Too many rules and regulations spoilt our stay.

Nice location for Spa racing circuit. Plenty of parking and room for trailer.

Breakfast not available every day so we did not partake. No crockery provided. We had to ask to borrow bowls and cups. The owner was very worried that we might damage her wooden floor. There is a sheet of rules and regulations including "Don't scream without reasons"! Lots of nice cats, so don't go if you are allergic. Owner was emphatic that cats should not be allowed into the property due to health reasons. The cats did try to enter. We left some items in the hallway outside one of the rooms. We returned to find a notice telling us off, and to "Please respect the original order". We thought we had full run of the property for our group, though later other guests did turn up. There is nowhere to sit down and enjoy a snack or drink, unless you go outside, which is a problem if the weather is cold and damp.

Hidden gem near Spa

Great location, near Spa-Francorchamps! You can enjoy it with your family, find some rest after a race day and prepare yourself for the next. For other tourists, beautiful place to enjoy the Ardennes and start hiking :)

Absolutely perfect for our stay in the area as we were working at Spa Francorchamps race circuit.

I could have easily soaked in the calm of the veranda in the evening hours for a few days longer.

The garden and the veranda next to the house are beautiful und just super chilled. You can spend hours on end here either alone or with friends and forget the rest of the world. The owners' several cats only complement the serene atmosphere. Also, the house is very tastefully and lovingly decorated. The attention to detail tells you this was not done by a hotel manager, but by the owner herself.

Our double room and the bed were a little on the tight side, which might be perfectly suited for a romantic couple, but less so, when your snoring mate is lying next to you ;-)

Lovely, quiet place, very clean and very friendly hosts. It's a few minutes out of town by car, but very much doable. One thing to take notice, there are no, or barely, any stores in the town itself, but when you have a car or like to bike that's doable as well. Overall had a lovely experience, would definitely consider coming here more often!

Great apartment with beautiful surroundings

Very nice apartment in a lovely area. The apartment is new, clean and with lots of light. The view is stunning and the owners very friendly. Highly recommendable!!
