Yes it’s really nice to stay in Liverpool Pod Travel Hostel. It’s like a big family and Tim is super nice and welcoming. The check in instructions are super clear and detailed. The equipments are clean. Very convient to go to city center by bus in 15min. I highly recommend!

My stay at The Liverpool Pod was just perfect. I wish I could’ve stayed there longer! Tim is a great host! (Thanks for the delicious coffee!) Everything was clean, well-organised. The hostel is located in a really nice building. I will definetly choose The Pod if I’m in Liverpool again!

The cleanliness, the kitchen where you get to do your own cooking and the laundry self service.
Loved everything about it. Very nice.

The manager was very kind, he makes you feel at home, the hostel met every need I had, the bed was very comfortable and the staff works very hard to keep the place clean

The owner, Tim, and all the volunteers, Sarah/Adrianna/Alex are wonderful. We loved getting to hang out with everyone here. The atmosphere is very friendly and social.
The facilities were also always clean and the rooms tidied and cleaned each day.
Far from the city. Bit of a tight kitchen and communal space. Could probably use labels for food as well.

Friendly staff. Tim, the owner is an amazing guy. Very clean place.

The Pod is an amazing Hostel to stay at in Liverpool. Tim, the owner and his team really go out of their way to help and make you feel comfortable.

Top 3 most comfortable beds and pillows. The bed boxes are great at cutting out light and noise.
Common area a bit small. A bit out of the city but buses close by.

Cosy and and lovely clean Hostel and well organized 😁
With awesome decoration from the 80s and 90s 🔥
Old and glod as we say it 😅
Very welcoming personnel as well ♥️
I had the chance to speak to Tim who runs the Hostel a really humble man and cool person that doesn't hesitate to help !
And with fun stories to tell about Liverpool or in the world 😜
Think of it as a more of a Social Hostel on a good budget 💲
Plus you have a free washing machine a dryer that work really well
It was great 😁

The owner is extremely friendly and nice to chat with. The hostel is 1 min from Goodison Park so it is a perfect place to stay if you are going to watch a game or have a stadium tour.
Will definitely stay here when I visit Liverpool next time.
Nothing

Tim (the host) was very welcoming and liked to have a chat with the travellers. He gave me good tips on what to do/visit around the area. I also liked the staff, escpecially Marina and Luna, which were very welcoming and cared for their guests.
The other guests were easy-going and so was the atmosphere.
Another thing: washing machine and tumbler dryer are ready to be used.

Tim was a very good host. He took care of everything I needed and also took me to the bus station after I checked out.
Price is very good for what the hostel offers, great deal.
Very welcoming staff as well. Laura, Luna and Marina were very nice to me and to other guests.

Breakfast?
Very noisy with other stayers banging, shouting and being rather loud at 3am waking everyone else up. Unacceptable!!!!!!

Tim, the owner is a very good host, the hostel was very clear and the rooms well maintained. It's a 20 minute bus ride from the train station so it's a bit far from the city center, but great if you have to go to the stadium
The common room and kitchen could have a little upgrade, they don't really help the chatting and getting to know other people and they are a bit messy

Stayed with them for three days and everything was amazing! The beds were super confy, everybody was very nice to me, it's near to the bus station, and the owner is a very nice person!

I decided to catch a bus from London to visit Liverpool for six days. I didn’t know what to expect. From the moment I arrived, the people on the street were lovely, and when I arrived at the hostel I immediately felt at home. The building was interesting, the beds were comfortable, the facilities were perfect and best of all the people were great. Tim, the owner, is always ready for a great chat, and very welcoming in every way. My time went too quickly and I would quite happily stayed another week.

there were no lockers in my room.

absolutely great place to stay in Liverpool ! everything was great, everyone was so friendly and made me feel like home as soon as I got there, Isabella was so helpful and caretaking it was very kind of her ! It’s really close to Anfield and to the city center of Liverpool, definitely go back there next time I’m in Liverpool !!!

Very good location, enjoyed my trips morning and evening to gaze at Anfield
Another stadium from a small blue club due to play in the Championship is also close by...
Anyways, always felt looked after and was welcomed with open arms from the start both with tips on where to go and what to eat.
The room got very hot and i didn't have a ladder to my top bunk so had to do a weird climb to get in and out of bed. The description also said that the room had lockers but my room didn't.
The owner let me lock my valuables into a back room and said i could always call him to get them but i couldn't access my things instantly when i wanted to.
Would also like for the room to have some sort of lock as anyone in the building could come and go into your room if they wanted to.

The staff working there was very nice and helpful. The location was good, The Pod is situated nearby Goodison Park (Everton's stadium). For a fan of football, such as I am, it was something interesting. I've got my own room, with one big and comfortable bed, and I had one of a best sleeps I ever had. Also in the room was television and table. I really enjoy my time there.

Exceptional! The pod is by far the best hostel I've ever stayed in all my life as a solo traveller. It is so good that it doesn't even feel like a hostel. The bed was extremely comfortable, so much so I was not able to wake early to visit the city. Each pod was well thought, the curtains for privacy, the light. the power socket.... all incredible. If it were not enough, a functional kitchen in the room -- CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? And here's the best part: A PRIVATE UNBELIEVABLY CLEAN WASHROOM for those staying in the room. The bathtub was so white that you could spot anything. JUST IMPECABLE!
Hard to say what they could improve, but perhaps better wi-fi connection would be great.

Felt very welcome at this hostel. The staff invited me to come down to get a cup of tea and also helped me carry my very heavy suitcase down the stairs.
4.5
Very helpful manager and staff. Clean room and bathroom. Liverpool and Everton stadiums are only minutes away. Good location for shop's and the city centre is 20 minutes away by car or bus.
No complaints.

The hostel can be easily reached by bus from the Liverpool Limestreet.
There are restaurants open until 1pm in close neighborhood.
Good kitchen and bathroom!
The owner of the hostel was by far the loveliest brits I have met during my journey.
I was one of the first travels after he reopened, so not everything was in best condition, but will be soon.
I was sleeping in room 3.
Its next to the street, so opening the windows at night isnt the best option.
Also this was the most expensive hostel i have ever been to 40€

That's perfect, clean and peaceful place near Everton stadium. Perfect for stay for short and for long.
Everything was perfect
