4.5
The room was very clean and comfortable. Bakery next door is convenient for the morning baked goods.
It is in the middle of the town and could get a bit noisy especially on weekends.
4.5
We had very stylishly furnished & decorated Retro room, with a 70's record player & 45s!
Great location on the village square, next door to bakery for breakfast.
Lock-up garage on the square to park bikes.
Clean & modern bathroom.
Silent mini-fridge with sekt, waters, sodas & snickers at kiosk prices
Only trivial:
We had damp clothes & there was limited drying space - maybe a few more hangers in room or bathroom.
There was a covered terrace near our room which would have been useful to dry things but it was locked - we didn't ask for unlock,
I couldn't work out how to play the record player :-)
No beer in fridge

Excellent location
No tea/coffee making facility

All good, except we could not connect to the internet. Very helpful owner and pleasant room. Very clean and tidy.
Internet didn't work and we really wanted to make a call to family in UK.

Very well maintained, modern apartment. Well equipped with coffee machine, big screen tv. Only a few minutes walking distance away from Mosel.

The owners are really nice, the area is quite and the room was really modern and clean.
Parking can be a bit troublesome, but you'll find a parking spot eventually.

Very good located. Everything was clean. There is a bakery nextdoor.

The room and the bathroom were very clean, the bed was very comfortable, a quiet peaceful neighbourhood. If you plan to relax, and spend some time near the Moselle river....then this place is highly recommended!
Maybe the check-in time can be around 1 or 2 pm. I had to wait outside till 3 pm to enter the room. Otherwise, everything was perfect

The room was incredibly clean to a standard that major hotel chains will not be able to deliver. As previously mentioned, the location is superb. The train station is located on the other side of the river, approximately 10 minutes on foot.

The pension is in a good location right on the former market square in the centre of Treis(-Karden). When my train was late arriving, I mailed the owner because I was later than the 6 PM latest arrival time. She responded almost immediately saying "no problem." The room was comfortable and had everything I needed - a comfortable bed and a nice, clean bathroom with a good shower. There were some personal touches as well, like a chocolate on the table on each side of the bed and an old-fashioned record player with a few old records to play. There was a ventilation fan present, but I didn't use it even though it was hot weather as the temperature was 25C and not hotter. The owner was very friendly even though I don't speak German. The area the pension is in has several restaurants and there's a bakery next door which also does coffee, has a terrace, and is open very early in the morning (probably to serve the people going to church - see the "not so good" part my review. ;-)
Well, it was very good. The only thing which happened which was frustrating was that I left the window open, with the roll-shutter mostly down, because it was warm weather. At 6:00 in the morning (a Monday) the church bells started ringing calling everyone to mass! Of course that was an authentic experience, and not the fault of the pension, but I didn't want to wake up that early.

Accommodation was of excellent standard. Central location and close to restaurants.
Facilities in room for tea/coffee

The decor was superb. A fan was provided for hot weather. We were delayed en route and phoned the Pension and they agreed to wait late for us to arrive.
Instructions for operating the window blinds please.
4.5
Perfect room for couple cycling the Moselle, although not self-catering. Close to restaurant, bakery, supermarket. Big room and bathroom, space for bicycles.
Coffee facilities would've been great, although they explained it's not allowed in the room. Will be cheaper than buying next door.

Very tidy and clean room. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Town is so cute and calm. You can get fresh sandwiches and piece of pie with hot coffee for really friendly price from 6:30 in the morning.
Check in could be more flexible.
4.5
We liked that the room and bathroom were spacious and all newly refurbished.
Just a minor thing, the pillows were not comfortable.
5.0
the location is central at the market, easy to find, with parking very close to the location.
the owner is approachable, knowledgeable, fast in answering messages and supports in any question.
Thank you, very well done!
3.5
The location is super central and very comfortable.
Even though a fan was provieded, thank you for that...it was still very warm in the room during the night. We couldn't keep the windows open because the downstairs neighbors smoked cigarettes into the night, so it was quite warm. We had to bring the extra fan that we brought with us to stay cool enough to sleep.
3.4
Easy to get to location. In small relaxed town.
Bed to soft. People can smoke outside, but it still gets to non-smoking area.
