Bekvämt boende nära strand och gamla stan

Välutrustat, skön säng, tyst, nära gamla stan med restauranger, butiker och strand.

Lite källarkänsla men det gör också att det inte blir för varmt.

A wonderful few days in Polignano a Mare!

We stayed for 4 nights in Dimora le Greca and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The host, Andrea, met us for check-in and gave us a very detailed and helpful explanation of the apartment. It was perfectly clean, tidy, with everything we needed. A big bonus was the washing machine. After a few days of travelling in Italy, beach visits and running in the warm weather, washing our clothes before travelling home without smelly luggage and endless laundry to do back at home was great. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we had the best time. Polignano town is a very short walk from the apartment, 5 minutes at the most, and one of the most beautiful spots in Italy. There were grocery stores nearby to pick up fresh food for breakfast and loads of bakeries and coffee shops if you prefer to eat breakfast out. Andrea was very responsive, caring, very friendly, and tended to any questions and needs we had. It made a big difference to our holiday, thank you, Andrea! Polignano a Mare is our new favourite place and we are looking forward to returning sometime :) Grazie!

Great accommodation in the perfect area. Quiet street close to train station and city centre.

The location was perfect as it was close to the train station and a short walk away from the city centre. We didn't hire a car for this part of our trip so location was super important for us. There are also a few great cafes around the corner that we popped in to for brekkie and a coffee. The apartment was spacious and clean and it had everything we needed. Andrea was such a kind and hospitable host. He even had some time to take us out for a coffee on the morning we checked out! We loved our stay at Polignano a Mare and Dimora and wish we could have stayed longer as it's such a gorgeous town and it would be a great base to explore all the surrounding towns in the area. We can't wait to return and would absolutely stay at Dimora La Greca again!

Location was good and apartment was so clean

The owner did not speak English so it is very difficult to communicate. I did not understand that the apartment is under ground level from the photos. But it was full of light. He gave us so many directions which was so boring

Andrea the host was amazing, he went over and above to make us feel welcome.

Location was fantastic, great little apartment, good facilities and very close to the train station - although there was no noise from trains. Highly recommend this property.

Exelent stay in Andrea's apartment!

The apartment has excellent location, just 3-4 min. to the city center and is situated directly to the street. It is extremely clean, well equipped with the most necessary things. It is mostly suitable for families, since the front door leads directly into the living room, which has a large sofa bed that can be converted into a bedroom. The host Andrea welcomed us personally and was very nice and responsive. I recommend this place because of the excellent location, impeccable cleanliness and responsive host.

it was comfortable and very clean. it was situated near Old Town but far enough away to be very quiet. walking distance to everything. Andrea was very accommodating and extremely helpful. we would certainly stay here again.

Exceptional

Good location, clean, and well equipped. Andrea did everything to make our stay pleasant. Even he bought for us a plug for our pc’s. Andrea also helped us with planning of our trip. At the end we had a cup of coffee with him :)

The host Andrea was very friendly and helpful. He was waiting for us at the arrival time we agreed on. The apartment was clean and had all we needed to start off well: water, coffee and a breakfast basket. On arrival Andrea drove me around to show where supermarkets and pizzerias (check out Peat Stop for take-away pizza) were located. On check-out he proposed a coffee to all of us and gave a small present to the kids. The apartment is well located. There is a free parking at the train station 2 minutes walking from the apartment with plenty of parking space.

Clean homely apartment close to the old town

The place is exceptionally clean and feels like a home. I loved that there were small night lights, which were really handy for a family with kids. We went during winter, so the heating system made our stay much more comfortable. The host Andrea went to great lengths to make us happy. He takes great pride of his property and with a good reason. I definitely recommend staying there.

Only thing I missed was a frying pan (and a bit of cooking oil). It was the first time I had to fry the eggs in a pot :) But it didn't make my stay any less enjoyable.
