a nicer time, would have happily stayed longer

Lovely spot in a lovely town.

Very cute guesthouse close to the heart of town. Katarina was so thoughtful and helpful every step of the way. Comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms with all we could need for a great stay. The restaurant recommendation was spot on too! Highly recommended.

Ci abbiamo lasciato un pezzo di cuore

La struttura è veramente accogliente, pulita e ben arredata. La posizione è perfetta, il centro è facilmente raggiungibile, così come il sentiero della rota vicentina. La proprietaria, Catarina, è la vera perla di Raminhos Guest House: ci ha consigliato un ristorante pazzesco per la sera (cena davvero superlativa a prezzo contenuto) e delle pasticcerie per fare colazione. Inoltre, è sempre stata presente e disponibile per rispondere ad ogni nostra richiesta/domanda. Abbiamo lasciato un pezzo di cuore a Raminhos Guest House, speriamo di tornarci presto 💛

Catarina was delightful, she was very nice from the beginning to the end of our stay! The interior is really well-finished and we loved the style. Next time in Alentejo, we'll surely book another stay at Raminhos!

Perfect place to stay in a quaint little town

Catarina was so welcoming and helpful! The location was perfect. What a very charming town! Wish we could have stayed more than one nght! She recommended a great little bakery that had the best croissantas of our whole Portugal trip.

Very nice and helpful host, she gave us a lot of information about the town. This place is really idyllic, peace and quiet-perfect for relax and take a breake. Room was superclean and cozy. Apartment is close to the bus station, nice restaurants and shop. The ocean is within walking distance. We realy enyoyed staing in this gest house😊

The accommodation was clean and reasonably comfy.

The host appeared to be bothered by our arrival and our every request. Her recommendation for the restaurant Ritual proved to be expensive of not of the quality for the price that this restaurant. She failed to provide a valuable orientation to her town, which could have been offered quite easily. Although supposedly coffee and tea were to be provided at the guesthouse, on each day there appeared to be less than one Nepresso pod per guest and so coffee was NOT available.

Amazing host that puts a lot of attention in every detail

incredibly minor but I could not find water to put into the tea maker. Had to walk back to my room to fill the water boiler :-)

Very nice stay

We started Rota Vicentina in Vila nova de milfontes. After a long transfer day, we were welcomed by Catarina, who showed us where everything was in the village. Very friendly host, thanks.

A charming and comfortable guest house

The guest house felt freshly renovated and was furnished with style. Check-in was very effective, good recommendation for a dinner, cafes and other helpful information for a late arrivals like us.

The house is located a little bit outside of the city center - requiring 10-15 min walk to further restaurants. This was however not a problem for us. I believe the location is also good for people traveling by car.

The room and the house are very nice and quiet. Catarina was a great help with restaurant and breakfast and lots of other things. It is a really lovely accommodation and the village is also very lively, would have been nice to stay longer!
