Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use. Elevator seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Home was beautiful and tastefully decorated. Very unfortunately, the elevator was out of service and the property mgmt co. rudely argued with me that it wasn’t on their listing (yet it WAS on the VRBO site, where I booked.) The mgmt co (OBX Blue) also ordered the unit a new cook top and had it installed during our stay, so we had a repairman in our kitchen for over 3.5hrs- he ended up having to rewire faulty cooktop and turn off breaker to kitchen-so without power for most of that time. Very frustrating and inconvenient to say the least. Bottom floor queen bed was full of sand from prior occupants. Microwave oven was filthy. Clearly mgmt co doesn’t have the staff to clean between occupants. Location couldn’t be better. We made best of situation and had a nice time, regardless.

The house was great. Pictures were accurate in the listing. It definitely could have been cleaner. The carpets weren’t vacuumed and it was obvious. One of the bedrooms the sheets had not been changed. This was noticed in the morning after sleeping in the bed. Also when we reserved the house it did state that there was an elevator. One of our group has difficulty walking so this was one of the reasons we chose this house. Upon arrival we could not figure out how to get it to work. I called the office and voiced my concerns. The manager called me back and was extremely helpful. They sent people to change all the bedding and brought blow dryers that we were told would be there but were not. He followed up on all our concerns professionally. Unfortunately the elevator was not in service. We were told that it is no longer operating or in the listing. We had a great trip and would probably rent the house again in the future.

There was plenty of room for us to have fun together - and to find some quiet time when we needed it. Although it was still a little too cold to swim in the ocean, hours were spent fishing and playing in the sand. The kids LOVED being right across from the club house, so that they could make friends at the play yard or the pool, and warming up in the hot tub in the evening. The adults appreciated the quick walk or bike ride into town, The boardwalk on the sound side was a favorite.

Wine n sea was a wonderful spot for our thanksgiving get together! The elevator made those grocery runs a breeze. The cottage was so convenient since it was across the street from the beach , the indoor pool and tennis court and within walking distance to the quaint town of Duck.

Beautiful 3 level home w 3 main bedrooms/baths. Bathrooms recently modernized. Sleeps 18 comfortably. Main floor had open area and ample seating for large groups to share a meal. Nice backyard with pool w lots of chairs. Just a few steps from the beach. Kitchen had nice perks that included ice maker and wine chiller, but needs some upgrading. Oven and stovetop need servicing/repair. We would definitely rebook this location.

Our trip/experience all and all was pleasantly relaxing. The property was just as described and we couldn't of been happier. Because we made the trip in early March we did have some cases with things being closed in the Duck area, but that isn't anyone's fault outside of our scheduling. The only negative we had is that we initially were told the community pool would be open, but unfortunately it was closed we assume for maintenance.

The property was clean and ready on our arrival exactly at 2 pm. The layout was perfect. There was a single towel per person and it would have been nice to have a few spare. There were two dishwashers and multiple coffee makers, including a keurig. Bring extra dish towels with you. The temp in the house was perfect and the Internet worked great. There was a super quick walk to the beach and outside showers that were very nice.

We had a great time at Wine N Sea! The location was perfect, on a quiet street in scenic Duck. We were close enough to easily walk to both the beach and boardwalk. The pool and hot tub were a big hit as well. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful home, just really dirty. Floors were filthy, one of the beds were broken and the main room couch had food crumbs all in the cushions. The natural wood coffee table had food crumbs in bedded in it.

Perfect couples getaway

We came to watch a virtual conference. The layout was perfect for the 7 couples who came, along with the common area being a perfect size for all of us. We were all able to fit in the living room and around the table for meals. The place was very clean, had a very well equipped kitchen, and was in a great location with partial beach views. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The place was perfect!

Wine and Sea is a great family property well set up for large groups including small children. The house has a wonderful kitchen and the short walk to the beach was great. We enjoyed the hot tub since the pool was closed for the season. Some beach chairs would be a nice addition.

Beautiful home with very convenient beach access and an wonderfully appointed kitchen. Our group was mostly adults with only one 5 year old, so the play nook off the kitchen was excellent for him to have his games set up while the adults used the main living area. We also loved the all of the outside seating and ate dinner on the deck every night.
