For short stay (max 2 days) it's okay. For longer stays, i wouldn't recomment it.

Extremely negative, insufficient and shocking how they could even have 2 stars !!! Unbelievably bad!

Nothing unfortunately!

The rudeness of the staff! It was like they wanted me to leave as early as possible and there is no elevator! When I asked the man in the front desk if he could assist me with my suitcases since there were only stairs as an option and those were extremely small and tiny for me to handle and carry up to my room in the third floor, he honestly told me that I should have come and checked in earlier!!! Like I could have flied from Vichy (which is were I was staying prior to my visit in Paris) ...... Or like he and the rest of the hotel didn't know that I was going to arrive a little bit later..... Mind you I had told them this q month in advance.... So there is really no excuse for that horrible behaviour!

Great stay, safe neighborhood. Only 20 min away from Paris, just needs a AC option

It was in a nice area where I felt safe and secure

I didn’t like that there was no AC available, we had to rely on just a fan and it was very hot

Easy stay, good location, good quality/price

I booked hotel because of good location considering my place to visit in La Défense, as well as affordable price. Hotel is small but cozy, personnel was super friendly and everything went smoothly for me as a non-French speaker. Detailed invoice was provided without asking. Room was small, still enough for its function, very clean and with nice view to yard. Breakfast was simple but good, especially freshly baked warm baguette, maybe the best ever. Grocery store is just in the neighbor, bus stop a few steps away and train stations behind a short walking distance. Stairs to upstairs are quite steep, so not an optimal place if you have physical restrictions - for me not any problem.

Small hotel with nice staff, clean rooms, good value for money, 15min walk to metro station

VERY nice staff who helped me A LOT with taxi upon my check-out as I was about to miss an important event. The reception is open 24/7 (I arrived after midnight) and you can leave your bags there after checkout free of charge. There is breakfast available in the lobby (extra charge) but I did not take it. The room was small but sufficient and clean. The bathroom needs some reconstruction/repairs but everything was working just fine. Free toiletries included, good water pressure in the shower. Even though my window led to the main street, it was pretty quiet even on a Saturday night. There are some cafés, fast foods and restaurants nearby. About 15min walk to the La Défense metro station.

Nothing major, I only stayed overnight (like 12 hours) so it is difficult to be objective. There were only some very minor issues like the hairdryer which is very slow (if you have long hair it takes ages to dry), shower is small, no elevator in the building (if you have heavy luggage) and wifi signal was on/off but none of these was a serious issue for me. If you are coming to Paris for business meetings or sightseeing, won't spend your days in the room and want some good price/value, this is your place.

Perfect choice for La Defense

Kindness of reception, we were late and they waited us and let us check-in. Location is nice, looks safe, La Defense in 1 station. By bus you can reach EIFFEL Tour in 30 min with connection. Clean room, comfortable.

A great budget stay in a good location for the La Defense Arena

The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful and all but the night shift spoke English for those who need it. The room was big enough for two but with an additional bed in there it would have been a squeeze for any more - helpful if you have a small child though. There was a fan but you could happily sleep with the window open if you wanted to.

It wasn't clear what was available for breakfast as there was no menu - the receptionist pointed to the corner of the reception room where we could see some corn flakes so we decided to buy items from the supermarket next door. The shower head needs replacing (room 5) and the room could benefit from an extra couple of pillows with pillow cases available for comfort. But I wouldn't say these were real negatives, just improvements that could be made :)
